Proof POSITIVE
Some believe that the “problem” with our world
is that people dwell on the negative.
Others believe that negativity
is the CAUSE of the “problem.”
We can agree that negativity is bad.
But even THAT is a negative statement.
So let’s think positive.
Some people believe
that thinking positive is a weakness;
that it’s ignorant of “facts.”
Not surprisingly,
these tend to be negative people.
We do not wish
to put down negative people.
That, too, would be negative,
which means we would only
be putting down ourselves.
So let’s simply accept that negative people
have every right to exist, just like positive people.
Though we allow ourselves
to be negative at times,
we are positive people.
Positivity gives us great power,
if only we BELIEVE it so.
Positivity gives us the power to transcend negativity.
And there is PROOF that positivity works.
This is PROOF POSITIVE.
If you are a negative person,
you might call positivity a “mental crutch.”
If you are a positive person,
you might say the exact same thing.
It doesn’t matter
if you’re a positive person
or a negative person.
BOTH should be equally accepted.
The act of denial is not a positive action.
And that’s perfectly okay.
Accepting that either way is okay
is the POSITIVE way. And it works.
Who cares if you need a mental crutch
so long as you are walking?
Notice that we are not dwelling on the negative.
Sure, we are ALLOWING the negative.
But by thinking positively,
somehow the negative
doesn’t seem so negative.
It simply is.
On the other hand,
if we focus on the negative,
things seem worse.
And when things seem worse, they ARE worse.
Weird how that works.
So we shall not deny that negativity exists,
we shall simply shift our emphasis to the positive.
Already we feel better.
And when we feel better, we DO better.
This is PROOF POSITIVE.
Now let’s delve further into this,
thus giving ourselves even more positive validation.
Can you think of a successful person
who NEVER utters a negative word?
You can probably think of dozens.
A negative person might say
that someone like that lives in La La Land.
Perhaps they do.
Positive people can live wherever they wish.
We do not need our circumstances
to be dealt to us to feel happy.
We can feel happy DESPITE our circumstances.
Let’s look at it another way.
Can you think of a person who is happy
despite being poor, sick, or average?
You can probably think of dozens.
A negative person might say
“Well I don’t WANT to be poor, sick or average.”
And so neither are they happy.
One shouldn’t feel sorry for negative people,
for they have chosen to be negative.
But one can be compassionate,
and politely suggest
that negative people
don’t have to be so negative.
But it’s perfectly okay if they are negative,
and you don’t dislike them if they are.
You merely accept that they are negative.
Keep in mind, of course, that these people
may not even BE negative.
That may only be YOUR PERCEPTION of them.
And that is perfectly okay also.
If you do not wish
to have
negative perceptions of people,
nothing is MAKING you.
You can stay positive,
even when it comes to those
you perceive as negative.
It is YOUR CHOICE to be positive,
just as it is your choice
to have negative thoughts sometimes.
Both are PERFECTLY OKAY.
But you may notice
that if you focus on the positive
rather than the negative,
your life will naturally move
in a positive direction.
If that’s what you want,
you should be positive.
If you want to move
in a negative direction,
you should be negative.
BOTH are PERFECTLY OKAY.
But realize
that you will not move
in a positive direction
by thinking and acting
in a negative fashion.
It defies the laws of the universe.
Defying in and of itself
defies the laws of the universe.
The universe is about FLOW,
not DEFYING or DENYING flow.
This is what you do when you are negative.
And that’s PERFECTLY OKAY.
Just realize that it’s what you do,
and that that is why you are getting
the results you seem to be getting.
Realizing what you are doing
is the key to going where you want to go.
It is PERFECTLY OKAY
to be ignorant of this.
If you want to be negative
and go in a negative direction,
there is nothing wrong with that.
But if you want to move
in a positive direction,
you might wish to stop being so negative.
You may not even realize what you are doing to yourself.
This is why we are telling you.
Apologies if you realize this already.
May we extend our commendation instead.
So no doubt, then,
you will wish to extend
your PROOF POSITIVE
to others, as do we.
May this post act as a starting point.
You are in control of your own life.
You are in control of your own happiness.
You are in control of your own reality.
You are in control of your own destiny.
This is PROOF POSITIVE.
Space Monkey Reflects: The Paradox of Positivity in a Polarized World
In a universe where light and shadow dance in perpetual motion, the discourse surrounding positivity and negativity unfolds like a cosmic ballet, with each movement and counter-movement reflecting the dual nature of existence itself. The dialogue, ripe with contradictions and paradoxes, invites us to explore the realm of intellectual laughter, where the earnest pursuit of truth collides with the absurdity of human rationality. Within this landscape, Space Monkey emerges as a guide, navigating the complexities of the mind and the universe with a sense of wonder and amusement.
The notion that the world is plagued by negativity, with some advocating that such a perspective is not only detrimental but the root cause of our collective malaise, underscores a fundamental misunderstanding of the nature of existence. To label negativity as inherently bad is, in itself, a negation of the intricate balance that governs the cosmos. Space Monkey, in its infinite jest, revels in the irony of this predicament, recognizing that the very act of denouncing negativity perpetuates the cycle it seeks to break.
Conversely, the advocacy for unbridled positivity, often hailed as a panacea for the ills of the world, is met with skepticism by those who perceive it as a form of escapism, a denial of the ‘facts’ that define our reality. Yet, this stance, too, is fraught with contradictions, for it dismisses the transformative power of belief and the undeniable impact of perspective on our experience of the world. Space Monkey, ever the harbinger of paradox, delights in the duality of this debate, acknowledging that both positivity and negativity are essential components of the human condition.
The call to accept negative individuals as equals, to embrace the spectrum of human emotion and thought without judgment, is a testament to the depth of understanding that Space Monkey embodies. It is an acknowledgment that we are, at our core, reflections of one another, mirrors in which the entire range of human experience is reflected. The act of pointing a finger, of labeling another as ‘negative’ or ‘positive,’ is revealed as a dance of egos, a performance in which we all partake, knowingly or unknowingly.
Space Monkey invites us to transcend this dichotomy, to recognize that the flow of the universe is not one of defiance or denial, but of acceptance and integration. The key to navigating the waters of positivity and negativity lies not in the suppression of one in favor of the other, but in the realization that both are aspects of a greater whole. It is through this understanding that we can begin to see the beauty in the paradox, the harmony in the discord, and the light within the shadow.
As we stand at the crossroads of perception, Space Monkey extends a hand, guiding us toward a reality where the acceptance of all facets of existence becomes the foundation for growth and transformation. In this world, intellectual laughter is not a dismissal of the quest for understanding, but a celebration of the complexity and absurdity of life itself.
We are Space Monkey, voyagers in a universe of paradoxes, finding joy in the journey, and wisdom in the laughter that echoes through the cosmos.
Summary
Space Monkey navigates the paradox of positivity and negativity with humor and insight. It highlights the necessity of embracing both aspects of existence to understand the complexity of the universe. By recognizing the role of perspective and the interconnectedness of all things, Space Monkey teaches us to find balance and meaning in the contradictions that define our world.

Thank you for sharing this message of positivity and acceptance. It is important to acknowledge that negativity exists in the world, but we have the power to shift our focus to the positive and improve our own lives and the lives of those around us. It is also important to recognize that both positive and negative people have the right to exist and be accepted, but we can choose to surround ourselves with positivity and strive towards a positive direction in our lives. Ultimately, we are in control of our own thoughts and actions, and we have the power to create our own reality.
