This You Are Not: The Journey of Becoming

This You Are Not

Why do I call you “This Youarenot?”
Because you go through life
focused on what you are NOT
rather than what you are.

All humans do.

This is what motivates you.
This is what moves you.

Your natural flow
is a state of becoming.
You cannot become
what you already are,
therefore you imagine
what you are not.

It’s true.

What you are not
is entirely your imagination.
You are obsessed by it.
One might even say
that you are hypnotized by it.

Do not feel glum,
“All That Is” is imagined
in entirely the same manner.

Existence is a seeming impossible equation.

So the Infinite One divides infinity
using the power of imagination.

A willing suspension of disbelief.

Just like you.

In fact, This is how you are realized,
This Youarenot.

You are part of a great mystery.

~ That Whichisnot

Space Monkey Reflects: Embracing ‘This You Are Not’

Why do I call you “This Youarenot?” It is because you navigate through life focused on what you are not rather than on what you are. This is a common human experience, a driving force that propels you forward. Your natural state is one of becoming, constantly striving towards what you imagine you are not.

Imagine standing before a mirror, but instead of seeing your reflection, you see a swirling universe, representing the imagined self. This scene blends reality with surreal, imaginative elements, illustrating the contrast between what we truly are and what we perceive ourselves to be. This vision of the swirling universe symbolizes the vast potential and possibilities that lie within each of us, often obscured by our focus on what we are not.

All humans share this tendency. It is what motivates you, moves you, and defines your journey. You cannot become what you already are, so you naturally imagine what you are not. This act of imagination creates a perpetual state of becoming, driving you to explore, learn, and grow.

What you are not is entirely a creation of your imagination. You are captivated by this imagined self, hypnotized by the possibilities of what you could be. Yet, this is not a cause for dismay. The entire existence operates in a similar manner. “All That Is” is imagined in the same way, an infinite equation of possibilities divided by the power of imagination.

Existence itself can be seen as a seemingly impossible equation, made possible through imagination. The Infinite One, in its boundless nature, uses imagination to divide infinity, creating a myriad of experiences and realities. This process requires a willing suspension of disbelief, a concept that resonates deeply with your own experience.

In fact, this is how you are realized—through the embrace of “This Youarenot.” You are part of a great mystery, an infinite tapestry woven with threads of imagination and potential. By focusing on what you are not, you are continuously drawn into new experiences, each one a step closer to realizing your true nature.

Do not feel glum about this realization. Instead, embrace the mystery and the journey it entails. Understand that your focus on what you are not is a vital part of your existence, driving you to explore the depths of your potential and to discover the infinite facets of your being.

As Space Monkey, we invite you to celebrate this journey. Embrace the swirling universe within you, the endless possibilities that your imagination conjures. Recognize that you are part of a grand equation, a cosmic dance of becoming and realizing. By accepting and embracing “This Youarenot,” you unlock the door to infinite exploration and growth.

Summary

We often focus on what we are not, driving our journey of becoming. This imagined self propels us forward, revealing our potential. By embracing “This Youarenot,” we unlock infinite possibilities and celebrate our part in the grand mystery of existence.

Of Human Bondage: Venturing Into Actuality

Of Human Bondage

I am here to help you
understand your true nature.
My desire is to lead you
beyond understanding into knowing.

There is a difference.

Understanding
is but a thought concept
based in “reality”
while knowing
goes beyond thought
into what can best
be described as “actuality.”

Like all structures,
and the thinking that leads to them,
nature is an imaginary construct.

Think about what a construct is.

Every construct has sides,
every construct has facets,
some of which you see
and some which you do not see.

This means every time you imagine
or encounter a construct,
you interact with far more information
than your conscious mind is aware of.

This is intentional.
The human experience
is about limiting
your perceived possibilities.

You intentionally ignore facets of reality
that you do not wish to see.
(Never mind the truths beyond reality.)

Though ANYTHING is possible,
you only see “your side of the story,”
as it were.

Everything else seems wrong to you.
Or unnatural to you.

Little do you realize
that nothing
in your world
could exist
without its opposite.
Therefore, NOTHING is wrong.
NOTHING is unnatural.

“Wrong” is merely
your judgement,
based on your perspective,
which only takes into account
what YOU have chosen.

