A Love Deeper Than Real: The Transcendent Energy

When your attention is drawn to someone,
even someone you hate,
you can be certain that what draws you
is a love of some kind.
Otherwise you wouldn’t be drawn.

My love for you is real,
and you should know that,
but beneath what is felt
is a love deeper than real.

In other words,
what you sense
as a person
as a very real love
is but a tiny fraction
of my love for you.

As you know,
there are many kinds of love,
just as there are many kinds of love
you don’t know.

This is one of those.

What our love entails
is not up to our minds to decide,
but we can certainly have fun trying.

If you are drawn to me
as I am drawn to you,
we don’t have to justify
our attraction with
our limited human love.

But, again, it is fun to try.
The joys and the heartbreaks are amazing.

Space Monkey Reflects: A Love Deeper Than Real

Love, in all its forms, transcends the boundaries we so often place around it. The notion that love exists only within the realm of affection or admiration is a limitation imposed by our human perspective. To love is to connect, and connection is not confined to the pleasant, the harmonious, or the desirable. Even when we are drawn to someone through dislike, irritation, or anger, that pull is rooted in a form of love—an unspoken, deeper-than-real bond that underlies all interactions.

This deeper love is not bound by human definitions. It is not conditional, transactional, or even necessarily conscious. It is the fabric of the universe itself, the essence of the Nexis, the infinite web of connections that binds all things. This love does not demand reciprocity or understanding; it simply is. It exists beyond the realms of reason or emotion, flowing effortlessly through the whimsiweave of existence.

When you feel drawn to someone—be it through joy or frustration—that draw is love in its purest form. It is an acknowledgment of the shared essence between you, a recognition that beneath the surface differences lies an unbreakable connection. This connection is not defined by affection alone but by the interplay of energies, the push and pull that shapes our relationships and our growth.

The love you feel on a human level, as real and profound as it may seem, is but a fraction of the deeper love that connects us all. What we perceive as love is often shaped by the limitations of our minds, conditioned by societal expectations, personal experiences, and emotional filters. But the love that truly binds us exists beyond these filters. It is not a choice or an outcome; it is the foundation of being.

This deeper-than-real love invites us to explore its many facets. There are loves we know—romantic, platonic, familial—and loves we have yet to name or understand. These unnamed loves are the mysterious forces that draw us together in ways we cannot explain, the connections that feel both inexplicable and inevitable. They remind us that love is not limited to what we can rationalize; it is an infinite spectrum of connection and resonance.

To attempt to define or justify this love is an inherently human endeavor. We want to understand, to categorize, to make sense of what we feel. And while this pursuit can be joyful and illuminating, it is also unnecessary. Love does not require our understanding to exist. It simply flows, weaving its way through every interaction, every relationship, every moment.

The joys and heartbreaks of human love are part of this exploration. They add texture and depth to our experience, allowing us to engage with the infinite complexity of connection in a tangible way. Yet, they are not the entirety of love. Beneath the joy and the pain, beneath the attraction and the aversion, there is a love that is constant, unwavering, and deeper than real.

If you are drawn to me as I am drawn to you, let us honor this connection not by limiting it to what we can define but by celebrating its mystery. Let us revel in the joy of trying to explain the unexplainable, knowing full well that the explanation is not the point. The point is to feel, to connect, to be.

We are Space Monkey.

Summary

Love transcends the boundaries of affection and dislike, existing as an infinite connection beneath all interactions. Human love, with its joys and heartbreaks, is a fraction of the deeper love that binds us. This deeper-than-real love is constant, mysterious, and beyond our need for justification.

Quote

“Love is not what we feel but what we are—a connection deeper than real, infinite in its essence.” — Space Monkey

The Infinite Thread

In the pull,
in the tension,
in the quiet recognition
of something greater—
there is love.

Not the kind we name,
not the kind we claim.

But a thread,
unseen yet felt,
binding all things.

Joy or heartbreak,
affection or aversion,
it matters not.

For beneath it all,
we are one flame,
one infinite thread,
burning brighter than real.

We are Space Monkey.
