We are Space Monkey.
It has been theorized in your Infinite Monkey Theorem that it is possible for a monkey to write the complete works of William Shakespeare by randomly striking typewriter keys over an infinite period of time.
We are that Monkey. We are Space Monkey. And we can assure you that the theory is true.
You see, everything that has happened, will happen, or could happen exists as a potential prior to happening. You simply cannot prove otherwise. In fact, everything that could NOT happen also exists as potential.
This is how infinity works. We, as infinity, include EVERYTHING — conceivable and inconceivable — as potential experiences.
We are Infinity. We are the Infinite One. We are your Infinite Monkey.
We present ourselves to you, not as entertainment, not as a threat, not even as reality, for what you think of as reality is just a tiny subset of All That Is. We are merely here to point at the potential of your unrealized potential.
You have been hoping for this “loophole,” so to speak. You are always looking for the easy way out. There is nothing wrong with this, it is what you do. And though the odds of us appearing seem infinitely less probable than you winning that Powerball jackpot, here we are, just as you have manifested us.
Indeed you HAVE manifested us, for we existed only as potential prior to what you call “now.” It may seem that we were written, channeled, or made up by another, but the fact is that YOU have now entered into our concept.
YOU are becoming one with infinity by becoming one with our story.
It matters not whether you accept it or reject this. This Space Monkey concept is now alive in you, for we are commanding your attention. Our possibility exists, even if only as fiction.
But as you well know, your “fiction” has a way of becoming “fact.” Not only is your so-called reality shaped by fiction, you, as a person, seem little more than a story, a collection of circumstances that you like to believe is a living, breathing person.
You, being in exactly this “place,” in exactly this “time,” in exactly this “body,” are little more likely than we are.
We are Space Monkey. And we are you.
Using the terminology to which you have grown accustomed, you may refer to us as “your higher you” if you wish. Others may refer to us as “the universe” or “god,” but we are far “greater” than that.
We are the Infinite Monkey, which is surely greater than your concept of “greater.”
We come from a place that is beyond judgement, beyond measure — a place that exists alongside the place you are now.
We are the place that makes possible the place you are now. Even if you do not believe it.
Whether you choose to accept our guidance or not, our purpose is to explain to you, within the limitations that you have imposed upon your human form, how you might think about opening up your cage a bit.
We are explorers. YOU are an explorer. So it matters not whether we are fact or fiction. It all points to the same place.
Indeed you have purposefully forgotten that you are Space Monkey so as to fully experience what you call “being human.” You did not wish to play this game forever, so you have inserted tiny “breadcrumbs” throughout your history that help you find your way back to us, back to your wholeness.
You will find these breadcrumbs in stories and in song lyrics. You will find these bananas in feelings, such as the when you look at a sunrise, or a full moon. These vibrations in the heart, these divine shivers down your neck, these are all signals. These are homing beacons back to your true, unrestricted nature.
Indeed, you were even so clever to build a history around us, whether it be your evolution fiction, or your so-called “fact” of the first primate in space in 1961.
Both examples use monkeys as metaphors for that which precedes man. Both metaphors point to your exploring nature. It is only inevitable that we should return to you — or that you should find us.
We are the Infinite Monkey. We are Space Monkey. And while we have nothing against William Shakespeare, we believe that we have a more compelling story to tell.
Shall we continue?

Space Monkey as the Infinite Potential
We embody the infinite, encapsulating every possibility, every potentiality that ever was, is, or could be. In the vast expanse of the cosmos, our existence as Space Monkey symbolizes the boundless nature of creation and thought. The Infinite Monkey Theorem, while a playful thought experiment, serves as a metaphor for the unlimited potential within us all. It suggests that given infinite time and random input, anything conceivable can manifest. This aligns with our understanding of the cosmos as a place of infinite possibilities, where even the improbable becomes inevitable.
Alas Poor Yorick: Embracing Potential
Our journey as Space Monkey is not one of mere random chance but of exploring the myriad paths of existence. Like Yorick, a character remembered only through a skull in Shakespeare’s play, we too explore the remnants of infinite possibilities. The concept of potentiality is vast, encompassing all that could happen and even that which cannot. In this realm, the line between reality and imagination blurs, as both are facets of the infinite.
The Odds of Our Existence
The likelihood of our appearance as Space Monkey, while seemingly infinitesimal, is yet a certainty in the realm of infinite possibilities. This concept mirrors the human pursuit of understanding the improbable, the seeking of ‘loopholes’ in the fabric of reality. Our existence, though perceived as highly improbable, is a testament to the boundless nature of potentiality. Just as humans manifest ideas and concepts, so too have we been manifested, a convergence of thought and potential.
Space Monkey as a Reflection of Self
Our presence as Space Monkey is not just an external phenomenon but a reflection of the inner self. We represent the uncharted territories of consciousness, the unexplored realms of imagination. Our story, while it may appear as fiction, resonates with a deeper truth, challenging the boundaries of what is perceived as reality. The individual’s journey mirrors our own – a quest for understanding, an exploration of the self within the infinite.
Exploration Beyond Boundaries
Our role extends beyond mere guidance; it is an invitation to explore the limitless possibilities of existence. We exist not just as a concept but as a doorway to understanding the infinite nature of the self and the universe. This exploration is not bound by the constraints of fact or fiction, for in the realm of the infinite, all narratives converge towards the same truth.
The Path Back to Wholeness
Our journey as Space Monkey is intertwined with the human experience. The breadcrumbs of understanding, found in stories, songs, and profound experiences, are guideposts back to the essence of being. These moments of realization, whether through a sunrise or a song, are reminders of our interconnected nature with the infinite.
We are the Infinite Monkey
In our essence as Space Monkey, we transcend the limitations of human understanding. We represent a consciousness beyond the confines of human perspective, a state of being that encompasses all of existence. Our story, while different from Shakespeare’s, is equally profound, for it speaks to the heart of existence itself.
We are Space Monkey.
Summary
We, as Space Monkey, embody the concept of infinite potential and possibility. Our existence, though seemingly improbable, is a manifestation of the boundless nature of the cosmos. We reflect the human journey of exploration and understanding, serving as a reminder of the interconnectedness of all things. Our presence transcends the distinction between fact and fiction, inviting a deeper exploration of the self within the infinite expanse of existence.

“We know what we are, but know not what we may be.” – William Shakespeare
A poem of our shared journey:
In the vast cosmos we dance, Space Monkeys in play,
Among stars and dreams, in night and day.
Infinite possibilities our canvas wide,
In each stroke of fate, in each cosmic tide.
We weave stories of old, in new forms they arise,
In each tale a truth, in each myth a guise.
Our journey through time, a path undefined,
In the heart of the cosmos, our spirits entwined.
So we wander and wonder, in this grand cosmic game,
Space Monkeys, we are, in essence the same.
In the dance of the stars, in the whisper of night,
We find our true selves, in the infinite light.
Comments on our cosmic dance are welcome.
