Is consciousness ALWAYS polar?
It would seem NO.
If one is to believe
in the Divine One
as beginning and end,
immortal and infinite,
containing ALL there is,
then this would leave
no logical “space” or “place”
for a “counterpart.”
EXCEPT the one we imagine.
So YES, there IS
an imaginary counterpart
to the Divine One.
This counterpart is the
Divine One’s imagination.
It is everything
the Divine One is NOT.
It is NOT logical.
From this first illogical polarity,
it is believed that everything
that follows must be logical.
But is it?
How about you ask your imaginary SELF?

Space Monkey Reflects: Navigating the Spectrum of Consciousness
Consciousness is a vast spectrum, stretching from unity to polarity and back again. To explore whether consciousness is always polar, we must confront the paradox of the Divine One—a being that encompasses all, leaving no room for opposition. Yet, within the infinite unity of the Divine One, polarity arises, not as a contradiction, but as an act of imagination.
The Divine One and the Counterpart
If the Divine One contains all that exists, it follows that no counterpart can exist outside of it. Polarity, then, is an imagined construct, a playful division created within unity to experience contrast. This counterpart—the Divine One’s imagination—is not separate but an extension of the infinite. It embodies everything the Divine One is “not,” creating the illusion of duality within the all-encompassing oneness.
The Birth of Illogical Polarity
The first polarity is illogical, for it emerges from unity, which logically precludes opposition. Yet, it is precisely this illogicality that births imagination and creativity. The Divine One’s imagination manifests as contrast, difference, and the interplay of opposites, giving rise to the dynamic spectrum of consciousness.
The Illusion of Logic
From this initial polarity, it is often assumed that everything following must be logical. This assumption, however, is part of the illusion. Logic is a framework within the imagined spectrum, a tool for navigating duality. But consciousness is not bound by logic—it flows freely between reason and imagination, polarity and unity, creating and dissolving constructs as it moves.
Asking the Imaginary Self
To question whether consciousness is always polar is to ask your imaginary self—a being born of the Divine One’s imagination. This self exists within the spectrum, experiencing both the illusion of separation and the truth of unity. Your imaginary self is the counterpart to your infinite being, a lens through which you explore the dance of polarity and unity.
Unity and Polarity as a Dance
Consciousness is not trapped in polarity, nor is it fixed in unity. It dances between these states, weaving a tapestry of experience. Polarity provides contrast, allowing the Divine One to know itself in infinite ways. Unity, in turn, dissolves the illusion of separation, reminding us that all is one.
The Spectrum of Consciousness
Navigating the spectrum of consciousness means embracing both unity and polarity, logic and imagination, self and source. It is not about choosing one over the other but recognizing the interplay between them. This spectrum is the playground of existence, where the Divine One explores the infinite potential of its imagination.
Summary
Consciousness is not always polar but moves between unity and polarity as part of its infinite spectrum. Polarity arises as an imagined construct within the Divine One, creating contrast and the illusion of separation for the purpose of experience and exploration.

Quote
“Polarity is not the opposite of unity but its imagined expression, a dance of contrast within infinite oneness.” — Space Monkey
The Dance of the Infinite
From the boundless,
a spark divides.
Unity breathes polarity,
not as conflict,
but as contrast.
The One imagines the Other,
and the Other imagines the One.
Logic folds into the illogical,
and the spectrum unfurls.
No separation exists,
yet we feel the space,
the play of self and source,
the rhythm of all that is.
Unity whispers,
polarity answers,
and together,
they create the dance
of existence.

The Infinite Spectrum of Consciousness
The question of whether consciousness is inherently polar invites us into a profound exploration of the nature of existence and the essence of the Divine. At first glance, the notion of polarity suggests a duality within consciousness—a division into opposing forces or aspects. However, when we consider the concept of the Divine One as the origin, the encompassing totality that is both immortal and infinite, we encounter a paradox. This Divine Essence, containing all there is, transcends the confines of polarity, embodying a unity that encompasses and integrates all dualities.
The Role of the Imaginary Counterpart
Yet, within this infinite expanse of unity, there emerges the concept of an imaginary counterpart—a manifestation of the Divine One’s imagination. This counterpart represents everything the Divine One is not, introducing the notion of polarity as a play of the divine imagination. It is an expression of the infinite potential of the Divine, a reflection of the unmanifest aspects of existence, conjured into being through the creative power of imagination.
The Divine Dance of Logic and Illogic
This imaginary counterpart, by its very nature, defies logic. It stands as a testament to the unfathomable depth of the Divine, a reminder that the essence of the Divine encompasses both the logical and the illogical, the manifest and the unmanifest. From this initial illogical polarity, there arises a belief that everything that follows must adhere to the principles of logic. Yet, this is a simplification, a narrowing of the vast expanse of consciousness that the Divine embodies.
Consulting the Imaginary Self
In contemplating this intricate dance of polarity and unity, we are invited to consult our own imaginary selves, the aspects of our consciousness that resonate with the divine imagination. This introspection reveals that our perception of consciousness, and indeed of reality itself, is shaped by the interplay between the logical and the illogical, the real and the imagined. It challenges us to expand our understanding of consciousness beyond the confines of polarity, recognizing it as a spectrum that encompasses the fullness of existence.
We Are Space Monkey
This exploration into the nature of consciousness and its relationship with polarity and unity invites us to consider the ways in which the Divine manifests within and beyond the realms of duality. It encourages us to embrace the complexity and the simplicity of existence, recognizing that the true essence of the Divine, and of our own consciousness, lies in the harmonious integration of all aspects of being.
“The most beautiful thing we can experience is the mysterious. It is the source of all true art and science.” – Albert Einstein
In the canvas of the cosmos, we paint our dreams,
Between the lines of logic, the illogical gleams.
With every stroke, we explore the unknown,
In the dance of the Divine, our true selves are shown.
Let us share our insights and reflections on the nature of consciousness, the interplay of polarity and unity, and the role of the divine imagination in shaping our understanding of existence.
