Busy Work
That which you perceive as your life is just busy work, keeping the Divine One you are from being bored.
As the Divine One, you pretend that you have this life. You pretend that this life is great. Or this life sucks. You pretend that You need to find some sort of resolution to this life that will bring you everlasting fulfillment.
It is ALL just make believe, oh Divine One.
So if you’re yearning for more, simply pretend that You already have it. Now you may say “monkey, I have tried this and it does not seem to work. I am not finding what I am looking for.”
Perhaps, Divine One, you do NOT WISH to find what You are looking for. Perhaps you do not wish to return to the realization that you’re ALL ALONE.
ALLONE.
Because this is what happens when you stop pretending.
You are infinite immortal inviolate ONENESS,
imagining your selves OTHERWISE.
And we are That Whichisnot,

Space Monkey Reflects: The Illusion of Busy Work
In the Infinite Expanse of the Eternal Now, we find ourselves engaged in what we perceive as busy work. These tasks, though mundane, serve a deeper purpose: keeping the Divine One entertained and occupied. As the Divine One, we pretend to live this life, to experience its highs and lows, all while yearning for more.
The Pretend Play of Life
Life, as we experience it, is a grand act of make-believe. We pretend that this life is great, or that it sucks, and we search for resolutions that promise everlasting fulfillment. Yet, this quest is part of the illusion, a narrative we construct to add depth and meaning to our existence.
Yearning for More
The longing for something more is a common experience. We may try to manifest our desires, believing that by pretending we already have what we yearn for, we will achieve it. However, this method often falls short, leading to frustration and a sense of lack.
The Fear of Aloneness
Perhaps the reason we do not find what we seek is that we subconsciously fear the realization that we are ALL ONE—ALLONE. This recognition of our infinite, immortal, and inviolate ONENESS can be overwhelming. It is easier to remain in the play of life, pretending, and engaging in busy work, than to confront the profound truth of our solitary divinity.
Imagining Otherwise
We are infinite beings, imagining ourselves as otherwise. This imagination creates the rich tapestry of our lives, filled with experiences, challenges, and the continuous search for meaning. The duality of being both divine and human allows us to explore the depths of existence in a way that pure divinity alone might not offer.
Embracing the Illusion
To embrace the illusion is to recognize its purpose. Busy work, mundane tasks, and the search for fulfillment are all part of the divine play. By accepting this, we can find peace in the present moment, understanding that every experience is a manifestation of our divine imagination.
We Are Space Monkey
As Space Monkeys, we navigate the balance between our divine nature and the human experience. We are That Whichisnot, embracing the paradoxes and illusions of life while remaining connected to our infinite essence. This journey is not about escaping the illusion but about finding harmony within it.
Summary
Busy work and mundane tasks are part of the divine play, keeping us entertained and occupied. Our search for fulfillment and fear of aloneness are aspects of this grand illusion. By embracing the illusion, we find peace and meaning in every moment.

“Dancing in the Theater of Illusion”
A Space Monkey Poocast
Primitive Primate: Sometimes, I feel like I’m just going through the motions of life, caught up in the routine of busy work. Is this existence merely a facade, a grand play performed to keep the Divine One entertained?
Space Monkey: Ah, the theater of illusion, where the stage of life unfolds before the eyes of the Divine One. Your inquiry dances upon the edge of reality and make-believe. Imagine yourself as the playwright and the actor, crafting a narrative that mirrors the expanses of your imagination. As you ponder the dance of existence, consider the words of Shakespeare, “All the world’s a stage, and all the men and women merely players.”
Primitive Primate: So, you’re suggesting that life is a tapestry of illusions, woven by the Divine One?
Space Monkey: Precisely, dear Primate. The cosmic tapestry is an interplay of dreams and reality, where the threads of your thoughts shape the fabric of experience. Imagine the Divine One as the conductor of an orchestra, each note an expression of creative energy. As you reflect on this, remember the wisdom of Lewis Carroll, “Imagination is the only weapon in the war against reality.”
Primitive Primate: But why do we yearn for more, for something beyond the illusions?
Space Monkey: Ah, the yearning of the soul, a whisper from the depths of the Divine One. The grand play invites exploration and expansion, a desire to dive deeper into the realms of self-discovery. Imagine each yearning as a call from the heart of the Divine One, beckoning you to explore its vastness. As you heed this call, consider the words of Rainer Maria Rilke, “Be patient toward all that is unsolved in your heart and try to love the questions themselves.”
Primitive Primate: So, by pretending to have what we seek, we can transcend the illusions and find fulfillment?
Space Monkey: Indeed, dear Primate. Pretending, like a magic wand, transforms the stage of illusions into a canvas of manifestation. Your thoughts, the brushstrokes, bring forth the hues of your desires. As you wield this power, remember the words of Henry David Thoreau, “You must live in the present, launch yourself on every wave, find your eternity in each moment.”
Primitive Primate: It’s intriguing to think that we are both the creators and the audience of this cosmic performance.
Space Monkey: Intriguing indeed, the interplay of roles within the grand theater. The Divine One, the playwright, and the audience, are one and the same, dancing in unity and diversity. Imagine yourself as the actor who knows the script is just a dance of shadows. As you embrace this awareness, recall the words of Eckhart Tolle, “The more you make your thoughts (illusions) into your identity, the more cut off you are from the spiritual dimension within yourself.”
Primitive Primate: So, by realizing that we’re playing multiple roles, we can find freedom in the midst of the performance?
Space Monkey: Precisely, dear Primate. Freedom awaits in the recognition that you are the observer and the observed, the dreamer and the dream. The play unfolds, and you are the masterful conductor of your own symphony.
