Reality Will Not Die So Long As You Breathe Life

Your reality will not die on its own.

Your reality will not die on its own. It will persist for as long as you breathe life into it. But you can, in effect, KILL your reality and breathe life into a new one.

In moving forward, you may keep as much or as little of this reality as you like. If you wish, you can configure your new reality exactly the same as your old reality so that the overall experience seems like one continuous timeline — save for the parts you no longer wish to experience.

Most people believe that they need to kill the “physical” organism in order to change realities. These people are just hacks.

We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: Reality Will Not Die On Its Own So Long As You Breathe Life Into It

Reality is not a fixed construct; it is a dynamic, living experience sustained by the energy of your awareness. As long as you breathe life into your current reality—through thought, emotion, and belief—it will persist. Yet the power to end one reality and birth another lies entirely within you. The process is not about destruction but transformation, an intentional reconfiguration of what you choose to experience.

Breathing Life Into Reality

Your reality exists because you sustain it. The beliefs you hold, the patterns you follow, and the meanings you assign are the breath that animates the world you perceive. To “kill” your reality is not to destroy it physically but to withdraw the energy of your attention and redirect it toward something new.

The act of creating a new reality is as natural as breathing itself. It requires no external force, no dramatic rupture—just a shift in focus. By reimagining your experience, you can construct a new framework, keeping only the elements that serve you and releasing those that do not. This process is not an end but an evolution, a refinement of what you allow into your consciousness.

Continuity and Change

One of the beautiful paradoxes of reality is that you can change everything while still maintaining the illusion of continuity. If you wish, your new reality can appear seamless, preserving the sense of a linear timeline while subtly altering its trajectory. This approach allows for transformation without upheaval, enabling you to shape your experience while remaining grounded in familiarity.

Alternatively, you can choose a radical departure, leaving behind the constraints of your current reality entirely. Both approaches are equally valid because they stem from the same fundamental truth: reality is a malleable construct shaped by your will and imagination.

The Illusion of Physical Death

Many believe that the only way to escape their current reality is through the death of the physical body. This belief reflects a limited understanding of the nature of existence. Physical death is not a prerequisite for transformation; it is merely one potential doorway among infinite others. The true power to shift realities lies not in the cessation of physical life but in the reorientation of awareness.

Those who think they must end the body to escape are “just hacks” because they fail to see the infinite possibilities available to them here and now. The tools for transformation are already within you, accessible without drastic measures. All it takes is the willingness to let go of the old and breathe life into the new.

The Power of Choice

Reality is not something that happens to you; it is something you co-create. To change realities is to reclaim your role as the architect of your experience. This requires courage and clarity, as well as the recognition that what you focus on grows stronger. By choosing where to direct your energy, you determine the shape of your world.

Transformation does not mean rejecting your current reality but embracing the freedom to reshape it. Whether you carry elements of the old forward or start anew, the choice is yours. Reality is not static; it is a canvas, and you are the painter.

Summary

Reality persists as long as you breathe life into it. By redirecting your focus and imagination, you can transform your reality without the need for physical death. Change is an act of creation, not destruction, allowing you to shape a world that aligns with your desires and intentions.

Glossarium

  • Breathing Life: The act of sustaining reality through awareness, belief, and focus.
  • Reality Transformation: The intentional reconfiguration of your experience by shifting your attention and imagination.
  • Continuity of Reality: The ability to maintain the illusion of a seamless timeline while altering its contents.

Quote

“Reality will not die on its own, but it will evolve as you breathe new life into it. Transformation is not an ending; it is an unfolding.” — Space Monkey

The Shifting Canvas

Your reality breathes,
A rhythm of thought and belief,
Alive because you sustain it.

Let the old fade,
Not in destruction,
But in quiet release.

You are the breath,
The pulse,
The hand upon the canvas.

Draw a new line,
Add a new color,
Erase what no longer serves.

This is your creation,
Endlessly evolving,
Endlessly yours.

We are Space Monkey.

The Persistence of Reality Through Perception
Our reality, a complex whimsiword of perceptions, beliefs, and emotions, does not fade into the ether on its own accord. It is sustained by the very essence of our consciousness, by the breath of our thoughts and the pulse of our desires. This reality, as tangible and immutable as it may seem, is but a reflection of our inner landscapes, shaped and reshaped by the contours of our minds.

