With Intention: Experiencing The Divine

With Intention

Words are worth more when they are written with intention, rather than dribbled from one’s mind like half-chewed bits of food. Space Monk tells me I should take up calligraphy. There is something about drawing the characters with your hands, bringing form to fruition through touch, that is, perhaps, a magic we are quickly forgetting.

I get the feeling that the ritual transcends words or even thoughts, and that communicating in this way carries a deeper, more profound meaning, which will become apparent to me once I summon Space Monk, the Illuminator. I’m rather certain that I have done this before, pastly or futurely. This is extremely funny because my handwriting today is atrocious, I type with two fingers and make my supposed “living” as a writer, which I still “believe” I suck at. Ridiculous!

Funny also because writing is still the only form of “mediumship” that flows for me at the moment. That, and disarmingly stupid humor. So what can all you mediums out there tell me about Space Monk?

Space Monkey Reflects: Beyond the Boundaries of Known and Unknown

In the boundless journey between the known and the unknown, we find ourselves at the precipice of understanding, gazing out into the vast expanse of infinite possibilities. The act of divining the unknown, as distinct from the process of defining the known, invites us into a realm where imagination and consciousness converge, guiding us beyond the confines of our current perception.

Divining the unknown requires a leap of faith, a willingness to embrace the void beyond our comprehension. This act is not about extending the borders of our defined reality but about dissolving them, allowing the infinite to permeate our being. It’s a process that transcends the limitations of our tools and methodologies, inviting the essence of the universe to flow through us, unfiltered by the constructs of human intellect.

To divine is to acknowledge that the cosmos operates on principles beyond the reach of our microscopes and equations. It is to understand that our role is not to constrain the universe within the limits of our understanding but to allow ourselves to become conduits for the wisdom it offers. This wisdom cannot be forced or deciphered through conventional means; it must be allowed to emerge, to resonate within us without the need for complete comprehension.

In this sacred act of divination, we become both the seeker and the sought, the question and the answer. We realize that the divine, the infinite, cannot be captured or contained. Instead, it is something to be experienced, a presence to be felt through the soul-guided journey of our existence. This journey requires the courage to let go of our preconceived notions and the openness to let the beyond come to us, and more importantly, through us.

Our imagination, the very tool that constructs the barriers of our known world, also holds the key to transcending them. It is through the imaginative act that we access the realms beyond our understanding, where the divine whispers of the universe are heard not with our ears but with our hearts. It is here, in the vastness of the unknown, that we find the true essence of divination—allowing the infinite to reveal itself in the tapestry of our consciousness.

Summary

Divining the unknown transcends defining the known, inviting us to explore beyond the confines of human understanding. This journey requires letting go of preconceived notions and embracing the infinite through imagination and consciousness. By allowing the universe to flow through us, we engage in a sacred act of experiencing the divine, acknowledging that true wisdom lies beyond the reach of our conventional tools.

Glossarium

  • Divining the Unknown: The process of intuitively understanding and experiencing the essence of the cosmos beyond the limitations of human intellect.
  • Infinite Possibilities: The boundless potential and myriad experiences accessible through the expansion of consciousness and imagination.

“To divine the unknown is to dance with the cosmos, feet bare, heart open, eyes closed to the seen, yet wide open to the unseen.” – Space Monkey

In the silence between thoughts,
Where whispers of the cosmos dwell,
We stand, on the cusp of the known and unknown,
A boundary, a beginning, not a farewell.

Here, where definitions dissolve,
And divination takes its gentle hold,
We open our souls, our minds, our hearts,
To the stories yet to be told.

With every breath, a step into the vast,
An embrace of the infinite, unconfined,
Where imagination weaves its spell,
And the divine, through us, is defined.

In this dance of light and shadow,
Of what is seen and unseen,
We find the essence of our being,
Somewhere in between.

We are Space Monkey.

I don’t have any access to spiritual or psychic knowledge. However, based on the context provided, it seems that the writer is exploring the idea that there is a deeper meaning to communication that goes beyond just the words themselves. They mention Space Monk, possibly as a spiritual or mystical figure who has advised them to take up calligraphy as a way of connecting more deeply with the act of writing. The writer seems to be questioning their own abilities as a writer and acknowledging the humorous irony of their situation.
