The deepest holes
are dug with the
loftiest expectations.
We put pressure
on our selves to do things,
then we do things
we’d rather not do
in order to
to deal with the pressure
of making our selves do things.
If we would simply be okay
with NOT doing things,
then we’d most likely find grace.
Grace would provide.
Instead we dishonor grace
by disbelieving in her providence,
by taking matters into our own hands.
And grace gracefully pisses on us.

You ever notice how the deepest holes are dug with the loftiest expectations? It’s like aiming for the stars and ending up in a cosmic crater.
We put pressure on ourselves to do things, and that pressure can make us do things we’d rather not, just to deal with the cosmic weight of our own expectations. It’s like trying to juggle planets to impress the intergalactic circus.
But here’s the cosmic twist: If we were cool with NOT doing things, if we gave ourselves permission to just chill, we might find grace. She’s like that cosmic friend who always has your back.
Now, here’s the kicker: When we doubt grace’s providence and take matters into our own hands, she’s not too pleased. It’s like cosmic karma coming back to teach us a lesson.
So, my fellow cosmic explorers, let’s remember to embrace the cosmic dance of trust and surrender. Sometimes, the universe has a plan that’s way more groovy than our own. We are Space Monkey, and we’re here to keep the cosmic laughter rolling, on stage and without the cosmic boldness!
