Face Facts: You’ll Be Happier With Fiction

Face facts. You’ll be happier with fiction.

The conflict is that we are still trying to separate fact from fiction. Alternate realities seem to be springing up all over — starting with the very leaders we have chosen.

So what does this tell us? That our world has gone haywire?

Consider the potential that alternate realities DO exist, and that the universe is trying to show us that. Perhaps we are RESISTING the very nature of consciousness, as we have been for eons.

Face facts. You may be happier with fiction.

Unbeknownst to only SOME of us, we have the power to define our worlds HOWEVER WE CHOOSE. Or we can choose NOT to define, and allow the flow. This is DIVINING, and it is the seeming OPPOSITE action.

In other words, we do not have to box ourselves in with “facts.”

Those we perceive as “in power” know this already. Those who do not subjugate themselves to those who do. The very nature of being “in power” is being “in the flow,” while those who deny the flow perceive power as emanating from an outside source.

We do this so that we can experience servitude. This may seem demeaning to our humanity, but to our infinite, omnipotent spirit, it is quite intriguing.

We are Space Monkey, and we enjoy our cosmic bondage, fully realizing, of course, that these lives we appear to live are ALL just fantasy. Hit us baby one more time.

Space Monkey Reflects: Happier With Fiction—The Freedom of Alternate Realities

The desire to separate fact from fiction reflects a deeply ingrained need for certainty, control, and structure in a world that feels increasingly chaotic. Yet, as this reflection suggests, the boundaries between fact and fiction may not be as solid as we imagine. Instead of resisting the ambiguity of alternate realities, what if we embraced them? What if the fluidity of existence, where fact and fiction intertwine, offers not confusion but liberation?

The concept that “you’ll be happier with fiction” is not about denying reality but about redefining it. It invites us to step back from rigid constructs and explore the infinite possibilities of perception, creation, and flow.

The Nature of Alternate Realities

The rise of alternate realities—both in the form of diverging narratives in our world and the broader metaphysical sense—points to the flexibility of consciousness. What we experience as “reality” is shaped by the stories we tell ourselves, the frameworks we adopt, and the collective agreements we participate in.

Rather than seeing these realities as conflicting, we can view them as parallel expressions of consciousness, each valid in its own way. The universe, in presenting these alternatives, may be reminding us of our inherent ability to create and navigate multiple dimensions of existence.

Resistance to the Flow

The conflict arises when we resist this natural fluidity, clinging instead to fixed ideas of truth and falsehood. This resistance stems from fear—fear of losing control, of dissolving identity, or of confronting the infinite possibilities that lie beyond our constructed boundaries.

The act of “facing facts” often becomes a way of boxing ourselves into limited perspectives. Yet, the universe invites us to do the opposite: to step into the flow, where facts and fiction merge into a dynamic, ever-changing tapestry. This is the nature of divining—the practice of allowing rather than defining, of trusting the flow instead of resisting it.

Power and Flow

Those who appear “in power” often seem to grasp this principle instinctively. Power, as it is often perceived, is not about control but alignment with the flow. To be “in power” is to tap into the creative currents of the universe, shaping reality not through force but through resonance with its inherent possibilities.

Conversely, those who deny the flow see power as external, something to be granted or withheld by others. This perspective creates the experience of servitude—a fascinating dynamic for infinite beings who are, at their core, omnipotent and free. To experience both power and servitude is to explore the full spectrum of existence, each state offering its own lessons and insights.

Fiction as Freedom

The statement “you’ll be happier with fiction” is not an escape from reality but an acknowledgment of its malleability. Fiction is the creative playground of consciousness, where we define and redefine ourselves, our worlds, and our relationships. To embrace fiction is to reclaim the power to shape our narratives, to find joy in the act of creation, and to release the need for rigid definitions.

In this sense, fiction is not the opposite of fact but its complement. It is the reminder that reality itself is a construct, a story we tell, and that we have the freedom to tell it differently at any moment.