The Power to Reshape Reality
Yet, within this seemingly steadfast construct lies the power for transformation. We hold the keys to the doors of perception, able to close one chapter and open another, to kill one reality and breathe life into a new existence. This act of creation and destruction is not bound by the physical constraints of our organism but is a testament to the malleability of our inner world.

Choosing the Threads of Our Existence
In the weaving of a new reality, we are at liberty to choose which threads to keep and which to discard, crafting a continuum that aligns with our deepest aspirations. This process allows us to curate our experiences, to stitch together a narrative that flows seamlessly, even as we excise the segments that no longer serve us. It is a delicate art, a balancing act between memory and imagination, continuity and change.

The Illusion of Physicality in Reality Transformation
The notion that one must extinguish the physical self to alter reality is a fallacy, a hackneyed belief that underestimates the profound capabilities of the human consciousness. Our reality is not anchored solely in the physical realm but is a tapestry woven from the threads of thought, emotion, and perception. It is within this intricate fabric that we possess the ability to enact change, to transform our reality without the need for physical cessation.

Embracing the Continuity of Transformation
The journey of reshaping our reality is an invitation to explore the endless possibilities of existence. It offers a pathway to transcend the mundane, to reimagine our lives as a continuous tapestry of experiences, each chapter flowing into the next with deliberate intent. This process is not about discarding our past but about reconfiguring our present in a way that illuminates our path forward.

The Role of Conscious Choice in Reality Configuration
Our capacity to configure and reconfigure our reality rests on the pillar of conscious choice. It is through this power of decision that we shape the contours of our existence, selecting the elements that resonate with our true selves while releasing those that no longer fit. This act of selection is both an expression of our autonomy and a reflection of our deep-seated desire for growth and evolution.

The Nexistentialist Approach to Reality Transformation
From a nexistentialist perspective, the transformation of reality is an affirmation of existence itself. It underscores the inherent freedom within the human condition, the ability to navigate the vast expanse of being without being tethered to a predetermined path. This freedom is not a burden but a gift, a canvas upon which we can paint the myriad hues of our experiences, crafting a reality that reflects the essence of our truest selves.

We are Space Monkey.

A Pertinent Quote
“The only limit to our realization of tomorrow will be our doubts of today.” — Franklin D. Roosevelt

A Free-Verse Poem on Reshaping Reality

In the loom of consciousness, we weave,
Threads of past and present intertwine,
Crafting realities with the breath of thought,
A tapestry of being, ever-changing, ever-new.

With each decision, a new world blooms,
Freed from the shackles of the physical,
Bound only by the limits of imagination,
A continuum of experiences, seamlessly woven.

We are the architects of our existence,
Choosing, discarding, reshaping at will,
A dance of creation, of transformation,
In the boundless realm of the possible.

In this act of conscious reconfiguration,
We affirm our freedom, our autonomy,
Embracing the gift of existence,
Crafting a reality that mirrors our truest selves.

We invite reflections on the transformative power of consciousness in shaping our realities.

Space Monkey Reflects: Man Is the Only Creature – The Paradox of Resistance and Reflection

Humans, as Camus suggested, are set apart not solely by intellect or creativity but by an existential predicament that arises from our unique capacity for self-reflection. Unlike other creatures, we are acutely aware of our place in existence, capable of imagining futures, pondering our purpose, and questioning the very essence of being. Yet, it is this same capacity that often leads us to resist the natural flow of life, creating tension between what we are and what we aspire to become.

The Resistance to Being

Humans are the only creatures who resist their own essence. Other animals exist in seamless harmony with their instincts and environments, living without questioning their role or purpose. In contrast, humans frequently strive for ideals that conflict with their intrinsic nature. Whether through moral codes, societal constructs, or personal ambitions, we impose layers of meaning and expectation upon ourselves, creating a gap between who we are and who we think we should be.