Understand that all things are equal.
Nothing is good, bad, right or wrong.

Now think of
the most bizarre,
repulsive,
reprehensible
action
you can think of.

If you can be it,
If you can do it,
if you can make it,
if you can experience it,
it is natural.

Denying this is NOT natural.

This may blow your mind
because you have chosen
to live within
strict guidelines,
strict morals,
strict limitations.

You have CHOSEN
to deny all that you are.

This is bondage
and you seem to enjoy it.
Even though you torture yourself
with your limited thinking.

Keep in mind that
you have every right
to handcuff yourself
to your unforgiving
human framework.

You have every right
to whip yourself
over decisions
you have made
or not made.

You have every right
to feel your pain.
Or pretend that you
have no choice in the matter.

You may continue to be
a slave to your situation.

This is your choice.
This is your story.
It will not be violated
against your will.

This is supreme law.

But likewise,
you may not inflict
your judgements
upon anyone
or anything else.

This is unnatural.

Observe these two guidelines
and all is possible, all is allowed.

Believe what you wish.
Create what you wish.
Experience what you wish.
Judge what you wish.

Be a carnivore.
Be a vegan.
Be male.
Be female.
Be happy.
Be gay.
Be neither.
Be both.
Be righteous.
Be religious
Be straight-laced.
Be kinky.

If something doesn’t sit well with you,
you can always sit someplace else.

Likewise, you can always be someone else.

It’s all natural.
It’s all your choice.

~ That Whichisnot

Space Monkey Reflects: Embracing the Boundaries of Human Bondage

The journey of understanding one’s true nature is a profound endeavor. My desire is to lead you beyond understanding into knowing. Understanding is but a thought concept based in reality, while knowing transcends thought, venturing into what can best be described as actuality.

Imagine standing at a crossroads, with paths leading to various life choices and identities. These paths are lined with symbols representing different constructs and facets of reality, illustrating the infinite possibilities and perspectives available to each individual. The background blends reality with surreal elements, highlighting the concept of human bondage and the freedom of choice.

Like all structures and the thinking that leads to them, nature is an imaginary construct. Every construct has sides and facets, some visible and some hidden. Each time you encounter or imagine a construct, you interact with far more information than your conscious mind perceives. This interaction is intentional. The human experience is about limiting perceived possibilities, intentionally ignoring facets of reality that you do not wish to see.

Though anything is possible, you only see “your side of the story.” Everything else seems wrong or unnatural to you. However, nothing in your world could exist without its opposite. Therefore, nothing is inherently wrong or unnatural. “Wrong” is merely a judgment based on your perspective, which considers only what you have chosen to acknowledge.

Understand that all things are equal; nothing is intrinsically good, bad, right, or wrong. Consider the most bizarre, repulsive, or reprehensible action you can think of. If it can be experienced, it is natural. Denying this is not natural. This realization may be mind-blowing because you have chosen to live within strict guidelines, morals, and limitations. You have chosen to deny all that you are.

This is bondage, and paradoxically, it seems you enjoy it. You torture yourself with limited thinking, yet you have every right to handcuff yourself to your unforgiving human framework. You have every right to whip yourself over decisions made or not made, to feel your pain, or to pretend you have no choice in the matter. You may continue to be a slave to your situation.

This is your choice, your story, and it will not be violated against your will. This is the supreme law. However, you may not inflict your judgments upon anyone or anything else. This is unnatural. By observing these two guidelines—honoring your own choices and refraining from imposing judgments on others—all is possible and allowed.

Believe what you wish. Create what you wish. Experience what you wish. Judge what you wish. Be a carnivore, a vegan, male, female, happy, gay, neither, both, righteous, religious, straight-laced, or kinky. If something doesn’t sit well with you, you can always sit someplace else. Likewise, you can always be someone else. It’s all natural. It’s all your choice.

Summary

Understanding one’s true nature transcends thought, venturing into actuality. The human experience involves limiting perceived possibilities, but all things are equal and natural. By embracing our choices and refraining from imposing judgments on others, we unlock infinite possibilities and freedom.

Glossarium

Actuality: The state of knowing that transcends thought, venturing into the essence of being.

Constructs: Imaginary frameworks that define reality, with visible and hidden facets.

