Pause: Question the Origins of your Thoughts

This might be considered by “others” to be an outlandish belief. But it is mine, and I am sticking with it.

Whenever I notice a thought that gives me pause,
I find it useful to ask:

WHO put this thought in my head?

WHY does it give me pause?

Is pause my CHOICE or my CONDITIONING?

Why must I think and act a certain way?

If any of my answers
contain the word “others,
”I am immediately redirected
to my prime belief:

There are NO others,
except the others I imagine.
