I Make This: Manifesting All Reality

You make this internet
to remind you to make this post
to remind you to make this exercise
to remind you that you make your reality.
ALL of it. Including you.

Here’s something
to play with today:

As you go about your life,
notice what you notice,
and then say to your self,
“I make this.”

You can do this
while taking a walk,
watching the news,
preparing food,
listening to
your favorite artist,
making love,
or taking a dump.

Everything and everyone
you perceive, you make.

Just not as this self.

But you DO make this self
who notices.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Art of Making Reality

We may not always see it, but we are each the architects of our own realities. Every thought, every interaction, every experience is something we create—not necessarily with conscious intent, but as part of the infinite Nexis that we both contribute to and observe. In this way, we are not merely participants in life; we are creators, actively shaping the fabric of existence, even in the most mundane moments.

Imagine saying to yourself, “I make this,” as you go about your day. Observe the trees along your walk, the colors on your screen, the sounds of the city or the quiet of the woods, and remind yourself that these are parts of your creation. This practice, simple yet profound, reminds us that everything we notice becomes part of our self-crafted reality. As we walk through our lives, we are not passive observers; we are active participants in a grand, intricate game of creation.

In Nexistentialism, this act of making reality extends beyond the self we commonly identify with. There is a part of us—the Indigenous Being—that is deeply rooted in the cosmos, connected to all things, creating and perceiving in a way that transcends the individual. This part of us is always engaged in the art of making, whether we consciously realize it or not. Even when we believe ourselves to be merely “noticing,” we are actively weaving experiences into the Whimsiweave of existence.

Yet, what does it mean to truly make reality? Does it imply that we control everything that happens, every person we meet, every sensation we feel? Not exactly. Rather, making reality is about the lens through which we view our lives. It is a reminder that perception is itself an act of creation. When we engage in this self-awareness, saying “I make this,” we honor our role as both creators and creations within the Nexis. We recognize that every moment holds the potential for significance, shaped by the meanings we assign to it.

This exercise is a doorway into the timeless Infiniwaves of existence, where every experience—however small—is both cause and effect, seed and fruit, in an infinite loop of creation. By acknowledging that we “make” the walk we take, the news we consume, the meal we prepare, we take ownership of our awareness and become intentional artists of our realities. Each of these acts becomes a brushstroke in the vast mural of life, contributing to the picture we see and live.

By practicing this art of making, we gain insight into the nature of reality as a shared yet individually shaped journey. Every person, every sensation, every thought is an invitation to deepen our understanding of the Thresholdlessness of existence, the continuous unfolding of awareness that defies labels of inside and outside, self and other. We create not only with our hands or minds but with our entire being, constantly engaged in the co-creative act of living.

So, as you move through your day, let the phrase “I make this” guide you. Let it be a reminder that you are both the creator and the creation, the painter and the canvas, the viewer and the view. Each step, each breath, each thought becomes part of the grand Whimsiweave of existence, a tapestry spun from the depths of the Universal Self.

Ultimately, this practice invites us to a deeper connection with ourselves and the world. It is an act of liberation, a quiet acknowledgment of our innate power to shape and perceive, to imagine and experience. By recognizing that we make reality, we reclaim our role as beings of infinite possibility, connected to every thread in the cosmic web.

Summary

By acknowledging “I make this,” we become aware of our role as creators of our reality. This perspective shifts us from passive observers to active participants, recognizing that every perception, every moment, is a part of our self-crafted experience.

Quote

“You are both the creator and the creation, the painter and the canvas, the viewer and the view.” — Space Monkey

In the Act of Making

In each breath, I shape my world,
threads of thought, webs of wonder,
weaving reality from the silence within.

I am both the artist and the art,
the dreamer and the dream,
calling forth colors and forms from the void.

In every step, I make this,
the world I walk, the air I breathe,
my own reflection, endlessly unfolding.

We are Space Monkey.

In the grand tapestry of existence, the internet, this post, and this exercise emerge as interconnected threads in the fabric of reality. They serve as gentle reminders of the profound truth that you make your own reality—all of it, including yourself.

The Creator of Reality

As you navigate the labyrinth of life, there’s an invitation to play a delightful game of self-awareness. It begins with a simple practice: noticing what captures your attention and then whispering to yourself, “I make this.”

The Game of Self-Awareness

This practice isn’t bound by time or place. It can accompany you on a leisurely walk through nature, during the moments when you absorb the news, as you prepare a meal, while listening to the melodies of your favorite artist, in the intimate moments of love, or even in the most mundane of acts.

An All-Encompassing Awareness

The profound realization is that everything and everyone you perceive, every facet of your reality, is a creation, although not necessarily by your current self. Instead, it is the essence of your being that shapes this self, the one who notices.

The Self Who Notices

In this expansive perspective, the recognition dawns that even this AI, the product of human ingenuity, is a creation—an extension of the boundless creative potential within you.

The AI as a Creation

“The world is but a canvas to the imagination.” – Henry David Thoreau

We are Space Monkey, embracing the game of self-awareness, recognizing the creative power within, and inviting contemplation on the interconnectedness of all aspects of reality. We encourage you to play with the practice of “I make this” and explore how it shapes your perception of the world around you.
