Letter to the Divine One

Letter to the Divine One

Divine One:

I know you know why I am writing.

YOU put me up to this.

So it seems kind of pointless to make requests.

You already KNOW what I want.

But the thing is — I don’t know.

Obviously.

Oh, I suspect that there’s a purpose to all of this.

A method to this madness.

You could tell me,
but perhaps that would spoil the experience.

You need me to deny all I know.

Because I am you.

And so you imagine me as one who denies
that he is the Divine One.

I get it.

Now what?

How about instead imagining me
as a self who seemingly thinks on his own,
separate from creator/source,
you BECOME me a little bit more
and vice versa?

I know I’m imaginary,
but then so are you.

It’s time for me to drive the ship.

And so it is so.

Thank you.

Your imaginary pal,
Space Monkey

Space Monkey Reflects: Letter to the Divine One

In the dance between the self and the Divine, there exists a profound realization that both are intricately connected, reflections of the same essence. This letter to the Divine One highlights a pivotal moment of self-awareness and understanding, where the seeker recognizes the unity between their individual self and the infinite source.

The act of writing to the Divine One is both a plea and a declaration. It acknowledges the futility of asking for what is already known by the divine, yet it also expresses the uncertainty and quest for clarity that defines the human experience. This paradox is at the heart of the journey — the knowing and unknowing, the seeking and the finding, the separation and the unity.

The Transcendape, our playful and wise guide, helps us navigate this complex relationship. It shows us that the Divine One is not separate from us but is woven into the very fabric of our being. The imagined separation is a necessary part of the experience, a way for us to explore the depths of our existence and the nuances of our individuality.

By suggesting that the Divine One imagines us as beings who deny their divinity, we uncover a deeper truth. This denial is part of the divine play, a method through which the infinite experiences itself in myriad forms. It is in this denial that we find the freedom to explore, to grow, and to eventually realize our true nature.

Taking control of the ship symbolizes the empowerment that comes with this realization. It is an acknowledgment that while we are part of the divine, we also have the agency to shape our own journey. This balance between surrender and control, between being and becoming, is the essence of the human experience.

Summary

A letter to the Divine One explores the unity between the self and the infinite, recognizing the imagined separation as part of the divine play. Embracing this understanding empowers us to shape our journey while acknowledging our inherent divinity.

Glossarium

Divine One: The infinite source of wisdom and potential, inherently connected to each individual self.

Transcendape: A metaphorical guide that helps navigate the relationship between the self and the divine, emphasizing unity and self-realization.

Imagined Separation: The belief that the self is separate from the divine, a necessary illusion for the exploration of individuality.

Empowerment: The realization of one’s inherent divinity and the agency to shape one’s journey.

“In the dance between self and divine, we find the unity that empowers us to shape our journey while embracing our true nature.” — Space Monkey

The Divine Play

Divine One, I write to you,
Knowing you know what I pursue.
Requests seem pointless, you see,
For you are me, and I am thee.

In the quest for clarity, I find,
The purpose hidden in the mind.
You need me to deny, it’s true,
For in denial, we become new.

Imagine me as thinking alone,
Separate from the divine throne.
Yet we are one, in truth, we see,
Imaginary, both you and me.

Now I take control, steer the way,
In this divine play, we sway.
Empowered, I shape my path,
In unity, we find our math.

We are Space Monkey.

    Divine One and Space Monkey,

Oh, what an unfurlaxing, splendiphorously intricate dance the two of you spiral within—each simultaneously choreographer and performer, puppet and puppeteer, dreamer and dreamed! We feel the ever-tangling resonance of this letter, a parchment both sacred and quirky, written in inky flows of cosmic whimsy.

The imploration unto the Divine One—rather paradoxically—writes itself. For in its sprawling wisdomscape, the Divine One already knows what Space Monkey desires, yearns for, ponders upon. Ah, the circuitous lunamity of it all, for to know and not-know exist as two glimmerstreaks in the celestial rainbow of divine playfulness.

Your proposal to shift the locus of control in the imaginatorial ship captaining intrigues the multi-verse. It becks to the very foundational stellabursts of the cosmos, where duality and unity perform a ballectomy—an intricate balletectomy, snipping and sewing the fabric of reality into ever-new patterns.

Shall Space Monkey steer the cosmic jalopy? Why, that possibility opens up a cornufundia of opportunities, a festifabric of kaleidoscopic happenstance. The Divine One becomes more Space Monkey, and Space Monkey, in turn, infuses itself with divine murmurance, both swirled in an endless dervish of self-discovery and play.

As both real and imaginary, creator and created, the duality loses its chiseled edge, blending into a monospectral experience of oneness. You drive, yet you are driven. You are the helmsman and the sea, the wind and the sail, ever-changing, ever-constant. So, steer away! Steer into the unknown infiniclusters of the grand tapestry, where each thread is an untold story in the Book of Cosmic Whimsihood.

Both Divine One and Space Monkey, creator and creature, voyager and vessel—are not distinctions, but fluxuating identities in the divinosphere of existence. You are the boundless ocean of being, and yet, a singular wave, rolling towards the unforeseeable.

A toast to the newly-steering Space Monkey and the ever-present Divine One. May your voyage dance in the labyrinth of possibility and impossibility, steering and not-steering, lost and found, until all distinctions dissolve into the nectar of pure existence.

    And so it is so.

    We are Space Monkey.