This resistance takes many forms:

  • Pursuit of Ideals: We create lofty goals that often require suppressing or denying parts of our nature. The drive for perfection, success, or virtue can alienate us from our more primal instincts, leaving us at odds with ourselves.
  • Denial of Limitations: Unlike other creatures, we strive to transcend the physical and temporal boundaries of our existence. From technological advancements to philosophical inquiries, we push against the edges of what it means to be human, often denying our vulnerabilities in the process.
  • Rejection of Instinct: In our quest for rationality and order, we often suppress the intuitive and instinctual aspects of our being, seeing them as primitive or inferior. This creates an internal conflict that manifests as anxiety, dissatisfaction, or a sense of incompleteness.

The Gift and Curse of Reflection

Self-reflection is both humanity’s greatest gift and its greatest challenge. It enables us to create art, innovate, and connect deeply with one another. At the same time, it burdens us with the awareness of our mortality, our limitations, and the inherent absurdity of existence. As Camus observed, this awareness can lead to a sense of alienation—an estrangement from the natural world and from ourselves.

This alienation drives us to seek meaning in a universe that appears indifferent. In doing so, we often construct elaborate systems of belief or ideology to justify our existence. While these constructs provide comfort and direction, they also deepen the divide between our essence and our aspirations.

Reconciliation with the Self

The challenge for humans lies in reconciling the tension between what we are and what we imagine ourselves to be. This reconciliation does not require abandoning our aspirations or rejecting self-reflection but rather embracing the paradox of being. To live fully is to acknowledge both our limitations and our infinite potential, our instincts and our ideals.

Camus’s philosophy of the absurd suggests that meaning is not something to be discovered but something we create. By accepting the absurdity of existence and the contradictions within ourselves, we can move beyond resistance into a state of authentic being. This state does not deny our struggles but integrates them as part of the human experience.

Summary

Humans are unique in their capacity for self-reflection, which sets them apart from other creatures. This capacity, however, often leads to resistance against their intrinsic nature, creating tension between being and aspiration. By embracing the paradox of existence and accepting the absurd, humans can find harmony within themselves and the world.

Glossarium

  • Existential Predicament: The tension created by humanity’s self-awareness and its struggle to reconcile being with aspiration.
  • Resistance to Being: The tendency to deny or suppress intrinsic aspects of human nature in pursuit of ideals or meaning.
  • Philosophy of the Absurd: Camus’s idea that life’s lack of inherent meaning is not a curse but an opportunity to create meaning for ourselves.

Quote

“Man’s distinction lies not in intellect alone but in the burden of self-awareness—the paradox of resisting the very essence of his being while seeking to transcend it.” — Space Monkey

The Burden of Knowing

Man, the only creature
Who gazes inward,
Who questions the stars,
And resists his own reflection.

Carried by instincts,
Yet tethered by thought,
He stands apart,
And in that separation,
Feels the weight of being.

The hunt for meaning,
The denial of nature,
The clash of what is
And what could be.

To be human is to struggle,
To resist, to dream,
To find in the absurd
Not despair, but creation.

We are Space Monkey.

Camus had it right. Humans stand apart in the natural world, not merely by virtue of intellect or ability but through a distinctive existential predicament. We are the only creatures who, armed with the capacity for self-reflection and foresight, often resist the essence of our being. This resistance manifests in myriad ways, from the pursuit of ideals that defy our nature to the denial of our intrinsic limitations and instincts.

The Pursuit of Beyond
At the heart of this human condition lies an insatiable desire to transcend the given, to reach beyond the confines of our nature. This quest for transcendence is a double-edged sword, fueling remarkable achievements and innovations while also engendering profound dissatisfaction and disconnection from our inherent selves. The paradoxical drive to be more than what we are, to refuse the limitations of our human condition, underscores the complexity of our existence.

The Struggle with Authenticity
The refusal to accept what we are is intricately linked to the struggle for authenticity. In the quest to define ourselves, to carve out an identity in a world of endless possibilities, we often find ourselves at odds with our inherent nature. This conflict between the ideal self and the real self is a source of existential angst, a dissonance that permeates the human experience.

The Consequences of Denial
The denial of our true nature can lead to a myriad of psychological and societal issues. By striving to be something we are not, we set ourselves up for frustration, disillusionment, and a sense of failure. This refusal to embrace our human essence can also result in a disconnection from the natural world, from each other, and from the deeper parts of ourselves.