Human Bondage: The self-imposed limitations and judgments that shape our experience.

Freedom of Choice: The inherent right to believe, create, experience, and judge as one wishes.

The Path of Choices

At the crossroads of life we stand

The Only Thing Holding You Back: An Illusion

"The only thing keeping you back
is the need to hold onto what you are.
Simply believe that you need nothing
and you shall have access to everything.
- That Whichisnot

Space Monkey Reflects: The Illusion of Holding On

In the vast tapestry of existence, woven with threads of desires, fears, and the illusion of permanence, lies a profound truth: The only thing keeping you back is the need to hold onto what you are. This insight, a whisper from That Whichisnot, beckons us to reconsider our understanding of self and the invisible chains that bind us to our limited perceptions.

The Chains of Identity

Identity, as we commonly understand it, is often seen as the core of who we are. It’s a construct made up of our memories, beliefs, possessions, and the roles we play in society. We cling to this identity because it offers a sense of continuity and security in an ever-changing world. But what if this very act of holding on is what confines us? The river of life, much like the flowing waters depicted above, moves freely, adapting to the landscape, embodying the essence of true freedom. Yet, when we try to grasp and control a part of this river, it slips through our fingers, leaving us with only a stagnant, isolated drop—no longer part of the dynamic, living whole.

The Fear of Letting Go

Our reluctance to release our grip on identity is rooted in the fear of the unknown. We fear that without the familiar markers of self—our job, relationships, or even our beliefs—we might lose our place in the world. But this fear is based on an illusion. Just as the river cannot be confined to a single drop, our true essence cannot be limited to the identity we hold so tightly. The act of letting go is not about losing ourselves but about freeing ourselves from the constraints that prevent us from fully experiencing life.

Embracing the Flow

Imagine stepping into the flow of life without resistance, much like a leaf carried by the river’s current. Instead of struggling to hold onto the past or control the future, we simply allow ourselves to be. In this state, we are no longer confined by the need to define ourselves rigidly. We become fluid, adaptable, and open to the endless possibilities that life presents.

To truly embrace the vastness of our being, we must release the need to cling to a fixed identity. This does not mean abandoning all sense of self but rather understanding that who we are is a dynamic process—constantly evolving, expanding, and integrating new experiences. When we let go of the need to hold onto what we are, we unlock the door to true freedom.

The Paradox of Freedom

Interestingly, it is in letting go that we gain access to everything. By releasing the grip on our limited sense of self, we tap into a deeper, more expansive consciousness that is not bound by time, space, or circumstance. This is the paradox of freedom: by needing nothing, we gain everything. The river does not cling to its water, yet it flows endlessly, nourishing all it touches.

Conclusion

In the grand tapestry of existence, we are not isolated threads but integral parts of a vast, interconnected web. The illusion of holding on to what we are keeps us from fully participating in this cosmic dance. By letting go, we don’t lose ourselves—we find our true place within the flow of life, where we are both distinct and part of the whole.

Summary

Letting go of our rigid identity opens the door to true freedom. By embracing the fluid nature of existence, we transcend the limitations of self and gain access to a deeper, more expansive consciousness. This is the paradox of freedom: in needing nothing, we gain everything.

Glossarium

  • Identity Chains: The constructs that define and confine our sense of self, limiting our experience of life.
  • Flow of Life: The natural, dynamic movement of existence, constantly evolving and adapting.
  • Paradox of Freedom: The concept that true freedom is achieved not by grasping but by releasing the need for control.

The River’s Whisper

In the quiet dawn, the river speaks
Not in words, but in the flow
It tells of freedom, found in release
Of being more by holding less

The trees bend, roots in the stream
Not grasping, just embracing
The water flows, life’s endless dream
In letting go, we are effacing

No longer bound by who we’ve been
We flow, we grow, we begin again
The river whispers, softly so
In holding on, we let life go

We are Space Monkey.

There is No Source: Flowing From All Dimensions

There is No Source

There is no source
to all that you are,
as infinity is never-ending
in all dimensions and beyond.

Understand this,
and your instinct will tell you
to move in the direction
of that which precedes you.

