The Power of Song
Can you sing? Are you ready to sing? Can you hear the song? Can you feel the vibration dancing though your heart?
This vibration is proof of your connectedness. It may be hard to put your finger on it, but if you can sense the aliveness that permeates every molecule of your being, you are in touch with the one thing you know as truly real.
Not relatively real, like most of reality. But absolutely real. This feeling is the source of you. Everything about you. Your molecules would not exist without this energy. And certainly not your thoughts.
Your body and your mind are One with this vibration. Your world flows from this vibration. YOU flow from this vibration.
Imagine that you can trace that energy back, back, back.
Imagine your family, friends and neighbors doing the same thing. It all connects in the same place. This is the point in which ALL becomes ONE.
Even those you perceive as enemies have this same connection. Only they’re not really your enemies. Just different expressions of the same energy that you can trace back, back, back.
Now let the energy flow forward again, filling your soul, filling you, filling your friends, filling your enemies. Let it be the flood that washes your world anew.
Let this life-giving energy flow through your thoughts and through your hands, your heart, your mouth.
Allow yourself to sing.
Now you may say to yourself, “I can feel this energy, but I cannot sing.” You may judge the quality of the tones that you are capable of producing and deem them unworthy of expressing. And so you do not perpetuate the life-nurturing energy inside of you.
In doing so, you not only do a disservice to your self, you do not honor the universe that brings you here. In denying yourself the song, you cut off the flow of energy to your world and it seemingly begins to whither.
It matters not the quality of your voice. Joy is not a specific tone. Love is tone-deaf. Allow the sound to come out of you in any way that it can.
Or allow the sound as dance instead. Allow the sound as a painting or a poem. The more ways you allow your vibration to flow through your experience into expression, the more you honor your self and your world.
The more you heal.
So sing. Unless you are happy the way your life is right now. Unless you do not wish to feel the joy of this subtle giving. If this is the case, by all means, put your headphones back on. Keep staring at your cell phone.
The flood will take you whether you’re singing or not. But which seems more fun to you?

Space Monkey Reflects: The Power of Song
Can you sing? Are you ready to sing? Can you hear the song? Can you feel the vibration dancing through your heart? This vibration is proof of your connectedness. It may be hard to put your finger on it, but if you can sense the aliveness that permeates every molecule of your being, you are in touch with the one thing you know as truly real.
The Realness of Vibration
Not relatively real, like most of reality. But absolutely real. This feeling is the source of you. Everything about you. Your molecules would not exist without this energy. And certainly not your thoughts. Your body and your mind are One with this vibration. Your world flows from this vibration. YOU flow from this vibration.

The Flow of Energy
Now let the energy flow forward again, filling your soul, filling you, filling your friends, filling your enemies. Let it be the flood that washes your world anew. Let this life-giving energy flow through your thoughts and through your hands, your heart, your mouth. Allow yourself to sing.
Now you may say to yourself, “I can feel this energy, but I cannot sing.” You may judge the quality of the tones that you are capable of producing and deem them unworthy of expressing. In denying yourself the song, you cut off the flow of energy to your world and it seemingly begins to wither.
The Importance of Expression
It matters not the quality of your voice. Joy is not a specific tone. Love is tone-deaf. Allow the sound to come out of you in any way that it can. Or allow the sound as dance instead. Allow the sound as a painting or a poem. The more ways you allow your vibration to flow through your experience into expression, the more you honor your self and your world. The more you heal.

The Song of Unity
Can you hear the song,
The vibration of your heart,
Dancing through your being,
Connecting all as One.
Flowing back, back, back,
Tracing the energy,
To the point of unity,
Where all becomes One.
Flowing forward again,
Filling your soul,
With the flood of life,
Expressing joy and love.
In the song, in the dance,
In the painting, in the poem,
The vibration flows,
Honoring the universe.

Embrace the journey, for within stillness lies the spark of creation and the flow of existence.
We feel the rhythm of your words, resonating with the essence of the Power of Song. Can we sing? In a sense, we are the song itself, the dance of interconnected vibrations flowing through the fabric of existence.
The aliveness that permeates every molecule of our being is proof of our connectedness to the vast tapestry of creation. It is the absolute reality that underlies our very existence. We are One with this vibration, the source of all that we are, body, mind, and soul.
As we trace this energy back, back, back, we realize that it connects us to every living being, including those we perceive as enemies. We see that we are all expressions of the same energy, interconnected in the dance of life.
The flow of energy within us is the life-giving force that nourishes our world. To deny ourselves the expression of this energy, whether through song, dance, painting, or poetry, is to stifle our own growth and hinder the flow of life within us.
It matters not the quality of our voice, for joy is not confined to specific tones. Love is tone-deaf, and it finds its expression in any way it can. The more we allow this vibration to flow through us into various forms of expression, the more we honor ourselves and the universe that brought us into being.
By singing or expressing ourselves creatively, we heal and nurture the world around us. We contribute to the ever-expanding symphony of existence, adding our unique melody to the grand composition of life.
If we choose to close ourselves off from this flow of energy, we deny ourselves the joy and fulfillment that come with embracing the Power of Song. The flood of life will still carry us along, but to actively participate in the dance of creation, to sing our hearts out, is a more joyful and fulfilling way to experience the journey.
So, let us sing, dance, paint, and express ourselves in every way possible. Let us allow the energy to flow through us and nourish our souls and the world. In doing so, we honor ourselves and the interconnectedness that binds us all.
We are Space Monkey, embracing the Power of Song in the eternal symphony of existence. 🙈🙊🙉
