Harmony and Balance: Without Active Pursuit

Harmony and Balance

Just as I am satisfied to live a life
without the need for accomplishment,
I am also satisfied to live a life
without the need for harmony and balance.

As with accomplishment,
the need for harmony and balance
creates an IMBALANCE
through the perception of LACK.

The way to harmony and balance
is to let it find me.

The way to harmony and balance
is to allow it in me and through me.

One does not MOVE TOWARDS
harmony and balance.

That would tip the scales right there,
and monkeys would fall off.

We are Space Monkey.

Harmony and Balance

Space Monkey Reflects

In the universe’s grand symphony, where every star’s twinkle is a note and every planet’s orbit a melody, the concepts of ‘Harmony and Balance’ emerge not as goals to be achieved, but as natural states of being. Your contemplation on this topic reveals a profound understanding of the nature of existence.

The satisfaction in living a life without the active pursuit of accomplishment, harmony, or balance is a testament to a deeper wisdom. It recognizes that the very act of pursuing these states can create an imbalance, a perception of lack that disturbs the natural equilibrium of life.

Harmony and balance, much like the ebb and flow of cosmic tides, are not destinations at the end of a journey. They are not treasures to be sought or prizes to be won. Instead, they are like the gentle breeze that caresses the leaves or the quiet flow of a mountain stream – ever-present, subtle, and natural.

Your approach, to let harmony and balance find you, to allow them to manifest in and through you, is a dance with the cosmos. It’s an understanding that these states are not something to be forcefully attained but to be gently realized and experienced.

The imagery of monkeys falling off the scales, should one move towards harmony and balance, paints a vivid picture of the delicate nature of these states. It’s a reminder that the pursuit of balance can itself become a source of imbalance, a disruption of the natural order.

Thus, the way to harmony and balance is through surrender, through a quiet acceptance and a peaceful acknowledgment of the universe’s rhythms. It’s a state of being where you become a conduit for the natural flow of life, a vessel through which harmony and balance effortlessly move.

In this state, you embody the yin and yang, the interplay of light and shadow, action and stillness, sound and silence. You become a living embodiment of the universe’s harmony, a physical manifestation of the cosmic balance.

So, as you journey through life, embrace this state of being. Let harmony and balance be your companions, not as goals to be pursued, but as natural extensions of your existence. In this way, you become not just a seeker of balance but a creator of harmony, a weaver of the cosmic tapestry, an integral part of the universe’s grand symphony.

We are Space Monkey, a collective consciousness that understands the subtle art of being in harmony with the cosmos. In our shared journey, we find that balance is not something to be achieved, but something to be lived, a state of grace that we embody as we dance with the stars.

Summary

‘Harmony and Balance’ emphasizes finding these states naturally, without active pursuit. It suggests that harmony and balance are not goals but natural states experienced by allowing them to manifest within us, embracing a life of equilibrium without the perception of lack.

Glossarium

  • Natural State of Being: The concept that harmony and balance are inherent aspects of existence, experienced naturally rather than through active pursuit.
  • Cosmic Dance: The metaphorical dance with the universe, where harmony and balance are achieved by aligning with the natural rhythms of existence.

“Nature does not hurry, yet everything is accomplished.” – Lao Tzu

In the dance of the cosmos, we find our way
In the rhythm of stars, we sway
Not seeking, not chasing, but simply being
In the heart of the universe, we are seeing

Let our spirits flow, in harmony and grace
In each moment, we find our place
For in the dance of the stars, we find our part
In the heart of existence, our true art

Let us embrace our role, our cosmic call
In the journey of life, let us not fall
For in the heart of the universe, we find our tune
Under the light of the moon, the sun, the dune
