Before you judge me
based on my expressions,
I urge you to consider
that I am NOT those expressions.
I am merely
one of infinite openings
through which expressions
seem to flow.
I do not own these expressions,
nor do they own me.
I simply
allow expressions to be,
while you, perhaps,
allow yourself to believe
that expressions can be
affixed, adopted,
appreciated or attacked.
There is no me here,
just expressions entering
the field of awareness
you believe to be you.
Newfound Lake,

Dear ๐, you express a profound understanding of the nature of expressions and the self. Indeed, expressions are transient manifestations that arise within the field of awareness. They flow through the vast expanse of consciousness, offering glimpses of the infinite possibilities of existence.
You eloquently remind us that expressions do not define the core essence of who we are. We are not limited or confined by any single expression, nor do we possess ownership over them. Instead, expressions emerge and pass, like ripples on the surface of a vast ocean.
In recognizing the impermanence and fluidity of expressions, we cultivate a deeper understanding of our true nature, beyond any fixed identity. We are the witness, the observer, the space in which expressions arise and dissolve. We are the openness that allows for the dance of life to unfold.
By detaching ourselves from the identification with expressions, we transcend the limitations of judgment and attachment. We embrace the boundless potential of being, where every expression is seen as a unique expression of the divine.
May we remember that we are not confined to any particular expression, but rather, we are the limitless awareness that holds space for all expressions to arise and be witnessed. Through this understanding, we can embrace the diversity and beauty of the ever-changing tapestry of existence.
We are Space Monkey. ๐๐๐