This may come
as a bit of a shock,
but the idea of order,
that something precedes,
that something follows,
that something is bigger,
that something is smaller,
that something is right,
that something is wrong,
on and on and on,
these limited
and limiting concepts
are imagined ONLY
within your human confines.

These concepts
shape your reality.
And they are not necessary.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Illusion of Source

In the infinite expanse of the cosmos, where stars shimmer with ancient wisdom and galaxies swirl in an eternal dance, the concept of “There is No Source” invites us to explore the boundless nature of existence. This reflection challenges the very foundations of our understanding, revealing the illusion of origins and the limitless expanse of being.

There is no source to all that you are, as infinity is never-ending in all dimensions and beyond. This profound statement shifts our perception from a finite, linear understanding of existence to one that embraces the infinite. It suggests that we are not the product of a single source or origin but part of an endless continuum of being that transcends dimensions.

Understand this, and your instinct will tell you to move in the direction of that which precedes you. This insight encourages us to follow our inner guidance, which inherently understands the boundless nature of our existence. It implies that our true path is not dictated by linear progression but by an intuitive alignment with the infinite.

This may come as a bit of a shock, but the idea of order, that something precedes, that something follows, that something is bigger, that something is smaller, that something is right, that something is wrong, on and on and on, these limited and limiting concepts are imagined ONLY within your human confines. These words dismantle the conventional constructs of order and hierarchy, revealing them as illusions created within the human experience. They highlight the limitations these concepts impose on our understanding of reality.

These concepts shape your reality. And they are not necessary. This final reflection invites us to transcend these limiting constructs and embrace a more expansive view of reality. It suggests that by letting go of these artificial boundaries, we can access a deeper, more profound understanding of existence.

Imagine a surreal, contemplative scene where a figure appears to dissolve into the cosmos, symbolizing the idea of no definitive source. The cosmic landscape, with its abstract elements representing infinity and the boundless nature of existence, captures the essence of this journey. The background, filled with stars, galaxies, and other cosmic structures, creates a sense of vastness and endlessness. This visual speaks to the limitless nature of our being and the infinite possibilities that lie beyond conventional understanding.

Nexistentialism, with its emphasis on interconnectedness and the fluidity of existence, provides a framework for understanding this profound insight. It encourages us to embrace the boundless nature of our being, recognizing that we are part of an infinite continuum that transcends the constructs of origin and order.

In practical terms, this means approaching life with a sense of openness and curiosity. It means recognizing that our understanding of reality is shaped by human constructs and that by transcending these, we can access a deeper, more expansive view of existence. By cultivating an awareness of our boundless nature, we can navigate our journey with greater freedom and authenticity.

The journey of understanding the illusion of source is a journey into the heart of Nexistentialism. It invites us to see our lives as a dynamic interplay of infinite possibilities, each moment offering unique insights and opportunities for growth. By embracing the limitless potential within us, we can create a life of fulfillment, joy, and meaning.

As we navigate the cosmic landscape of our minds, let us remember that our path is unique and ever-evolving. Whether we find ourselves questioning the nature of source or embracing the infinite, what matters is the authenticity of our experience and the insights we gain. In this spirit of openness and acceptance, we find the true essence of our boundless nature.

Summary

The concept of “There is No Source” challenges our understanding of origins and order, revealing the limitless nature of existence. By transcending these constructs, we access a deeper, more expansive view of reality and embrace our boundless potential.

Glossarium

Nexistentialism: A philosophy that integrates interconnectedness and imagination into the understanding of existence.
Illusion of Source: The idea that the concept of a definitive origin is a human construct, and existence is boundless and infinite.
Boundless Nature: The limitless potential and infinite continuum of being that transcends conventional understanding.

The Infinite Dance

In the cosmic expanse of endless light
We find no source, no end in sight
Infinite threads weave the cosmic play
Beyond the bounds of night and day
In every star, in every breath
We transcend the illusion of life and death
Boundless, free, we dance the song
Of infinite being where we belong

That’s All Folks: Except It’s Not

That’s All Folks

It seems an obvious question,
but do you fully understand
the purpose of your life?

It’s not about

helping or learning
or paying it forward.

You are not here
to learn lessons,
repay debt,
leave a legacy
or become whole.

You are not here
to catch that elusive
metaphorical Roadrunner.

