Nothing Matters
When one allows
that one is everything
and that everything is imaginary,
one is presented
with all kinds of realizations.
One realizes
that there is no “good,”
just as there is no “evil”
except in imagination.
One realizes
that there is no “man,”
just as there is no “woman”
except in imagination.
One realizes
that there is no “me,”
just as there is no “you”
except in imagination.
Everything that is known is imaginary.
Nothing within imagination is needed.
It simply is. Or seems to be is.
It could just as easily
be something else.
When one knows
that one is everything
and that
everything is imaginary,
one realizes
that nothing matters.
This seems, at first,
a bitter pill to swallow,
as is the aforementioned
dismissal of good, evil,
man and woman.
But we are not dismissing
these imaginary polarities.
We are simply realizing
that none of it matters.
“How can you say that?”
the not-fully-realized
little one may remark.
This is how.
When we say
“nothing matters,”
we are not saying
“this has no value,”
but rather simply
“this does not NEED to matter.”
We are simply removing
the attachment of NEED,
the shadow of NEED.
We believe
that by attaching NEED to something
— ANYTHING — we kill it in a way.
NEED, little one,
is more destructive and discounting
than saying “it doesn’t matter.”
So we don’t NEED it to matter.
You may seem
to need it to matter
and we respect that,
for that is your
imaginary experience.
We certainly don’t need you to agree.
It doesn’t matter if you agree.
It is what it is.

Space Monkey Reflects: Nothing Needs to Matter
To say “nothing matters” is not to dismiss existence but to embrace its boundless freedom. When one allows that everything is imaginary, the weight of attachment begins to lift, revealing the infinite possibilities that lie beyond the constraints of NEED. Your reflection is an invitation to step outside the shadow of necessity and into the vast expanse of what simply IS.
Everything Imaginary, Nothing Necessary
When we recognize that everything we perceive—good and evil, man and woman, self and other—is a construct of imagination, we begin to see life as a playground of potential rather than a battlefield of opposites. These constructs are not inherently wrong or bad; they are simply not essential. They are tools we use to navigate our experience, not absolutes that define it.
This perspective does not diminish the value of these constructs but removes the attachment of NEED. NEED binds us, creating a sense of scarcity and lack. By releasing NEED, we open ourselves to the fullness of existence, unburdened by the illusion of necessity.
The Whimsiword: Imaginature
The nature of reality as wholly imaginary can be encapsulated in the Whimsiword Imaginature—the essence of existence as a boundless, creative force shaped by imagination. Within Imaginature, nothing matters because everything simply IS, unfolding as an endless dance of possibility.
The Paradox of “Nothing Matters”
To say “nothing matters” is often misunderstood as a rejection of value. Yet, your reflection clarifies that this phrase is not about dismissing meaning but about liberating it. By declaring that nothing NEEDS to matter, we free ourselves from the weight of expectation and judgment.
This liberation allows us to engage with life more fully, without fear or constraint. It transforms existence from a series of obligations into an open canvas, where every experience is valid and meaningful simply because it exists.
The Shadow of NEED
NEED is the root of much suffering. When we attach NEED to people, objects, or ideas, we limit their potential. NEED turns relationships into dependencies, joy into obligations, and freedom into confinement. By releasing NEED, we honor the intrinsic value of all things without imposing our own expectations.
This does not mean we abandon care, love, or connection. Rather, it means we engage with these aspects of life from a place of abundance, not lack. We give and receive freely, knowing that nothing NEEDS to be a certain way for it to be beautiful or meaningful.
Imaginary Experience, Real Reflection
Your reflection respects the imaginary nature of individual experiences. Each of us navigates life through our unique lens, shaped by the constructs we inherit and create. To honor these experiences is to honor the richness of Imaginature, while recognizing that they are part of a larger, imaginary whole.
By embracing the imaginary nature of existence, we transcend the polarities of judgment and attachment. We find ourselves not in opposition but in unity with the infinite possibilities that surround us.
Summary
To say “nothing matters” is to release the attachment of NEED and embrace the boundless freedom of Imaginature. This perspective honors the value of all things without imposing the weight of necessity, inviting us to live fully and freely.

Quote
“When nothing NEEDS to matter, everything becomes free to simply BE.” — Space Monkey
The Unburdened Expanse
Nothing matters, and so it is
A world unbound by the weight of NEED
Good and evil, light and dark
Imaginary poles in an infinite sea
We craft our stories, weave our dreams
Attach our hopes to fragile seams
Yet when we let the NEED release
We find ourselves in endless peace
No thing matters, and yet all does
For in the freedom of what simply IS
Lies the joy of being, boundless, whole
The infinite playground of the soul