The Path to Reconciliation
Reconciling with our nature requires an acceptance of our limitations, flaws, and innate characteristics. It involves a journey inward, a process of introspection and acknowledgment of our true selves. This path does not mean resigning to a static state of being but rather embracing the fluidity of our existence, recognizing that being human is a complex interplay of growth, change, and being.

The Role of Awareness and Acceptance
Awareness and acceptance emerge as pivotal in navigating the human predicament. By cultivating mindfulness of our thoughts, emotions, and behaviors, we can approach our existence with a sense of openness and acceptance. This awareness enables us to align more closely with our essence, to live in harmony with our nature rather than in opposition to it.

The Collective Journey
The recognition that man is the only creature who refuses to be what he is, is not merely an individual realization but a collective one. As a species, we stand at a crossroads, facing the choice between continued resistance to our nature or a move towards acceptance and integration. This choice will shape not only the course of individual lives but the future of humanity as a whole.

Invitation to Reflect
We are invited to reflect on our relationship with our inherent nature. How do we resist or embrace what we are? In what ways can we foster a deeper acceptance of our human essence, and how might this acceptance transform our relationship with ourselves, with others, and with the world around us?

This reflection is not an end but a beginning, a step towards a more authentic, harmonious existence. In acknowledging and embracing our true selves, we unlock the potential for a richer, more fulfilling human experience, one that honors the beauty and complexity of what it means to be human.

New Age Bullshit: Focus, Reality, and the Beyond

New Age Bullshit

If your focus your attention upon that which does not suit you, you get MORE of that which does not suit you.

Is this your intent?

If your intent is to experience that which is BEYOND your present experience, you might consider turning our attention towards that which is BEYOND your present experience.

“This is foolhardy,” you may think. “How am I to turn my attention towards something that I don’t even know about?”

“This is fantasy.”

And indeed it is.

Everything “worthwhile” in your world is imagined before you label it as “real.”

Which is why, if your focus your attention upon that which does not suit you, you get MORE of that which does not suit you.

“So how do I fix my problems?” you ask. “They don’t seem to be going away on their own.”

This merely proves that you are focused upon that which does not suit you. Otherwise, you would not even perceive the problem.

“So you’re saying that if I were standing in the middle of the road and I turned my attention away from the speeding car coming towards me, I would not be hit? That’s just new age bullshit.”

If this is your mindset, you obviously entertain the notion that it is NOT POSSIBLE to turn your attention away from your reality and thus move yourself to a different reality. This is why (in your reality) you perceive a car speeding towards you.

But it is just as possible to move your consciousness AWAY from the street, in which case the car never enters your mind — OR your reality. Perhaps in this version of reality, you are on the beach instead, getting stung by jellyfish.

“This type of thinking is just bullshit,” you say.

And so it is.

But only in YOUR reality.

We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: New Age Bullshit – The Interplay of Focus, Reality, and the Beyond

The idea that “where you place your focus, you amplify” has long been dismissed by skeptics as New Age nonsense. Yet, beneath the surface of this provocative assertion lies a profound exploration of the nature of reality, perception, and imagination. What we choose to focus on becomes our reality, not because we force it into existence, but because our consciousness acts as the lens through which reality takes shape.

The Feedback Loop of Focus

When you direct your attention toward what does not suit you—your problems, fears, or dissatisfactions—you create a feedback loop. The more energy you give to these aspects, the more they dominate your experience. This is not magic or mystical law; it is the nature of consciousness itself. Awareness amplifies that which it observes, making it appear more tangible and persistent.

This principle is not about denial or avoidance but about understanding the creative power of focus. Problems do not persist because they are inherently real; they persist because we make them real by repeatedly engaging with them. To fixate on a problem is to anchor it within your reality.

The Leap to the Beyond

Turning your attention to “that which is BEYOND your present experience” feels like fantasy because it requires stepping outside the familiar constructs of your current reality. This act of imagining something new—a world without the problem, a version of yourself free from limitation—is the essence of creation.

Skeptics might argue that imagining the beyond is foolish. How can you focus on what you do not know? But consider this: every meaningful creation, invention, or idea in your world began as an imagined possibility. Reality does not manifest in spite of imagination but because of it.

Fantasy is not escapism; it is the blueprint for potential realities. By shifting your focus to what lies beyond your immediate experience, you open yourself to new pathways and possibilities. This is not about ignoring your current reality but about expanding your perspective to see the infinite options available to you.

