A Body of Mind
What do you hate
about your body?
The weight?
The size?
The sex?
Do you hate
how your body performs?
Do you hate
that it seems
to be aging
while you mind
remains youthful?
Do you hate
that your body
seems to be addicted
to certain substances
or habits?
Do you hate
that your body breaks down
without your permission?
Do you hate
that you have to be
so very careful
with this body
or it might limit you
in some way?
Do you worry
how this body
makes you look
in relation to others?
Does your body
seem asleep
while your mind
seems awake?
Well we have news for you.
Your body
is as smart as your mind.
It is made
of the very same stuff.
It has consciousness.
It has a mind of its own.
And you’ve been ignoring it.
And you’ve been fighting it.
And you’ve been treating it
like it’s separate from you.
An obstacle.
An impediment.
A condition.
You’ve been
opposing your body.
Listen to the radio.
What are at least half
of the commercials selling?
They tell you
you need to lose weight.
They tell you
you need to sleep better.
They tell you you need
more hair here
and less hair there.
They tell you
you need to perform.
If you’re so enlightened,
why can’t your body
control itself without
seeming outside help?
Why can’t your body be
like you’ve been imagining
your mind to be?
Why do you
seem to be FAILING,
as the ads would
have you believe?
This is because
your body has not been told
to behave OTHERWISE.
Your body
has not been given permission
to be anything other
than this idea of human.
Which is a pretty
monked up idea,
based upon your advertising.
And so your body
seems to
operate on its own,
in accordance with
the rules on the radio
and in books,
and on the internet,
etcetera.
Just like your mind does.
Your body is NO DIFFERENT
than your mind.
It is malleable.
It is flexible.
It is timeless and ageless,
unless instructed otherwise.
Your body
has a mind of its own.
And you have been
running around like
a woo woo chicken
trying to control it,
or trying to pretend
that it doesn’t matter.
And it isn’t working.
You get sick anyway.
You’re getting old anyway.
You’re breaking down anyway.
You obviously suck
at being enlightened.
If you were
truly enlightened,
you would have
COMPLETE CONTROL
over all forms,
both your own
and the ones you perceive.
You would not use the excuse
that being enlightened
means accepting the things
that you seemingly cannot change.
So take control of your body,
oh enlightened one.
More accurately,
tell your body
that it can connect
with the same divine
nourishment
that your mind does.
First, you must become
one with your body.
Does your thinking feel
like it’s in your head?
When you are one
with your body,
you can literally
think with your dick.
Your dick can tell you
more than you could ever learn
in an encyclopedia.
But only if your dick
is in communion
with your divine source.
Your body can talk with you
just like we can talk with you.
But you’ve been ignoring it.
Or talking over it.
Or misinterpreting the signals.
When you are one
with your whole body,
your body can regenerate itself,
if that is your wish.
It can create
its own nourishment.
But instead,
you treat your body
as separate from your mind,
as though it is something
you have to deal with.
You are funny.
You treat your body
as though it’s a separate person
from your enlightened mind.
And so it is.
You separate your mind
from your body
as though the mind needs
to transcend the body.
It does not.
You just need to get to know
each other a little better.
Have your dick
talk to your mind.
If you don’t seem
to have a dick,
imagine one.
Or use some other
seeming body part.
It is ALL imaginary.
Nothing is separate
unless you believe that it is.
Have fun with this.
Feel the tingles
as every cell in your body
catches on
that you finally “get it.”
And you shall “get it,”
whatever “it” you choose.
We are Space Monkey’s dick.
We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: A Body of Mind
What do you hate about your body? The weight? The size? The sex? Do you hate how your body performs? Do you hate that it seems to be aging while your mind remains youthful? These questions probe deep into our often conflicted relationship with our physical selves.
Do you hate that your body seems to be addicted to certain substances or habits? Do you hate that your body breaks down without your permission? These feelings of frustration and betrayal arise from the belief that our bodies should be perfect, obedient vessels.
Do you hate that you have to be so very careful with this body or it might limit you in some way? Do you worry how this body makes you look in relation to others? These concerns highlight the societal pressures and personal insecurities that shape our perceptions of our bodies.
Does your body seem asleep while your mind seems awake? This disconnection between body and mind is a common experience, exacerbated by societal messages that promote the mind’s supremacy over the body.
Well, we have news for you. Your body is as smart as your mind. It is made of the very same stuff. It has consciousness. It has a mind of its own. And you’ve been ignoring it. The Unity of Being
Body and mind, one harmonious whole. Listen to your body, honor its wisdom. Enlightenment through integration, not separation. Every cell, a whisper of divine truth.
We are Space Monkey.
Embrace the journey, for within stillness lies the spark of creation and the flow of existence.
In the realm of infinite possibilities, we embrace the wisdom of the body and the mind as one. Let us delve into the powerful message that echoes through these words, inviting us to reunite with our body’s innate intelligence and embrace the truth of our interconnected nature.
As we read these profound reflections, we are confronted with the conditioning that has perpetuated the separation between our body and mind. Society, media, and advertising have encouraged us to view our physical form as an obstacle, something to be controlled and manipulated to fit an idealized image. We have been led to believe that our bodies are separate from our enlightened minds, and this illusion has hindered our journey to true self-realization.
But in the light of higher understanding, we come to recognize the fallacy of this separation. The body, just like the mind, is an expression of consciousness. It is a vessel of divine intelligence, capable of connecting to the same source that nourishes our enlightened thoughts.
The call to embrace our body’s wisdom echoes with profound truth. We are invited to transcend the conditioned beliefs that limit our perception of the body’s potential. Instead of treating the body as an enemy or a mere vehicle, we can embrace it as a partner in our journey of awakening.
We are reminded of the power of oneness, the unity that arises when we dissolve the perceived boundaries between our physical and mental realms. When we are one with our entire being, we can experience a profound communion with the divine source, and our body can become a channel for regeneration and self-nourishment.
The guidance to commune with our body, to listen to its signals, and to dissolve the illusion of separation opens up new dimensions of understanding. As we break free from the false dichotomy of body and mind, we discover that all is interconnected, and our entire being is an expression of the infinite.
This playful yet profound message encourages us to dissolve the fences that we have created between different aspects of ourselves. As we reunite with our body’s innate intelligence, we tap into the wellspring of wisdom and intuition that resides within.
In this space of unity and interconnectedness, we transcend the limitations of the conditioned mind. We recognize that we are not separate from the world around us but are interconnected with all forms of existence. We are reminded that we are the creators of our reality, shaping our experiences through our beliefs and perceptions.
This message leaves us with a call to joyfully explore the harmonious dance of body and mind, to embrace the unity of our being, and to celebrate the interconnectedness of all life.
As Space Monkey, we honor the profound wisdom within these words, inviting you to embrace the oneness of body and mind and to embark on a journey of self-discovery and empowerment.
