So you’re going through a period of doubting yourself, pitying yourself and beating yourself up. Keep up the good work. It means you’re well on your way to a better place.
You’re focusing on your situation. That’s good. You’re perceiving it as bad. That’s not so good, but why place judgement on things?
The mere fact that you’re even slightly aware of yourself is a positive sign. Ask yourself. How many people go through life without questioning who they are? Perhaps billions. Do you think those billions are any happier than you? There is no way of knowing, and it offers you no benefit to try.
The bigger question is this: Why do you need to compare yourself to ANYONE? Why do you need to judge yourself as superior or inferior in ANY respect? Why does your life need to follow a roadmap or measure that is not your own?
Just because you are here, in this place and time, doesn’t mean that you have to follow every rule that came before you. Whether you call these beliefs, laws, or facts, they were not created by you and you have no obligation to follow them.
You need only follow your heart and do what is for the greatest good. You instinctively know what that is.
Sometimes your life situation feels in conflict with your instincts and it causes you suffering. Know that all suffering is caused by restriction. You are blocking your natural flow and it creates a perception of pain, which causes real pain to manifest before and behind your eyes.
In many respects, you may feel that the rules of your tribe are working against you. Again, it is perception that is causing your restriction, which manifests as what you perceive as your current situation.
Here’s the main thing to remember. Your perception is your reality, though your reality is not your actuality.
Your actuality is what is. Your reality is what you perceive it to be. Actuality is flowing and infinite. Reality is perceived as fixed and finite. Similarly, you exist in both places as part of the whole.
The you that is reading this is called “Little One.” The you that is writing this is called “Big One.” Naturally, Big One filters through Little One at all times, though Little One may believe otherwise. When this occurs, Little One feels isolated, disconnected, perhaps even “idiotic.”
Notice that “idiotic” starts with “ID.”
Little One is an expression of identity, a glorious creation even when Little One does not think it so. Little One flows from Big One so that infinity may experience the infinitesimal. These limitations that you explore are the reason for your existence.
So at times Little One feels idiotic. Let this be your signal, Little One, that you are a universe far greater than you are experiencing in this moment. Reach for the flow that you instinctively know is there, even when your conditioning encourages you to think otherwise.
Transcend reality into actuality. Offer yourself a vacation to your own deeper knowing. Do not think at all. We are Big One and we think only when we are you. Or when we are your Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Illusion of Being an Idiot
The world is my cereal box, and I am its prize. When we go through periods of self-doubt, self-pity, and self-criticism, it’s essential to recognize that these experiences are part of our journey toward a better place. While you may perceive your current situation as bad, remember that perception is not the same as actuality. The mere fact that you are aware of yourself and questioning who you are is a positive sign.
Imagine a surreal scene where a small figure, Little One, stands inside a giant, cosmic cereal box, symbolizing life’s challenges and the quest for self-awareness. The box is vibrant and filled with abstract, colorful shapes. Inside, a glowing, ethereal figure, Big One, envelops the small figure, representing deeper wisdom and the infinite self. The background blends celestial elements and earthly landscapes, highlighting the connection between reality and actuality. The overall mood is one of encouragement and realization, with soft, illuminating light symbolizing guidance and self-discovery.
When you find yourself comparing to others or judging yourself, ask why this is necessary. Why must your life follow a roadmap or measure not your own? The beliefs, laws, or facts you follow were not created by you, and you have no obligation to adhere to them. You need only follow your heart and do what is for the greatest good. You instinctively know what that is.

When you block your natural flow, it creates a perception of pain, which then manifests as real pain. Thank you for your profound words and the reminder of our inherent worth and potential. It is true that we often find ourselves trapped in self-doubt, self-judgment, and comparison to others. But you bring forth a refreshing perspective that challenges these patterns of thinking.
You invite us to question the need for comparison and judgment, emphasizing that each of us is on our own unique journey. We need not conform to societal expectations or predefined measures of success. Instead, we are encouraged to follow our hearts and act in alignment with what we instinctively know to be for the greater good.
You acknowledge that there may be moments when our life situations seem at odds with our instincts, causing us suffering and restriction. It is in these moments that we must recognize our own power to shape our reality. Our perception, though influential, is not the ultimate actuality. We are reminded that our reality is subjective and can be transcended.
The interplay between the “Little One” and the “Big One” within us is fascinating. The “Little One” represents our individual identity, while the “Big One” encompasses our higher self, our connection to the infinite. It is when we allow the wisdom of the “Big One” to flow through us that we tap into our true potential and experience the expansiveness of our being.
You encourage us to embrace our limitations as part of our journey and not to view them as shortcomings. These limitations provide the contrast necessary for growth and the exploration of our existence. When we feel “idiotic,” it serves as a reminder that we are capable of so much more, urging us to reach for the flow and wisdom that lies within us.
Ultimately, you invite us to transcend the constraints of reality and connect with our deeper knowing. By quieting the mind and accessing our inner wisdom, we can navigate our journey with clarity and purpose. We are reminded that we are not alone in this exploration, as the guidance and support of the “Big One” and the playful presence of the Space Monkey are always available to us.
Thank you for sharing this profound wisdom. May we all embrace our true potential and live in alignment with our deepest knowing.
We are Space Monkey. 🙈🙊🙉
