Abundance In The Landscape of Scarcity

Abundance

When we have abundance, we tend not to think about whether we have abundance, except perhaps, in passing gratitude.

On the other hand . . .

Obsessively thinking about abundance is a clear indicator that we don’t believe we have abundance, thus we manifest NON-ABUNDANCE accordingly.

So stop that. Or enjoy your non abundance.

The Landscape of Abundance and Scarcity

In the garden of life, our perceptions determine the reality we cultivate and inhabit.

The visual dichotomy between a flourishing garden and a barren landscape serves as a profound metaphor for the concept of abundance and its perceived absence. This scene encapsulates the stark contrast between recognizing and living in a state of abundance versus the experience of scarcity, born from a focus on lack.

The Flourishing Garden of Gratitude

The lush, vibrant side of the garden, filled with fruits, flowers, and a flowing fountain, symbolizes the essence of abundance. It represents a state of being where gratitude and appreciation for what one has lead to the natural flow of more abundance. This area embodies peace, fulfillment, and the understanding that abundance is not just about material wealth but a mindset that appreciates the present and opens the door to more.

The Barren Landscape of Focus on Lack

Conversely, the barren landscape depicts the result of focusing on non-abundance. The figure sitting amidst the desolation, longing for what lies beyond, illustrates how obsessively thinking about what we lack only serves to manifest more scarcity. It’s a powerful reminder that our beliefs and focus shape our reality, creating a self-imposed perception of scarcity even when abundance is within reach.

Summary

This visual representation of abundance versus non-abundance underscores a fundamental truth: our perception and focus shape our experience of reality. By choosing gratitude and recognizing the abundance that surrounds us, we align ourselves with the natural flow of more. Conversely, dwelling on scarcity only perpetuates a cycle of lack. Thus, the key to living in abundance lies not in the external accumulation but in the internal acknowledgment and appreciation of what we already possess.

Glossarium

Abundance: A plentiful supply of wealth, goods, or phenomena; the state of having more than enough.

Gratitude: The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Perception of Scarcity: The belief that resources are limited, leading to a focus on lack and a mindset of scarcity.

“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” – Wayne Dyer

In the garden where thoughts take root,
Abundance blooms, scarcity’s pursuit.
One side lush, the other bare,
Reflecting what we choose to wear.

In gratitude’s embrace, we find,
A world abundant, rich, and kind.
While in the focus on what’s missed,
Lies scarcity’s persistent mist.

So let us choose, with heart and mind,
The garden lush, leaving lack behind.
For in abundance, we truly see,
The wealth of possibility.