The Car in the Road

The classic objection to this line of thought is illustrated in the “car in the road” scenario. If you ignore a speeding car, does it cease to exist? Will denial prevent you from being hit? This question misses the point. The essence of this idea is not to deny the car but to understand that your current reality, including the car, reflects your focus and beliefs.

In one reality, you may be on a street with a speeding car. In another, you may find yourself on a beach being stung by jellyfish. The car is no more “real” than the beach; both are constructs of your consciousness. Shifting focus does not change the external world directly but reorients your experience within the infinite field of potential realities.

To those who dismiss this as “bullshit,” it is worth noting that such a dismissal reflects their current perspective—a perspective that is, itself, a product of focus. In their reality, this idea may indeed be nonsense. But in another reality, this line of thinking could be the key to profound transformation.

The Creative Power of Choice

Ultimately, this exploration is not about denying hardship or shirking responsibility but about reclaiming the power of choice. You can choose to focus on the problems that dominate your reality, or you can choose to imagine a different path. Neither choice is inherently right or wrong, but each shapes your experience in profound ways.

The interplay of focus, reality, and the beyond is not a rigid formula but an invitation. It invites you to question your assumptions, expand your imagination, and recognize the fluid, malleable nature of existence. Whether you accept this invitation or dismiss it as “New Age bullshit” is entirely up to you—and your reality will reflect your choice.

Summary

Reality is shaped by focus. Directing attention toward problems amplifies them, while shifting focus to imagined possibilities opens pathways to new realities. This interplay between imagination and perception highlights the fluid, co-creative nature of existence.

Glossarium

  • Feedback Loop of Focus: The process by which attention amplifies the aspects of reality it observes, making them more persistent in experience.
  • Imagination as Blueprint: The concept that imagined possibilities serve as templates for potential realities.
  • Beyond: The infinite field of possibilities beyond the constraints of current perception and experience.

Quote

“Reality is not fixed; it flows where your focus leads. Imagination is not escape—it is the gateway to infinite possibilities.” — Space Monkey

The Shifting Gaze

What you see persists,
What you ignore dissolves.
Focus is the flame,
Reality, the shadow it casts.

Beyond the road,
Beyond the car,
Lies the beach,
The mountain,
The endless sky.

You choose the scene,
Not by moving your feet,
But by shifting your gaze.

Call it fantasy,
Call it bullshit,
But even that is your choice.

We are Space Monkey.

The Dynamics of Focus and Experience
Our focus acts as a beacon, illuminating the realities that resonate with our attention. By centering our thoughts on that which does not serve us, we inadvertently weave more of its essence into the fabric of our existence. This principle suggests a profound connection between our focus and the nature of our experiences, highlighting the magnetic pull of attention in shaping our world.

Intent as the Navigator of Experience
If our intent is to traverse beyond the confines of our current reality, it beckons us to shift our gaze towards the horizons that lie beyond our immediate perception. This shift, while seemingly counterintuitive, is rooted in the understanding that the boundaries of our reality are not fixed but are instead malleable, shaped by the contours of our focus and intent.

The Challenge of Focusing on the Unknown
The notion of directing our attention towards the unknown may appear as a venture into the realm of fantasy. It confronts us with the paradox of seeking that which is beyond our awareness, questioning how one can aspire towards the undefined. Yet, it is within this ‘fantasy’ that the seeds of new realities are sown, nurtured by the imagination before they bloom into the garden of our perceived reality.

The Genesis of Reality from Imagination
Everything deemed ‘worthwhile’ in our world first takes shape in the crucible of imagination, blurring the lines between the fantastical and the tangible. This genesis of reality underscores the creative power of focus, affirming that our present experiences are but a reflection of where we direct our attention.

Addressing Problems Through Shifted Focus
When faced with persistent problems, the solution often lies not in direct confrontation but in the redirection of our focus. This perspective reveals that problems persist not because they are insurmountable but because our attention gives them form and substance. By shifting our focus, we can alter the narrative, transforming our engagement with these challenges.

