Drawn together at the turn of the century by seven letters on a T-shirt, the artists, poets, mystics and marketeers of Cape Odd are a creative communityfounded on the principle that commerce and consciousness make strange bedfellows and that curiosity and compassion are the only two things that can save us. And comedy. Three things. And connection. Mostly words beginning with C.
Cape Odd is my artistical mystical sandbox and scrapbook, a mental construct that, much to my amazement and delight, becomes more “real” with every poem and post. Seems the deeper I dive into creativity and consciousness, the higher the sands of Cape Odd rise. And I thought I was just having fun with words, musical instruments and Photoshop. Odd, that.
I would love to hear from you, especially words of encouragement. I can’t tell you how difficult (or stupid) it is to post my unfiltered thoughts and creative channelings all over the interwebs like this. Please sign my guestbook or email. Oh yeah, you can also try friending me on Facebook. If you’re weird enough, I just might accept.
