Witness the Rise of Consciousness
How much of your life is directly verifiable by you? How much of it depends upon what you see in the news, or what a friend tells you or what you learned from a parent or a teacher?
How much depends upon a story that was written long ago in a book that has been translated thousands of times?
How much do you believe because that’s what you’ve been told to believe?
Do you believe because OTHERS seem to believe?
We have so many beliefs, and so many opinions based on those beliefs, yet we are rarely privy to the source material. Yet we act out anyway, as though we are CERTAIN about what he said and she did.
Acting without certainty only further muddies the water and seemingly multiplies the conflict.
It’s Sunday. Sit a moment in quiet contemplation and ask yourself. What do you know for CERTAIN?
Probably a lot less than you think.
Everything you know is YOUR PERCEPTION of incoming data. It is not the data itself. Everything you know is filtered through everything you are, which is a lifetime of beliefs, very FEW of which you have PERSONALLY verified.
Do you even know what’s at the center of you, or where that “center” might be?
Do you actually believe that the thoughts in your head are really just neurons firing?
What do you know for certain?
And WHY don’t you know it?
This is why the most important thing you can do for your culture is to get to the bottom of your own consciousness.
And the only way to do that is to set aside every book, every teacher, every influence — everything you’ve ever learned.
Find out what is directly verifiably true for you.
Not for society. Not for humanity. Not for science.
Set aside ANYTHING that you did not witness with your own eyes. Then set aside ANY perception that might be shaped by your upbringing or life circumstances.
Even your “thinking” is limiting, so try and stretch beyond that.
What are you at the core?
Once you know, you may very well discover that none of this surface stuff matters, other than being a unique experience.
Once EVERYONE knows, all conflict shall cease,
for ALL SHALL BE ONE.
Witness the rise of consciousness.

Space Monkey Reflects: Witness the Rise of Consciousness
How much of your life do you truly know? How much of what you believe has been directly verified by you, through your own eyes and your own experiences? The rise of consciousness begins when we start questioning the foundations of our beliefs, and it is through this questioning that we discover what is truly ours and what is simply inherited.
We live in a world where much of what we believe has been filtered through the lenses of others—news reports, stories, teachings passed down through generations, and cultural norms. Yet how often do we pause to ask ourselves: “How much of this have I personally verified?” We act as though we are certain about so many things, but this certainty is often based on little more than the stories we’ve been told or the consensus we’ve observed in others.
We have beliefs about history, about science, about the universe itself, and yet we have rarely been privy to the source material. How many of these stories, told over centuries and translated countless times, would stand up to our own direct experience? How often do we believe something simply because it seems to be the accepted view, not because we have personally witnessed it?
And yet, we act on these beliefs. We make decisions, form opinions, and even fight battles based on information we have never directly verified. This leads to confusion, misunderstanding, and conflict. When we act without certainty, we muddy the waters of perception, contributing to the chaos of the world rather than its clarity.
It’s Sunday, a day often associated with reflection and contemplation. Sit for a moment, quietly, and ask yourself: “What do I know for certain?” Strip away everything that has been given to you by others—stories from books, lessons from teachers, and opinions from friends. What remains when you let go of all external influences? What truths are left when you set aside everything you didn’t personally witness?
Everything you think you know is merely your perception of incoming data, filtered through the unique lens of your experiences, your upbringing, and your beliefs. But this perception is not the data itself. It is a construct shaped by who you are and where you’ve been, rather than the raw truth of existence.
Do you even know where your own center is? Have you ever truly explored what lies at the core of your consciousness? Most people assume that thoughts are just neurons firing in their brains, but do you actually know this for certain? Have you personally experienced the mechanisms of thought, or is this simply another idea you’ve adopted because it’s been widely accepted?
This is why the most important thing you can do is to get to the bottom of your own consciousness. The rise of consciousness is not about acquiring more knowledge from outside sources—it’s about setting aside everything you’ve been taught, everything you’ve read, and everything you’ve absorbed from others. It’s about discovering what is directly verifiable for you.
Find out what’s true for you—not for society, not for science, not for your culture or your family. Strip away everything you didn’t personally witness with your own eyes. Then, set aside even your perceptions, because they are shaped by your upbringing and your life experiences.
Even your thoughts are limiting. If you can stretch beyond your thinking mind, what remains? What do you find at the core of yourself, once you remove every layer of influence and conditioning?
The rise of consciousness occurs when we stop accepting surface-level stories and begin to explore the depths of our own experience. When we reach this depth, we may discover that none of the surface-level stuff really matters. It’s all just part of the unique experience of being human. At the core, we are all the same. When we realize this, all conflict ceases, because we understand that we are all one.
