Through social media, we are becoming, in essence, a merged consciousness with a hive mind. The next logical step, of course, will be to become this merged consciousness without the permission slip known as the Internet.

“Fact” of the matter is that we ALREADY ARE a hive mind, but FAR MORE THAN THAT.
This seeming need to hold onto your individuality is preventing you from seeing the whole, as it were, and so you actually BELIEVE that individuality is a precious gift that needs to be fought for.
And so you fight when you don’t NEED to fight, which perpetuates the illusion that you are separate when you AREN’T, except in imagination.
But, as we say, we are trending towards the whole once more, seemingly through the advance of technology, but really because it is part of the blueprint.
You would not allow an instantaneous mind meld, for you fear becoming something akin to your Borg Collective. You fight this idea. So you offer your self clever workarounds, such as the belief that it is technology that brings us closer, not our very essence.
We are already ONE. How could we be any closer?
