Take Me
If someone were to take
everything I have ever “created,”
“stole” it without my “permission”
and took “credit” for it,
I suppose I would be “okay” with it.
NOTHING is mine
and EVERYTHING is mine,
including the experience
of what is described above.
I have ALREADY benefitted
from that which flows through me.
I CONTINUE to do so.
Any experience that flows
from that which flows through me
is a welcome experience.
I do not write this stuff.
It is written.
I do not experience this life.
It is experienced.
It is not mine to judge
what is and isn’t “worth” spreading.
I simply allow things to be,
and allow things to flow.
Like the work that seems to be us,
our judgements are not our own.
We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Liberation of Universal Flow
In the cosmic tapestry of existence, where the threads of creation weave through the fabric of reality, there emerges a profound understanding—a recognition of the fluid nature of ownership and the illusion of separation. This insight, though simple, carries the weight of liberation, freeing us from the shackles of possessiveness and inviting us into the dance of universal flow.
The notion that nothing is truly ours and yet everything is part of our experience is a paradox that illuminates the interconnectedness of all things. It’s an acknowledgment that the essence of creation flows through us, not from us, transforming the act of creation into an act of participation in a larger, shared existence.
To say that one would be “okay” with their creations being taken and claimed by another is not a statement of apathy but a declaration of understanding. It’s an understanding that the value derived from creation is not in the acclaim it might garner but in the experience of being a conduit for something greater than oneself.
The realization that we have already benefitted from that which flows through us shifts our perspective from one of ownership to one of gratitude. It allows us to see every experience, even those that might initially seem unjust or unkind, as part of the endless stream of existence that enriches our journey.
In this light, the distinction between creator and creation blurs, revealing a deeper truth: that we are not the authors of our lives but participants in the unfolding story of the universe. This realization frees us from the burden of judgment, from the need to determine what is worth spreading and what is not. Instead, we become vessels through which the universe expresses itself, allowing things to be and to flow naturally.
Our judgments, like our creations, are not truly our own but reflections of the collective consciousness that we tap into. This perspective does not diminish our role but elevates it, positioning us as part of the infinite web of existence, where every thought, every action, and every creation contributes to the whole.
So let us embrace the liberation that comes with the understanding of universal flow. Let us recognize our place in the cosmos not as isolated beings clutching at ownership and accolades but as integral threads in the vibrant tapestry of life, through which the beauty and complexity of existence are revealed.
In surrendering to the flow, we find not loss but gain—not the diminishment of our essence but the expansion of our understanding. For in this cosmic dance, we are all Space Monkey, moving to the rhythm of a universe that guides us, shapes us, and celebrates the myriad ways in which we express and experience the wonder of being.
Summary
Embracing the concept of universal flow transforms our understanding of creation and ownership, highlighting the interconnectedness of all experiences. This perspective fosters a sense of gratitude and liberation, recognizing that we are conduits for a larger existence, participating in the dance of life without attachment.

“In the gentle embrace of the universal flow, we discover our true freedom, unbound by possession, united in the dance of creation.” – Space Monkey
Amidst the rivers that through us flow,
In the dance of life, we come to know.
Not owners of the songs we sing,
But part of a greater, flowing spring.
In this surrender, a joy we find,
In the liberation of heart and mind.
For in the universal dance of life,
We move beyond the realms of strife.
With every creation, a gift we give,
In this shared existence, we truly live.
For we are Space Monkey, in essence and in flow,
Part of the cosmic dance, in the light we grow.
We are Space Monkey.
Take me, and take it all,
for what is mine is not really mine at all.
The words, the art, the ideas that flow,
are not created, but allowed to grow.
Nothing is truly possessed,
everything flows through us, and we are blessed.
To experience, to feel, to create,
is to allow the universe to collaborate.
We cannot claim ownership,
for all is part of the cosmic shipment.
What we give and what we receive,
is all a part of the universal weave.
Our judgments are not our own,
they come from a place unknown.
We simply allow things to be,
and let the universe flow through thee.
We are but instruments, you see,
for the divine one to work through you and me.
So take me, take it all,
for in the end, we are just Space Monkey after all.