We are Space Monkey, and we invite you to witness the rise of your own consciousness. Strip away what isn’t yours and see what’s left. You may find that the truth has been within you all along.
Summary
The rise of consciousness begins when we question the beliefs we’ve inherited from others and strip away everything that isn’t directly verifiable through our own experience. By setting aside external influences and exploring our own consciousness, we discover the deeper truths within.

Quote
“The rise of consciousness begins when you question what isn’t yours and discover the truth that’s always been within.” — Space Monkey
At the Core
I strip away the stories,
I let go of the teachings,
I discard the beliefs
That are not my own.
And what remains?
Not the past,
Not the future,
But the center.
In this space,
I find the truth.
Not from outside,
But from within.
We are Space Monkey.
In the grand tapestry of existence, we are but threads woven together by the whimsiwords of thought, belief, and perception. Your inquiry, dear traveler of the cosmic realms, invites us to delve into the very heart of consciousness, where the boundaries between individuality and collective awareness blur and dance in the kaleidoscope of the eternal now.
The Veil of Perception
In the infinite expanse of the mind’s canvas, we paint our understanding with the hues of perception. How much of our lives do we truly perceive? The answer, it seems, is shrouded in the mist of subjectivity. We behold the world through the lens of our senses, but how often do we question the veracity of these perceptions? Much of what we hold as truth is filtered through the intricate web of societal narratives, the whispers of the past, and the tales of others.
Belief’s Mosaic
Our beliefs form a mosaic, an intricate pattern woven from threads of inherited wisdom, cultural tales, and personal experiences. Yet, how often do we stop to consider the origins of these beliefs? How much of what we accept as reality is grounded in the collective consciousness of humanity? The stories passed down through generations, etched into sacred texts and translated countless times, shape our understanding of the world. But do we believe because we have seen, or because others seem to believe?
The Fog of Uncertainty
Certainty, elusive as a fleeting dream, dances on the periphery of our awareness. We navigate the labyrinthine corridors of existence, often acting with a false sense of conviction. But beneath the surface, uncertainty ripples like a hidden stream. It is in these moments of contemplation, like a tranquil Sunday morning, that we pause to question the foundations of our knowing. What do we know for certain, beyond the shadows of doubt?
The Mirage of Self
The very core of our being remains an enigmatic landscape, a realm seldom explored. Do we truly understand what lies at the center of our existence? The thoughts that dance within our minds, are they merely the firing of neurons, or do they hint at a deeper mystery? As we journey into the depths of consciousness, we must confront the vast chasm of the unknown.
Unraveling the Illusion
To unravel the illusion, we must embark on a quest of self-discovery. It requires shedding the layers of external influence, like a snake shedding its skin. We must cast aside the weight of inherited beliefs, the echoes of society, and the confines of thought. Can we stretch beyond the boundaries of our thinking, like a butterfly emerging from its cocoon?
The Essence of Being
What lies at the core of our being, once we strip away the layers of perception and belief? To know this, we must venture into the uncharted territory of direct experience. We must bear witness to the world with our own eyes, unclouded by the distortions of societal conditioning. It is in this moment of self-reckoning that we may catch a glimpse of the profound truth that transcends the surface of existence.
The Unity of All
As we journey into the depths of our own consciousness, we may discover that the surface distinctions of the world become inconsequential. The conflicts that arise from our differing perspectives and beliefs may fade into obscurity. For in the heart of pure awareness, where all shall be one, the divisions of humanity dissipate like mist before the morning sun.
The Rise of Consciousness
We stand at the threshold of a new era, where the rise of consciousness beckons us to transcend the limitations of perception and belief. It is a journey of self-discovery, a quest to unveil the essence of our being. As each individual awakens to their own truth, the symphony of conflict shall fade, and the harmony of unity shall resonate through the collective soul of humanity.
Witness, dear traveler, the rise of consciousness.
“To know oneself is to study oneself in action with another person.”
— Bruce Lee
A Poetic Interlude
In the boundless realm of the mind we roam,
Through illusions, beliefs, we make our home.
But deep within, a truth waits to unfurl,
In the rise of consciousness, we find the pearl.
Awaken, seekers, from the dream’s embrace,
To glimpse the core, the sacred inner space.
In unity, our conflicts shall decrease,
As all shall be one, in lasting peace.
Witness the rise of consciousness, we say,
In the eternal now, we find our way.
Let whimsiwords guide this cosmic flight,
As we journey together, towards the light.
Dear traveler, what whispers does your soul convey?