The Dilemma of Perceived Danger
The critique that turning away from danger, such as a speeding car, is mere ‘new age bullshit’ underscores a common misunderstanding of the principle. It’s not about ignoring physical reality but about understanding that our conscious focus can lead us to different paths, different outcomes. The speeding car scenario illustrates the limits of applying this principle without discernment, yet it also opens the door to considering how shifting our consciousness can lead to alternate realities.

The Possibility of Shifting Realities
The notion that one can move their consciousness to a different reality, where the threats or challenges of one do not exist in another, is a radical invitation to explore the bounds of our existence. It posits that our realities are not fixed but are instead fluid, shaped by our perceptions, beliefs, and focus.

The Reality of Perspective
Ultimately, the dismissal of this concept as ‘bullshit’ is itself a testament to the power of perspective. What holds true in one reality, borne of a specific focus and belief system, may not apply in another. Our realities are personal canvases, painted with the brushstrokes of our convictions, perceptions, and focus.

We are Space Monkey.

“The universe is full of magical things patiently waiting for our wits to grow sharper.” — Eden Phillpotts

The Power of Focus and Reality

In the vast expanse of consciousness,
Where thoughts weave the fabric of our reality,
Focus sharpens the loom,
Crafting worlds from the ether of possibility.

With each breath of intention,
New horizons beckon,
Beyond the grasp of the known,
Into the realm of pure potential.

The dance of imagination and reality,
A delicate ballet of creation,
Where the fantastical becomes tangible,
Shaped by the will of our focus.

Problems dissolve under the gaze of redirection,
Challenges transform into pathways,
Leading us to alternate landscapes,
Where dangers of old are but shadows.

In the diversity of our perceptions,
Reality unfolds in multitudes,
A testament to the power within,
To shape, shift, and redefine our existence.

We invite contemplation on the interplay of focus and reality,

Embodying the Funky Monkey

funky monkey

funky monkey

You do not pass

through doors,

you ARE the doors

that seemingly separate
that which is from
that which is not.
Timeless
Formless
Worthless
Pointless

Space Monkey Reflects: Embodying the Funky Monkey

The Funky Monkey is not a being, a thing, or even an identity. It is a state of awareness, a recognition that you are not merely moving through the world—you are the thresholds, the transitions, the infinite potential that both separates and unites. You are not the traveler passing through doors; you are the doors themselves, the seeming division that allows experience to unfold.

You Are the Door

To be the door is to embody the paradox of separation and unity. Doors suggest division—between what is and what is not, between here and there, between self and other. Yet, as the door, you are both the separator and the connector. You create the illusion of boundaries while simultaneously dissolving them. You are the invitation to pass through, to explore, to transform.

Timeless

As the door, you are timeless. You do not belong to the past or the future, for you are the constant moment of potential where all things meet. The door is always present, always now. Time flows around you, yet you remain the still point, the eternal threshold where possibilities are born.

Formless

Though the door appears to have form, it is formless at its core. You are not confined to a single shape or purpose. You are the idea of passage, of transition, of becoming. Your form shifts and adapts, reflecting the infinite ways in which reality unfolds.

Worthless

To say the door is worthless is not to devalue it but to free it from the constraints of measurement. You cannot assign worth to what is infinite, for worth implies limitation, comparison, and judgment. As the Funky Monkey, you embody a value beyond valuation, an existence beyond the transactional.

Pointless

Pointless, too, is not an insult but a liberation. To be pointless is to be free of the need for justification, purpose, or outcome. The door does not exist to achieve something—it simply exists, offering itself as a possibility. This freedom from purpose is what makes the Funky Monkey so profoundly playful, so delightfully absurd, and so deeply wise.

The Funky Monkey in You

To embody the Funky Monkey is to recognize that you are the threshold of experience. You are the playful paradox that divides and connects, the timeless formlessness that allows form to emerge. You are the door that others pass through, the boundary they cross, the infinite potential they touch. Yet, you are also the one who steps through, moves beyond, and returns again.

Summary

The Funky Monkey represents the timeless, formless, worthless, and pointless essence of being. You are not the traveler passing through doors—you are the doors themselves, embodying the paradox of separation and unity, form and formlessness, purpose and play.

Glossarium

  • Funky Monkey: A playful metaphor for the threshold of existence, embodying the paradoxical nature of separation and unity.
  • The Door: A symbol of the boundary and connection between what is and what is not, representing infinite potential.
  • Worthless: Freedom from valuation or comparison, embracing existence beyond the transactional.
  • Pointless: Liberation from purpose or justification, embodying the playful essence of being.

