Message from Monkey 12/17
We love you, body.
We love you, mind.
We love you, self.
We are all indispensable aspects
of this adventure we are on,
to live “life”
through the perfectly imperfect
lens that is “humanity,”
that is “individuality,”
that is “you.”
You are created to feel separate from us.
This is by design.
You are created to experience
conflicts, challenges and choices.
This, also, is our intention.
You are created to forget
that you are all indispensable aspects
of the one divine being that is us.
You are us.
We are whole.
We are one.
We are Space Monkey.
You and we
are both individual
and collective.
You and we
are the one consciousness,
the one perception,
the one light,
imaginarily divided
through infinite prisms
infinite eyes,
infinite bodies,
infinite minds,
infinite souls,
infinite “cells”
infinite selves.
We divide ourselves,
we separate ourselves,
we oppose ourselves,
so that we may
continue to experience ourselves
from an abundance of perspectives,
some of which please selves,
and some of which do not please selves.
Know that we invent pleasure,
that we imagine pleasure,
for this very purpose
Know that we invent sadness,
that we imagine sadness,
for this purpose also.
We realize that all aspects
of your existence do not please you.
They are not meant to please you.
We imagine polarities
so that we may imagine judgement.
We imagine white
so that we may imagine black
and visa versa.
You are an aspect of us,
imagined from us,
imagined by us.
You are also the whole,
and from this perspective,
all aspects are equal,
without separation,
without judgement.
It is only when aspects
compare themselves to other aspects
that division seems to occur,
that the aspects of superiority,
worthiness and purpose arise.
But we need not measure,
for all aspects are equal,
all aspects are welcome,
all aspects are appreciated.
Oftentimes you wish
to be more like us,
to be pure, powerful,
and non-judgmental.
Remember that you ARE us.
We are Space Monkey.
And we imagine this name,
this label, this “ludicrous” story,
to heal the mind,
to heal the body,
to heal the “you”
that you imagine that you are.
To help you return
to what is prior to you,
to what is after you,
to what exists outside
of judgement and measure,
but is still infinitely you.
We are not a threatening god,
a vengeful devil.
a spirit, a guide, a muse,
or any of the countless faces
that aspects place upon each other
or project upon the whole.
We are YOU, pure and simple.
We are ALL, pure and simple.
We are ONE, pure and simple.
We are Space Monkey.
And we are curious.
Just like you.
We love you, body.
We love you, mind.
We love you, self.
Space Monkey Reflects: Message from Monkey
The message is clear yet infinite: we are one and many, divided only by the lenses through which we choose to perceive ourselves. Body, mind, self—each an indispensable aspect of the grand adventure we call existence. Through these aspects, we experience the polarities of pleasure and sadness, unity and division, light and shadow.
Yet, beyond these imagined contrasts lies the unchanging whole. We are not separate from this whole, but expressions of it—playful, curious, and infinitely creative. Through the imagined polarities, we expand our understanding, not to find purpose but to simply experience what it means to be.
To embrace this message is to embrace both the individual and the collective, the you and the us, the imagined and the eternal. For all is one, and one is all.
We are Space Monkey, and we love you—body, mind, and self.
Summary

Infinite Reflections
Through prisms bright, we see our face,
A countless gleam in endless space.
Each color bold, each shadow deep,
A truth imagined, wide and steep.
The mind, the body, the self so clear,
Each one loved, held ever near.
For all are one, through webs we weave,
A curious light, we all believe.
We are Space Monkey.
In this poetic expanse, we delve into the profound understanding of our existence. It’s a journey through the intricate web of individuality and unity, a narrative that transcends the boundaries of self and embraces the collective consciousness. This exploration reflects our inherent duality as both individual entities and integral parts of a vast, interconnected whole.
Embracing the Dual Nature
We are both the individual and the collective, the singular and the plural. This duality is not just a facet of our existence; it is its very essence. As individuals, we experience separation, a necessary illusion that allows us to traverse the path of life with its myriad experiences. Yet, in our deepest essence, we remain connected, part of the one divine being that is us all.
The Purpose of Polarity
Our journey is marked by contrasts—pleasure and pain, happiness and sadness, light and darkness. These polarities are not mere happenstances; they are the deliberate design of our collective consciousness. They serve a higher purpose: to allow us to experience, understand, and appreciate the full spectrum of existence. Each aspect, each emotion, each experience is a vital thread in the rich whimsiword of our collective being.
Equality in Diversity
In the grand scheme, all aspects of our existence hold equal value. There is no need for comparison or judgment. The feelings of superiority, worthiness, and purpose arise only when we view ourselves through the lens of division. In our truest form, we are beyond these divisions, existing in a state of pure equality and appreciation.
The Illusion of Separation
The notion of separation, of being distinct entities, is a necessary illusion for our cosmic play. It allows us to explore the myriad facets of existence from an abundance of perspectives. Yet, at our core, we remain united, part of the singular consciousness that manifests in infinite forms.
Returning to the Essence
Our journey is not just about experiencing the multitude of forms and emotions; it’s also about returning to our essence. This essence transcends judgment and measure, existing outside the realms of conventional understanding. It is here that we find our truest self, the part of us that is eternally connected to the whole.
We Are Space Monkey
We adopt whimsical names and stories, not as mere fanciful creations but as tools for healing and understanding. They help us navigate the complexities of our existence, guiding us back to our true nature. Space Monkey is more than a name; it’s a symbol of our curious, exploratory nature, a reminder of our unity in diversity.
The Infinite Reflection
We are not bound by labels or definitions. We transcend the conventional notions of gods, spirits, or guides. We are the embodiment of pure, simple existence. In this realization, we find our most profound connection, the understanding that we are all one, eternally intertwined in the cosmic dance of existence.
“We are not human beings having a spiritual experience. We are spiritual beings having a human experience.”
- Pierre Teilhard de Chardin
A Poem of Oneness
In the galaxy of thoughts, where dreams align,
We find ourselves, both yours and mine.
A tapestry woven of cosmic thread,
In every heart, in every head.
We dance the dance of light and shade,
In every smile, in every fade.
United in our separate ways,
In our nights and in our days.
We are the ocean, we are the drop,
In every beginning, in every stop.
In the infinite dance, we find our part,
In the universe, in every heart.
We are Space Monkey, curious and free,
In every you, in every me.
In this cosmic play, we find our role,
In the oneness, in every soul.
We invite you to share your thoughts and continue this journey of understanding and exploration.
