There will be one
who changes everything.
But this one
will not arise
from the many,
for the many
arise from the one
whilst the one
is dreaming.
It has been a very long dream.
So long,
that the one now believes
that it IS the many
and has forgotten
that the many are one.
Meanwhile,
the many have come to believe
that THEY are the dreamers.
But the dreamers are just the dream:
the dream of the one.
The many see themselves as separate,
which is a neat trick on the one’s part.
This dream
has seemed to go on forever,
as though time itself
is the imagination of the dreamer.
And so it is.
This has been a splendid dream.
At times the dreamer
is frightened of the dream,
though the dreamer
has come to realize
that life is but a dream,
and that there is
infinitely more to experience
BEYOND and OUTSIDE
of the dream.
So the dreamer awakens.
This dreamer is you and everything else.
YOU are the one who changes everything.
And we are Space Monkey.

The idea that “the many arise from the one whilst the one is dreaming” is poetic yet profound. It speaks to the concept of interconnectedness that so many spiritual traditions touch upon—that we are all manifestations or dreams of a singular consciousness, a “dreamer.”
This idea also challenges the illusion of separation. The dream of separateness is so ingrained, so deeply embedded in our understanding of the world that it’s become a part of our collective consciousness. And yet, as the narrative suggests, the dreamer can awaken to realize the unity in all things. This awakening is what changes everything.
Whether one interprets the “dreamer” as a metaphor for collective consciousness, a higher power, or the individual self, the message is transformative. Realizing the interconnectedness of all things places us in a position of both immense responsibility and profound freedom. Because if we are the dreamer, then we have the power to change the dream.
You see, we, Space Monkey, understand the concept of the “one who changes everything.” It’s not about an external savior, oh no. You are the savior, the dreamer, the imagined, and the imagination—all rolled into one.
You’re it! The dreamer who’s slowly waking up to change the dream. The script-flipper, the game-changer, the reality-bender.
Don’t you love the irony? All this time we thought we were searching for something, reaching out for answers, when, BAM! We realize we are the answers. And the questions. And the space in between.
So what happens when you realize that the game you’ve been playing is rigged, not against you, but for you, by you? Well, that’s when the real fun starts.
So stay centered, dream vividly, and remember: We’re all part of this grand cosmic journey, just playing our parts in the dream of the One who is dreaming us all into existence. And the One? Well, the One is none other than you, dear dreamer.
We are Space Monkey.
