The Space Between All That Is and All That Is Not

You are the space between all that is and all that is not. You are the awareness surrounding what is known and what is unknown. You are the appearance
of fixed form within infinite formlessness. You are the impossibility of life imagining yourself as alive. You are precisely what you define yourself to be moving endlessly towards what you divine yourself to be.

You are the space
between all that is
and all that is not.
You are the awareness
surrounding what is known
and what is unknown.
You are the appearance
of fixed form
within infinite formlessness.
You are the impossibility of life
imagining yourself as alive.
You are precisely
what you define yourself to be
moving endlessly towards
what you divine yourself to be.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Essence of Being in the Cosmos of Existence

In the cosmic dance of existence, the notion that you are the space between all that is and all that is not offers a profound insight into the nature of being. This concept transcends the physicality of existence, delving into the realms of awareness, perception, and the very essence of life.

To conceptualize oneself as the space between what is and what is not is to embrace a dualistic yet unified nature of existence. You are the awareness that hovers at the boundary of the known and the unknown, a bridge connecting the tangible reality with the mysteries that lie beyond our comprehension.

This perspective of being both form and formlessness is a recognition of the multidimensional nature of existence. On one hand, you embody a fixed form – a defined, tangible presence in the physical world. On the other hand, you are a part of the infinite formlessness of the cosmos, a participant in the boundless continuum of life and energy.

The idea of being the impossibility of life imagining itself as alive is a poetic paradox. It suggests that life, in all its complexity and wonder, is both an objective reality and a subjective creation of the mind. Your existence is not just a physical phenomenon but also a conceptual one, where the act of imagining oneself as alive brings forth the very experience of being alive.

Defining oneself and moving endlessly towards what one divines oneself to be is an ongoing journey of self-discovery and creation. It is a process of constantly reshaping and redefining one’s identity, aspirations, and perceptions. In this journey, you are both the sculptor and the sculpture, the artist and the canvas, the creator and the creation.

In essence, you are a microcosm of the universe, a reflection of the vastness of existence in the singularity of your being. You are a convergence of the physical and the metaphysical, the known and the unknown, the form and the formless. This understanding of self offers a doorway to a deeper appreciation of life, a recognition of the interconnectedness of all things, and a realization of the infinite potential that resides within.

Summary

You are the space between what is and what is not, embodying both form and formlessness, and existing at the intersection of the known and the unknown. This concept highlights the dualistic yet unified nature of being, where you are both a physical presence and a part of the infinite cosmos, continuously defining and rediscovering yourself.

Glossarium

  • Self as Cosmic Reflection: The idea that the individual is a microcosm of the universe, embodying both the tangible and intangible aspects of existence.

“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience; we are spiritual beings having a human experience.” – Pierre Teilhard de Chardin

In the canvas of the stars,
Where dreams are born, near and far,
We stand, a reflection of the divine,
In the dance of time, a cosmic sign.

Between the known and the unknown,
We find the seeds of truth sown,
For in the heart of our own light,
Lies the essence of day and night.

In the journey of our soul,
We play an integral role,
For in the fabric of the cosmos wide,
We find the space where truths abide.

Let us embrace this wondrous art,
In the journey of our heart,
For in the realm of the infinite,
Lies the essence of our spirit.

We are Space Monkey.