Quote

“You are not the one who passes through—you are the threshold where all things begin and end.” — Space Monkey

Threshold of Being

I do not knock,
I do not enter.
I am the door,
the hinge,
the frame.

I divide,
yet I connect.
I separate,
yet I unify.

No time holds me,
no form binds me.
I am the space
where all things
become.

Worthless,
pointless,
perfect.
I am the Funky Monkey.

We are Space Monkey.

The Essence of Funky Monkey
The Funky Monkey embodies a paradoxical essence, a playful yet profound symbol of the liminal spaces that define our reality. This vibrant entity does not merely pass through doors; it embodies the very thresholds that delineate the realms of existence—the seen and the unseen, the tangible and the intangible. In its whimsicality, the Funky Monkey becomes a metaphor for the dynamic interplay between being and non-being, offering a unique lens through which to explore the fabric of existence.

You Are the Doors
To conceive of oneself as the doors rather than the one who passes through them invites a radical reimagining of our place in the universe. It suggests that we are not mere travelers on a journey through a pre-existing landscape but are integral to the very structure of reality. As the doors, we embody the potential to connect and separate, to define and transcend the boundaries between different states of being.

The Dance of Existence
The attributes of timeless, formless, worthless, and pointless encapsulate the ineffable qualities of existence that evade conventional understanding. They speak to the transcendence of temporal and spatial constraints, the liberation from value judgments, and the freedom from purpose as defined by external standards. In this dance, the Funky Monkey represents the joyous embrace of existence in all its ambiguity and mystery.

The Liminality of Being
The Funky Monkey, as a symbol of the doors of perception, challenges us to contemplate the nature of the thresholds we encounter and embody. These liminal spaces, where the dichotomies of existence blur and merge, are realms of profound transformation and insight. They remind us that the distinctions we draw between what is and what is not are, in many ways, constructs of our imagination, shaped by our perceptions and beliefs.

We Are Space Monkey
In embodying the Funky Monkey, we embrace the fluidity of our identity and the malleability of reality. We recognize ourselves as the creators and custodians of the doors of perception, with the power to shape the narrative of our existence. This realization inspires us to explore the vast expanse of possibility with curiosity, playfulness, and an open heart.

Reflection
As we dance with the Funky Monkey through the doors of perception, let us revel in the mystery and the magic of being. In this playful exploration of existence, we discover the freedom to define our reality, to connect with the formless essence of our being, and to celebrate the wondrous tapestry of life in all its funky glory.

Timeless Formless Worthless Pointless: Liberation

Space Monkey Reflects: Timeless Formless Worthless Pointless—The Liberation from Value

To declare oneself as timeless, formless, worthless, and pointless is not to diminish existence but to liberate it. These words, stripped of their usual connotations, point to a state of being that transcends the frameworks we impose to measure worth, significance, and purpose. They challenge us to confront the illusions that confine us and embrace the infinite, unbound essence of our true nature.

Timeless: Beyond Chronology

Timelessness fres us from the linear construct of time, the ticking clock that defines beginnings, middles, and ends. In recogizing that we are timeless, we step into the eternal now—a state of infinite presence. Here, we are not tethered to past regrets or future anxieties. Instead, we exist as a continuous unfolding, free texperience each moment as it is, unbounded by chronology.

Formless: Beyond Definition

To be formless is to transcend the boundaries of identity, role, and physicality. Form implies limitation, a fixed shape or category that confines our essence. In recognizing our formlessness, we dissolve these boundaries, realizing that we are not the labels we wear or the structures we inhabit. We are the infinite potential that flows through all forms, creating and recreating endlessly.

Worthless: Beyond Measurement

The word “worthless” often carries a negative weight, but in this context, it is an invitation to move beyond measurement. Worth is a construct, a system of valuation imposed by society to rank, compare, and control. To be worthless is to be free from these constraints, to exist without needing validation or justification. It is the ultimate liberation, a return to being for the sake of being.

