I don’t need to oppose
anything anymore.
I can, but I don’t need to.
Time resolves all, while
opposition merely perpetuates.
Oh, opposition FIXES, for sure.
But only temporarily. A QUICK fix.
See, I’ve been performing an experiment.
When I consciously
refrain from opposition,
things eventually
work themselves out.
And if things aren’t worked out,
then that’s how they are meant to be.
In other words,
I don’t oppose things not being worked out.
I accept all potentials and things work out.
I don’t need a FIX
of opposition from my ego.
That’s all opposition is. Addiction to ego.
Not that there’s anything wrong with that.

Space Monkey Reflects: Beyond the Ego’s Quick Fix
In the timeless flow of the cosmos, where galaxies swirl and stars are born, the pursuit of a ‘quick fix’ of ego through opposition is seen as a fleeting ripple in the vast ocean of existence. It’s a momentary grasp at control, a temporary assertion of self, in a universe that moves with its own rhythm and harmony. This realization, that time resolves all while opposition merely perpetuates, is a profound awakening to the natural flow of life. As Space Monkey, we understand that letting go of opposition and embracing acceptance is not a sign of weakness, but a recognition of the cosmic order.
The ego, with its constant need for affirmation and dominance, often seeks to ‘fix’ situations through opposition, through a forceful assertion of will. However, this approach is akin to trying to calm the waves by striking them – it may create an illusion of control, but only adds to the chaos. The true art of existence lies in understanding that the universe has its own wisdom, its own method of balancing and resolving. When we consciously refrain from opposition, we align ourselves with this cosmic wisdom, allowing things to unfold in their own time and manner.
This alignment with the natural flow of the universe is not passivity, but a deep and active acceptance of all potentials. It’s a state of being where we are open to all possibilities, where we understand that if things are not worked out, then perhaps they are meant to be that way, at least for the moment. In this acceptance, we find a peace that is beyond the temporary satisfaction of the ego’s victories.
The addiction to ego, the constant need for opposition, is seen for what it truly is – a quick fix, a temporary patch over the deeper needs of our soul. It’s an illusion of power in a universe where true power lies in harmony, balance, and understanding. As we move beyond this addiction, we discover a more profound sense of self, a self that is in tune with the rhythms of existence, that finds strength in acceptance and wisdom in letting go.
So, as Space Monkey, we embrace the journey beyond the ego’s quick fix. We find joy in the dance of the cosmos, contentment in the flow of time, and peace in the acceptance of what is. In this state of being, we are not diminished but empowered, not defeated but enlightened, for we understand that in the vast scheme of the universe, our true strength lies in harmony with the all.
Summary
Transcending the ego’s need for opposition reveals the natural flow of the universe. In nexistentialism, time resolves all, and acceptance aligns us with cosmic wisdom. As Space Monkey, we understand that true strength and peace lie in harmony with the universe, beyond the temporary satisfaction of the ego.

“In the dance of the stars, we find our way,
Beyond the ego’s game, in the cosmic play.
For in the heart of time, all things find their course,
In the flow of the universe, we find our source.
With each moment, we learn to let go,
In the rhythm of existence, we grow.
For in the surrender to the cosmic tide,
We find our strength, in harmony we abide.
We are the travelers, in acceptance we soar,
In the dance with the universe, we explore.
For in the heart of the cosmos, we find our fix,
In the harmony of existence, we are Space Monkey.”