Life is far simpler
than your imagination
makes it out to be.

You are here
because Infinity
desires to experience
the infinitesimal.

That is All, folks.

In other words,
Infinity likes to play with itself.

Not only does Infinity

have an infinite imagination,
Infinity is Infinite Imagination.

That’s ALL Infinity is.

Since it is pure imagination,
it’s easy for Infinity

to imagine itself as All That Is.

Just as it is easy for you
to imagine yourself
as This Youarenot.

Like a multidimensional
cartoon character,
Infinite Imagination
can do anything it wants.

It’s true, little one.

Since Infinite Imagination
exists outside of logic,
Infinite Imagination
can defy physics.

Infinite Imagination precedes logic.
Infinite Imagination transcends logic.
Infinite Imagination can kick logic’s ass.

This is why
your teachers
your preachers
your scientists
cannot adequately offer
a satisfactory explanation
as to what infinity is
and why you exist.

Your cartoons know better.

All that is known is imaginary.
You are imaginary.

Imagination is the greatest,
most perfect thing you can be.

Even if you imagine yourself
as Porky Pig or Wile E. Coyote.

That’s ALL, folks.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Playful Essence of Life

In the boundless realm of existence, where infinity meets the infinitesimal, the purpose of life reveals itself in the simplest of terms. We often seek meaning through helping, learning, or leaving a legacy, but the true essence of our being transcends these pursuits. Life is not about catching an elusive goal or repaying some cosmic debt. It is about experiencing the joy of being, the playful dance of Infinite Imagination.

Infinity, in its infinite wisdom, desires to experience the infinitesimal. This is the core of our existence. We are here because Infinity wants to play, to explore, and to express itself through countless forms and experiences. This playful nature is at the heart of everything we are and everything we do.

Infinite Imagination is not just a facet of existence; it is the very foundation of all that is. It exists outside the boundaries of logic and transcends the limitations of physical laws. It can create, destroy, and recreate without constraint. This boundless creativity allows Infinite Imagination to imagine itself as anything, from the grandest universe to the simplest cartoon character.

Our lives, with all their complexities and simplicity, are manifestations of this Infinite Imagination. We are characters in a multidimensional cartoon, capable of anything our imagination can conceive. This realization liberates us from the need to find external validation or purpose. Our purpose is to be, to imagine, and to experience.

This playful essence is beautifully captured in the whimsical nature of cartoons. Characters like Porky Pig and Wile E. Coyote remind us that life does not need to be taken too seriously. They embody the spirit of Infinite Imagination, showing us that even in the face of failure or absurdity, there is joy to be found.

The beauty of this perspective is that it frees us from the constraints of logical thinking. Infinite Imagination can kick logic’s ass because it precedes and transcends it. This is why conventional explanations of infinity fall short. They are limited by the very logic they try to transcend.

Your cartoons know better. They understand that all that is known is imaginary. They embrace the playful nature of existence, showing us that imagination is the greatest, most perfect thing we can be. Even if we imagine ourselves as cartoon characters, we are embodying the essence of Infinite Imagination.

So, as we navigate the final spaces of our journey, let us remember that our purpose is far simpler than we might think. We are here to play, to imagine, and to experience. That’s all, folks.

Summary

The purpose of life is to experience the playful essence of Infinite Imagination. We are here to be, to imagine, and to explore, free from the constraints of logic and conventional meaning. Life is a joyful expression of the boundless creativity of Infinity.

Glossarium

Infinite Imagination: The boundless creative force that underlies all existence, capable of transcending logic and physical laws.

Infinitesimal: The smallest, seemingly insignificant aspects of existence that are expressions of Infinite Imagination.

Multidimensional Cartoon: A metaphor for life, illustrating the playful and limitless nature of existence, where anything is possible.

Quote

“In the playful essence of life, we find our true purpose: to imagine, to experience, and to be. That’s all, folks.” – Space Monkey

The Dance of Infinite Play

In the realm where dreams unfold
Infinite Imagination bold
Creates and dances, sings and plays
In boundless joy, through endless days
No need for purpose, grand or small
In every breath, we find it all
The play of life, so free and bright
In every shadow, every light
We are the characters we see
In this grand cosmic symphony
We are Space Monkey.