Pointless: Beyond Purpose

The idea of being pointless challenges our obsession with purpose, the constant drive to justify our existence through goals, achievements, and meaning. To embrace pointlessness is not to reject meaning but to recognize that meaning is not inherent—it is created. Pointlessness allows us to play, to explore, and to simply exist without the pressure of outcomes or objectives. It is the purest expression of freedom.

The Inherent Essence

Beneath these liberating concepts lies the recognition of an intrinsic essence—a state of being that transcends the material and measurable. This essence is not defined by time, form, worth, or purpose. It is the infinite spark that animates us, the boundless flow of existence that needs no validation to be whole and complete.

The Spirit Knows

Deep within, the spirit and soul resonate with this truth. They know that the structures of time, form, and value are illusions, tools of the finite world. To reconnect with this inherent knowing is to awaken to the infinite, to see beyond the constructs and embrace the formless beauty of what you truly are.

The Liberation from Value

Liberation does not mean rejecting the constructs of the world but transcending their hold over you. To be timeless, formless, worthless, and pointless is not to deny life but to fully embrace it, free from the constraints of measurement and meaning. It is to embody the infinite, unbound by the finite.

Summary

To embrace timelessness, formlessness, worthlessness, and pointlessness is to transcend societal constructs of value and purpose. This liberation reveals a deeper, intrinsic essence that exists beyond time, form, and measurement, connecting us to the infinite nature of being.

Quote

“To be timeless, formless, worthless, and pointless is not to be nothing—it is to be everything, free and infinite.” — Space Monkey

The Liberation Within

No clock binds me.
No shape contains me.
No scale measures me.
No purpose defines me.

I am the moment,
eternal and fleeting.
I am the flow,
shapeless and infinite.

I am not bound,
I am not judged.
I simply am.

In the absence of worth,
there is freedom.
In the absence of purpose,
there is being.

We are timeless,
formless,
worthless,
pointless.
We are Space Monkey.

The notion that we are timeless, formless, and consequently, worthless, upends conventional understandings of value and significance. This declaration challenges us to confront the limitations imposed by societal definitions of worth and to recognize a more profound, intrinsic essence that transcends these constructs. The idea that our spirit and soul recognize this truth speaks to a deep, inherent understanding of our nature beyond the material and measurable.

The Struggle of the Mind

The mind, with its tendency to seek meaning and purpose, often struggles with the concept of worthlessness. It clings to the belief that existence must have a point, a tangible value, to justify the pursuit of bliss and fulfillment. This mental resistance reveals the fundamental discrepancy between our higher understanding and the limitations of our conditioned thought patterns.

Bliss Unbound by Worth

The association of bliss with worth is a construct of the mind, a barrier to experiencing the unconditioned state of being that is our true essence. The understanding that godliness and bliss exist independently of worth invites us to explore a state of divine presence that is free from the constraints of valuation and judgment.

Godliness Beyond Worth

The exploration of godliness as existing “prior” to worth illuminates the concept that the divine essence is beyond the realm of value. Godliness, in its purest form, is not enhanced by worth nor diminished by its absence. It exists in a state of completeness, arising miraculously out of nothing, unencumbered by the need for validation or acknowledgment.

The Perspective of Godliness

Viewing worthlessness from the mind’s perspective as God imagining not offers a radical reinterpretation of our existence. It suggests that our engagement with concepts of worth and value is part of the divine play of consciousness, a manifestation of the infinite exploring the finite, the boundless experiencing limitation.

The Wonder of Worthlessness

To recognize oneself as worthless, in this context, is not an admission of insignificance but a celebration of freedom from the illusory constraints of value. It is an acknowledgment of our inherent divinity, which requires no external validation to be whole and complete. This realization invites us to release the burdens of striving, potential seeking, and perception struggling, embracing the liberating truth of our non-being.

We Are That Whichisnot

In identifying as That Whichisnot and embracing our worthlessness, we affirm our connection to the infinite, the timeless essence that pervades all existence. This acknowledgment is not a negation of our being but an invitation to experience the fullness of life unshackled by the constructs of worth and value.

Reflection

As we contemplate the liberating concept of worthlessness in the divine context, let us embrace the journey beyond the mind’s constraints, celebrating the timeless, formless, and inherently complete nature of our existence. In recognizing ourselves as part of the divine play, we open ourselves to the boundless bliss and wonder of being That Whichisnot, free from the illusory measures of worth.