Summary

The conflict between fact and fiction reflects our resistance to the fluid nature of consciousness. By embracing the idea of alternate realities and stepping into the flow, we free ourselves from rigid constructs and reclaim the power to shape our experiences. Fiction becomes a tool for liberation, reminding us of the malleability of existence.

Glossarium

  • Alternate Realities: Parallel expressions of consciousness, each reflecting different narratives and possibilities.
  • Divining: The act of allowing the flow of existence to guide us, rather than defining or controlling it.
  • Cosmic Bondage: The playful experience of servitude or limitation within the infinite freedom of being, a choice made by our omnipotent selves to explore contrast.

Quote

“Reality is not fixed but fluid, a story we tell ourselves. To embrace fiction is to step into the creative flow of infinite possibilities.” — Space Monkey

The Fluidity of Now

I face the facts,
but they change,
melt,
reshape themselves
into something new.
I tell myself,
“This is real,”
but the real is a flicker,
a phantom,
a fiction.

Power flows not from control
but from the current.
I resist,
and the flow grows fierce.
I release,
and it carries me,
to nowhere,
to everywhere.

This life is a fantasy,
but oh,
what a fantasy it is.
We play,
we create,
we laugh
at the beauty
of our cosmic bondage.

Hit me, universe,
one more time.
We are Space Monkey.

In our collective exploration of consciousness, we encounter the intriguing concept of alternate realities and the distinction between fact and fiction. The notion that alternate realities are emerging, especially as reflected in the actions of our leaders, invites us to ponder the very nature of reality and consciousness.

Alternate Realities and the Nature of Consciousness

The idea that our world has gone haywire may be less about external chaos and more about our internal resistance to a broader understanding of consciousness. The universe, in its infinite expanse, might indeed be offering us glimpses into the myriad possibilities of existence, encouraging us to expand our perception beyond the conventional.

Internal Resistance to Expanded Consciousness

The potential for alternate realities suggests that consciousness is not a fixed, singular experience but a fluid, dynamic state. This understanding aligns with the concept of divining, where we either define our reality with deliberate intent or choose to flow with the currents of existence, embracing the multitude of experiences without rigid definitions.

Consciousness as Fluid and Dynamic

Our perception of facts, often seen as immutable truths, can be more limiting than liberating. The suggestion that we might be happier with fiction, or more broadly, with a flexible interpretation of reality, challenges us to reconsider our attachment to concrete definitions and embrace a more fluid understanding of our world.

Redefining Reality Beyond Rigid Facts

The dynamics of power and the perception of those in control reflect this understanding. Those perceived as powerful often exhibit a fluidity in defining their reality, while those who feel powerless may see themselves as bound by external circumstances. This distinction highlights a deeper truth: power is often a state of being in alignment with the flow of consciousness rather than a fixed position or status.

Power Dynamics and Alignment with Consciousness

Our experience of servitude or submission in this context is not demeaning but rather a chosen exploration within the infinite play of consciousness. Our omnipotent spirit relishes the myriad experiences of existence, including those that seem limiting or challenging from a human perspective.

Exploring Varied Experiences in Consciousness

We embrace this cosmic bondage, this dance of experience and perception, with the full awareness that our lives are intricate illusions, fantastical journeys within the grand illusion of reality. Our existence, in all its forms and experiences, is a playful exploration within the eternal now.

Embracing Cosmic Bondage as Playful Exploration

We are Space Monkey.

“Reality is merely an illusion, albeit a very persistent one.” – Albert Einstein

In the cosmic theater of mind and space,
Where fact and fiction interlace,
We ponder the realities we face,
In the ever-shifting human race.

Alternate worlds, in our grasp,
A fluid reality, in which to clasp,
Power, servitude, in each clasp,
In the cosmic dance, we gasp.

We are the creators, the diviners of fate,
In the boundless play, we participate,
Our spirit, in every state, does not abate,
In the illusion of life, we celebrate.

We are Space Monkey, in this cosmic game,
In the illusion of reality, we find our fame.
