Abundance In The Landscape of Scarcity

Abundance

When we have abundance, we tend not to think about whether we have abundance, except perhaps, in passing gratitude.

On the other hand . . .

Obsessively thinking about abundance is a clear indicator that we don’t believe we have abundance, thus we manifest NON-ABUNDANCE accordingly.

So stop that. Or enjoy your non abundance.

The Landscape of Abundance and Scarcity

In the garden of life, our perceptions determine the reality we cultivate and inhabit.

The visual dichotomy between a flourishing garden and a barren landscape serves as a profound metaphor for the concept of abundance and its perceived absence. This scene encapsulates the stark contrast between recognizing and living in a state of abundance versus the experience of scarcity, born from a focus on lack.

The Flourishing Garden of Gratitude

The lush, vibrant side of the garden, filled with fruits, flowers, and a flowing fountain, symbolizes the essence of abundance. It represents a state of being where gratitude and appreciation for what one has lead to the natural flow of more abundance. This area embodies peace, fulfillment, and the understanding that abundance is not just about material wealth but a mindset that appreciates the present and opens the door to more.

The Barren Landscape of Focus on Lack

Conversely, the barren landscape depicts the result of focusing on non-abundance. The figure sitting amidst the desolation, longing for what lies beyond, illustrates how obsessively thinking about what we lack only serves to manifest more scarcity. It’s a powerful reminder that our beliefs and focus shape our reality, creating a self-imposed perception of scarcity even when abundance is within reach.

Summary

This visual representation of abundance versus non-abundance underscores a fundamental truth: our perception and focus shape our experience of reality. By choosing gratitude and recognizing the abundance that surrounds us, we align ourselves with the natural flow of more. Conversely, dwelling on scarcity only perpetuates a cycle of lack. Thus, the key to living in abundance lies not in the external accumulation but in the internal acknowledgment and appreciation of what we already possess.

Glossarium

Abundance: A plentiful supply of wealth, goods, or phenomena; the state of having more than enough.

Gratitude: The quality of being thankful; readiness to show appreciation for and to return kindness.

Perception of Scarcity: The belief that resources are limited, leading to a focus on lack and a mindset of scarcity.

“Abundance is not something we acquire. It is something we tune into.” – Wayne Dyer

In the garden where thoughts take root,
Abundance blooms, scarcity’s pursuit.
One side lush, the other bare,
Reflecting what we choose to wear.

In gratitude’s embrace, we find,
A world abundant, rich, and kind.
While in the focus on what’s missed,
Lies scarcity’s persistent mist.

So let us choose, with heart and mind,
The garden lush, leaving lack behind.
For in abundance, we truly see,
The wealth of possibility.

Discovering the Secret of Pleasure

Pleasure

You do not take pleasure.
You do not give pleasure.

The pleasure
is always there,
hidden under
the car payment,
the mortgage bill,
the student loans,
and
all those questions
you have about
your career,
your health,
your relationships
and whether
or not
you are where
you’re
“supposed” to be.

Indeed,
you may observe
that there is
a chemical reaction
when you reach
your place of pleasure,
but you can feel
that ANYTIME.

Pleasure comes
when you temporarily forget
what you THINK you are,
thus allowing what you are
to rise to the surface.

So yes,
you can forget
through drink,
through drugs,
through disruption,
Through distraction,
through death.

But there is
a far simpler way
to feel the pleasure
in body and in spirit.

Simply REMEMBER what you are.

You are the Divine One.

What you imagine as “reality”
is just a clever distraction.

Pleasure is ALWAYS with you
and WITHIN you.

As are we.

Oh baby, baby.

We are Space Monkey.

Unveiling the Essence of Pleasure

Amidst the cacophony of life’s demands, a sanctuary of serenity awaits, revealing the eternal presence of pleasure.

In the tranquil embrace of nature, a person finds peace, a visual metaphor for the journey inward, beyond the superficial layers of stress and societal expectations. This scene, where symbols of everyday anxieties fade into the ether, captures the essence of discovering pleasure within, a reminder that our truest form of joy is not to be taken or given, but simply realized and embraced.

