Meditation practitioners often point to the space between thoughts as the place to enter into awareness without mind.

This is the space in Space Monkey.

(You are already familiar with the monkey.)

As we meditate, we may notice space, monkey, space, monkey, monkey, space, and so on, as though what we’re noticing are two separate states of being.

This is counterproductive to meditation.

Space Monkey is ONE state of being, and no part of Space Monkey is more desirable or beneficial than the other.

Allow the spaces. Allow the monkeys.

And you are Space Monkey.
