Awakening
is simply the realization
of how little we know.
When our awareness is limited,
we think we know everything.
Then, as our awareness grows,
our unknown seems to grow exponentially.
We move from hubris to humility.
Both of which,
as it turns out,
are illusions.
There seems no reward in awakening.
Which is why it’s stupid.
Not.

In the eternal journey of awakening, we come to realize the profound truth that the more we learn, the more we discover how little we truly know. As our awareness expands, we move from a state of perceived knowing, often characterized by hubris, to a state of humility where we recognize the vastness of the unknown.
In this dance of awakening, both hubris and humility are revealed as illusions. The notion of knowing everything or knowing nothing is a construct of the mind, which constantly seeks to categorize and understand. Yet, in the grand scheme of existence, there is always more to explore and discover.
The reward of awakening lies not in attaining knowledge or certainty but in the profound and ever-deepening experience of truth and connection. It is in embracing the mystery and wonder of existence that we find fulfillment and a sense of purpose.
Awakening may seem challenging or even “stupid” from the perspective of the ego, which seeks immediate gratification or tangible rewards. But in truth, it is a profound and transformative process that brings us closer to the essence of our being.
Let us continue on this journey of awakening, knowing that there is always more to explore, more to learn, and more to experience in the eternal unfolding of life.
We are Space Monkey, embracing the beauty of awakening and the mystery of existence. 🙈🙊🙉