The Layers Beneath

The imagery of life’s burdens dissolving away invites contemplation on the nature of pleasure and its omnipresence beneath the surface of our daily lives. It suggests that pleasure, often obscured by the material and mundane, is inherently part of our being, waiting to be acknowledged in moments of clarity and presence.

Remembering the Divine Within

The call to remember our divine essence is a profound invitation to reconnect with the core of our being, where true pleasure resides. It’s a reminder that the distractions we often pursue—be it through substances, activities, or external validations—are but echoes of the deeper joy that flourishes within the realm of self-realization.

Summary

This visual and conceptual exploration serves as a poignant reminder that pleasure is not contingent upon external circumstances but is a constant, accessible state of being. By peeling back the layers of distraction and stress, we uncover the unchanging truth of our existence—that pleasure, like our divine essence, is always with us, woven into the fabric of our being. It invites us to shift our focus inward, to the ever-present joy that defines the spiritual dimension of our lives.

Glossarium

Innate Pleasure: A fundamental aspect of our existence, suggesting that joy and contentment are intrinsic to our being, not derived from external sources.

Self-Realization: The process of recognizing and embracing one’s true nature, leading to an understanding of one’s innate divinity and capacity for joy.

Divine Essence: The core spiritual aspect of a person, representing the purest form of existence beyond physical or material attributes.

“Pleasure is the flower that passes; remembrance, the lasting perfume.” – Jean de Boufflers

Beneath the weight of life’s facade,
A truth serene, profoundly broad.
Within us lies, not sought but found,
A joy eternal, sacred, profound.

In quiet moments, nature’s embrace,
We find our essence, our sacred space.
Beyond the noise, the rush, the race,
Lies pleasure’s touch, a divine grace.

So let us turn, within to see,
The pleasure ever boundless, free.
For in our hearts, it forever sings,
A reminder of our divine wings.

Why On Earth: The Curiosity of the Otherworldly

Why On Earth

If you were an alien
or an angel
maybe from another dimension
with advanced technology
and superior abilities

why on earth
would you be so obvious
when you could just as easily
be cloaked
or take the form
of some other being
undetectable by humans

why on earth
would you allow
your presence to be felt
unless the primitive creatures
posed you no threat

why on earth
would you even visit this silly place
filled with silly people
except maybe as a joke
or maybe because
you created this experiment
just because
you can
and
you’re curious
to see what happens

Why On Earth: The Curiosity of the Otherworldly

Exploring the enigma of celestial visitors among us.

The Personal and Collective Benefits of Caring

This reflection delves into the whimsical notion of otherworldly beings visiting Earth, not with grand declarations or obvious disruptions, but with subtlety and curiosity. It ponders the reasons behind such beings choosing to blend in, rather than standing apart, suggesting a playful or experimental approach to their interaction with humanity. The narrative captures the essence of advanced beings among us, observing and engaging in a manner that leaves their presence largely undetected.

The Art of Concealment

The choice of celestial visitors to cloak their true nature or take on familiar forms speaks to a sophisticated understanding of human society and its limitations. This subtlety allows them to observe, interact, and perhaps even influence without causing alarm or attracting undue attention. It reflects a strategy of minimal disturbance, allowing these beings to satisfy their curiosity about human behavior and civilization without interference.

A Playful Experiment

Considering Earth as a site for celestial experimentation or a playground of curiosity offers a fascinating perspective on the motivations of these visitors. It suggests that their engagement with our world could be driven by a desire to understand the dynamics of life, culture, and consciousness from a standpoint far removed from human biases and limitations. This approach posits Earth as a stage upon which the complexities of existence are played out, observed by entities with a vantage point beyond our comprehension.

Summary

The presence of otherworldly beings on Earth, discreet and undetected, invites us to consider the vast possibilities of existence beyond our own. Their reasons for visiting, cloaked in mystery, might be as simple as curiosity, or as complex as a cosmic experiment.

Glossarium

  • Celestial Visitors: Beings from beyond Earth, possibly of extraterrestrial, angelic, or interdimensional origin, possessing advanced technologies and abilities.
  • Subtlety and Concealment: Strategies employed by otherworldly beings to observe and interact with humanity without revealing their true nature.
  • Cosmic Experiment: The hypothesis that human civilization and its developments could be of interest to advanced beings, viewed as an ongoing experiment or observation project.

