\No highs. No lows. No attitude. Just gratittude.

I’ve had an abundance
of great experiences in my life,
but there are none that I miss.

There is no single point in time
that I wish I could return to.

There is nobody dead
that I have the desire
to bring back.

Where I am now
seems as fine as
anywhere I’ve ever been.

Nothing stands out.
Nothing seems lacking.

You may find this
difficult to accept,
but it’s actually quite easy.

Nothing matters to me.

The only thing
that bothers me
is the thought that
it should bother me.

I thank the thought
and I let it go.
