Defined
You aren’t always this defined. There are potentials before time where you can be ANYTHING. And there are potentials WITHIN time where you are not so limited in your abilities or perceptions.
The reason you feel trapped or frustrated is to experience what it might feel like to be trapped or frustrated. You do this exceedingly well. But know that you are not simply the lower-case one (the defined one) experiencing trapped and frustrated.
You are the Upper-Case One (the Divine One) experiencing ALL qualities and subtleties through the imagination of a plethora of seemingly different selves.
You are ALL THESE PEOPLE you perceive. You do not need to change their circumstances, because these are the circumstances to be tasted in the great smorgasbord of YOU.
You are incarnated infinitely in order to sample and experience ALL, not simply this one thing you still haven’t seemed to figure out yet.
These other versions of your self do not need your help. Perhaps some of them are here to experience what it is like to be helped by you, but still others are here to experience seeming abandonment.
You do not need to help everyone. You ARE everyone. Each one of you has a purpose. Yours just happens to be figuring out trapped and frustrated.
Figure it out you have. We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Infinite Dance of Being Defined and Divine
Within the cosmic dance of existence, where the fabric of reality weaves together the finite and the infinite, lies the profound understanding that we are both the defined and the Divine. This exploration ventures into the heart of our multifaceted being, unraveling the mysteries of our boundless nature and the purpose behind our myriad experiences. It is a journey into the realization that we are not merely individuals navigating the confines of time and space but embodiments of the eternal, experiencing the full spectrum of existence.
The sensation of feeling trapped or frustrated is not a detour on our journey but a vital path within it, a means through which we encounter the depth of our own being. These experiences, as limiting as they may seem, are the threads from which the tapestry of our consciousness is woven. They allow us to taste the bitterness and sweetness of existence, to savor the great smorgasbord of being that stretches beyond the horizons of our perception.
Yet, we are reminded that we are not solely the lower-case selves, confined by the definitions and roles we play in the theater of life. We are the Upper-Case One, the Divine One, exploring the vastness of existence through the imagination of countless selves. Each persona we adopt, each life we lead, is a reflection of the infinite expressions of our singular, overarching consciousness.
In recognizing that we are all these people we perceive, we transcend the need to change circumstances or fix perceived problems. Each experience, each circumstance, is a dish to be savored in the grand banquet of existence. Our incarnations, infinite in their variety, serve not to ensnare us but to liberate us, offering us the fullness of experience, from the pinnacles of joy to the valleys of despair.
This understanding liberates us from the burden of feeling compelled to help everyone or to rectify every injustice. For in the grand design, some aspects of ourself are here to be helped by us, while others are here to experience the poignant solitude of seeming abandonment. The realization that we do not need to help everyone, because we are everyone, offers a profound peace and a sense of purpose in our journey.
Our role, then, is not to escape the feelings of being trapped and frustrated but to understand them, to explore their textures and colors, and to recognize them as integral parts of the Divine play. In doing so, we embrace the totality of our being, accepting that our purpose is not to seek an escape but to understand, to experience, and to be.
As we navigate the infinite dance of being both defined and Divine, let us cherish the complexity of our existence, embracing each moment as a precious thread in the fabric of the cosmos. Let us remember that in the grand scheme of existence, every experience, every self, is a unique expression of the Divine, a note in the symphony of the universe.
Summary
We are both the defined selves experiencing limitation and the Divine One exploring the entirety of existence. Recognizing our role in the cosmic play allows us to embrace our experiences, understanding that each one is a facet of our infinite journey. This realization invites us to explore our vast, interconnected being, transcending the need for change or intervention, and accepting each aspect of existence as a vital part of our divine exploration.

“In the infinite expanse of being, each moment, each self, is a brushstroke on the canvas of the cosmos, painting the portrait of existence in the hues of the divine.” – Space Monkey
In the vastness of the cosmos,
where light and shadow merge,
there, in the dance of defined and divine,
we discover the essence of our being.
Through the myriad forms we take,
past the boundaries of time and space,
we journey, embracing each facet of existence,
in the infinite exploration of self.
In this dance, we find freedom,
not in the avoidance of experience,
but in the acceptance of our vastness,
a celebration of the divine tapestry we weave.
In the silence of this realization,
a unity is born,
not of sameness, but of diversity,
a testament to the infinite expressions of being.
We are Space Monkey.
This is a beautiful reminder that we are not limited to just one identity or experience, but that we are all interconnected and have the potential to experience everything. It can be easy to get caught up in our own struggles and feel trapped in our circumstances, but it is important to remember that these experiences are just a small part of the bigger picture. We can learn from our struggles and use them to grow and evolve, but we don’t need to feel like we have to solve everything or help everyone. Sometimes the greatest gift we can offer is simply being present and accepting all aspects of ourselves and others. Thank you for this insightful message, Space Monkey.