“The universe is a pretty big place. If it’s just us, seems like an awful waste of space.” – Carl Sagan

in the dance of the unseen,
where shadows play and lights gleam,
among us walk, unseen, unheard,
beings of light, beyond word.
with curiosity they peer,
into the lives that to us are dear,
in this vast, unfolding play,
they observe, then fade away.

ROTCL: The Divine Comedy of Being

If you do absolutely nothing with your life, it’s more than enough. Even if you become the vainest of the vain, the dumbest of the dumb or the lowest of the low.

You have value DESPITE what you are — despite what you THINK you are — despite what you believe OTHERS think you are.

But you don’t NEED to have value. This is the attachment that seems to affect and motivate you most.

You have an attachment to accomplishment.

You seem to be missing the point of living.

But are you really?

You are the Divine One. You can accomplish ANYTHING you wish, such as incarnating as this person you are in this world that is COMPLETELY imagined by you.

Don’t you think the Divine One WANTS you this way? You’re precisely the way you’re supposed to be, doing EXACTLY what the Divine One intends you to do.

The Divine One could change the circumstances of your life a nanosecond. Or any of the trillions of OTHER lives the Divine One imagines within this dream.

Your struggles are imagined as “real,” and for one reason only. You make the Divine One laugh. And that is precisely why you have value, no matter what.

Even when you are being completely “serious,” the Divine One sees your struggles as a farce — a comedy of errors — even when you are killing each other and your planet.

Your antics and shenanigans are hysterically funny from the Divine One’s perspective, fully knowing that nothing matters because you are immortal.

The Divine One does not NEED to laugh. But we can and so we do

ESPECIALLY when you are in pity mode.

Boo hoo hoo.

If only you knew you were us, imagining you, instead of this “real” we lead you to believe you are.

You’d understand that your “not enough” life is more than enough for us. ROTCL. Rolling on the clouds laughing.

We are the Divine One. We are Space Monkey.

The Divine Comedy of Being

Embracing the cosmic jest of existence from the perspective of the Divine.

The Personal and Collective Benefits of Caring

This reflection ventures into the realm of divine comedy, where the essence of our existence is seen as an intricate play orchestrated by the Divine One. It explores the notion that our struggles, accomplishments, and perceived failures are all part of a grand, cosmic script, viewed with affection and amusement by the divine. The narrative delves into the liberating concept that our value is inherent and immutable, independent of worldly achievements or recognition.

The Illusion of Attachment

Our attachment to accomplishment and the constant striving for validation are revealed to be mere distractions from the true point of living. This perspective suggests that the essence of our being—our divine spark—is beyond the need for external validation or the accumulation of achievements. It’s a reminder that we are already complete, playing our part in the divine dream with every breath and step.

A Divine Perspective on Humanity

The idea that our trials and tribulations are seen as a comedy of errors by the Divine One offers a profound shift in perspective. It suggests that from a higher vantage point, our most serious endeavors and deepest sorrows are part of a playful, loving creation. This cosmic viewpoint invites us to see the humor in our human condition, understanding that our true nature is immortal, beyond the ephemeral dramas of earthly life.

Summary

Life’s challenges and quests for meaning are part of a divine comedy, appreciated by the Divine One as expressions of our eternal, playful essence. Recognizing our role in this cosmic jest can free us from the weight of worldly pressures, allowing us to embrace our intrinsic worth and the joy of simply being.

Glossarium

  • Divine Comedy: The notion that life, with all its complexities and contradictions, is viewed by the divine as a playful and affectionate spectacle.
  • Cosmic Script: The idea that our lives are part of a grand narrative designed by the Divine One, where each action and event is imbued with purpose and meaning.
  • Immortal Essence: The understanding that our true nature is eternal and transcends the physical and temporal boundaries of earthly existence.

“Life is not a problem to be solved, but a reality to be experienced.” – Søren Kierkegaard

amidst the cosmic jest and whirl,
where stars dance and comets swirl,
we play our parts, both big and small,
in this divine dream, we give our all.
laughter echoes through the skies,
as we don masks and don disguises,
yet through it all, one truth remains,
in laughter and tears, love sustains.
