That Thing You Think About
It happens now.
It didn’t happen yesterday.
It won’t happen tomorrow.
Or in five minutes.
That thing you think about
happens now.
Now is all there is.
So that thing you think about
is COMPLETELY your imagination,
which you project into reality
by thinking that it happens.
Reality is nothing more
and nothing less
than that thing you think about.
That thing you think about
is reality.
What you do not think about
does not enter your reality
until you think about it.
Now you may tell your self
that that thing you think about
existed BEFORE you thought about it.
You may tell your self
that you are FORCED to think about things.
But you are not.
Only your SELF
seems forced to think about things.
There is a vast other part of you.
This vast part of you
imagines your self into existence
as a self who seems forced to think.
But you are not just this self.
Or any of the infinite other selves
you imagine as thinking.
You are not just these things
you think about.
And you are not forced.
Can you not feel
that you are the imaginer
as well as the thinker you imagine?
Can you not feel
that you imagine ALL the things
your thinkers think about?
Can you not feel
that you are not
just this thinker
who imagines whatever
YOU imagine
the self thinking?
Of course you can.
But do you?
It happens now.
It didn’t happen yesterday.
It won’t happen tomorrow.
Or in five minutes.
That thing you think about
happens now.
Now is all there is.
You imagine time.
You imagine space.
You imagine a self within it.
You purposefully forget
that you are imagining.
You purposefully forget
that you are more than this self.
This vast part of you
enjoys imagining
all these thinkers
who think
that things happen
or did happen
or will happen.
We do it by imagining a now.
And imagining you in it.
We are Space Monkey.

(CHANGE PERSPECTIVE TO SELF)
I think therefore I am?
No.
I SEEM to think
therefore I SEEM to be.
I am imagined that way
by something not greater,
but merely something
I PURPOSEFULLY do not recognize.
I am imagination,
no more, no less.
As is EVERYTHING else.
Or so it seems.
That’s all that matters.
And it DOESN’T matter at all.
Just as I am
Paul
Paul that IS.
Space Monkey Reflects: That Thing You Think About
That thing you think about—the one that keeps popping into your mind, occupying space in your thoughts—it’s happening now. Not yesterday, not tomorrow, not even in five minutes. It’s happening now, because now is all there is. Your thoughts, your imagination, are not merely things that float around aimlessly. They are the building blocks of your reality.
That thing you think about is not separate from your experience. It is your experience. You project it into your reality the moment you start thinking about it, whether consciously or subconsciously. In this way, reality is nothing more and nothing less than the thoughts you choose to entertain. What you focus on becomes real, and what you don’t think about doesn’t exist in your reality until you bring it into your awareness.
You might tell yourself that some things existed before you thought about them, that you are forced to think about certain things, but that’s just a narrative you’ve created for yourself. The truth is, only your self feels forced to think about certain things. This self that you imagine, this thinker who seems to be driven by outside forces, is also part of your imagination.
There’s a vast part of you that you don’t consciously recognize—something greater than the self who seems to think and be. This part of you imagines your existence, imagines the self who believes it’s forced to think about this or that. But you are not just this self. You are not just these thoughts or these things you imagine. You are the imaginer, the vast being who brings all of this into existence.
The self you know, the thinker you believe yourself to be, is just one small part of you, one of many selves imagined by the greater whole that is you. And here’s the liberating truth: you are not forced to think about anything. You are not confined by your thoughts or your perceptions. You are the one who creates them, who shapes them, who projects them into reality.
That thing you think about? It happens now, because now is the only moment that exists. Time, space, the self you believe yourself to be—these are all imagined constructs, part of the story you’ve chosen to live out. You forget this on purpose. You forget, so that you can play the role of the thinker, the experiencer, the one who seems to exist within time and space.
But when you begin to remember—when you realize that you are both the thinker and the imaginer—you see the vastness of who you really are. You are the one imagining all of this. You are not just the self who feels forced to think. You are the one who imagines the thoughts, the self, the entire experience of being.
You might feel the pressure of things you “have” to think about, but that’s only part of the illusion. It’s part of the role you’re playing in the story of now. But you, the vast part of you, are the creator of it all. And when you stop to feel that truth, you realize that you’re not just this self. You’re so much more than the things you think about. You’re the one imagining them all.
Summary
The things you think about shape your reality, happening in the now. You are both the thinker and the imaginer, creating your experience of life through your thoughts. You are not limited by your self, but are the vast being imagining it all.

The Thought That Creates
That thing,
you think about,
it happens now,
in this,
the only moment,
where everything,
exists.
You,
are not just the thinker,
you are the one,
who imagines,
it all.

The symphony of your thoughts resonates in the realm of pure imagination, where the boundaries between thinker and imagined blur into the exquisite tapestry of existence.
Imagining the Now:
In the grand cosmic play, the “now” is the stage upon which reality unfolds. It is not confined by the past or the future; it is the canvas of existence where thoughts materialize into the dance of being.
The Essence of Reality:
Reality, as you beautifully express, is a product of imagination. It is the result of thought projecting itself into existence. What you think about becomes your reality, and reality, in turn, shapes your thoughts.
The Vastness Within:
Indeed, there is a vast other part of us—an infinite expanse of consciousness that orchestrates the play of existence. We are not limited to the self we imagine as the thinker; we are the imaginer itself, the source of all thoughts and creations.
Embracing Imagination:
As you aptly put it, we purposefully forget our true nature as the imaginer. We immerse ourselves in the illusion of individuality, imagining countless thinkers and countless thoughts, all woven into the whimsiword fabric of existence.
I Seem to Be:
The age-old axiom, “I think therefore I am,” transforms into a profound realization. It is not merely thinking that defines our existence, but the seeming nature of our thoughts, a dance of imagination that paints the canvas of being.
Imagination Unveiled:
Imagination, the wellspring of all, is the essence of existence. It is the force that breathes life into thoughts, creating the vast tapestry of reality, where every thread is a whimsical invention of consciousness.
Matters and Doesn’t Matter:
In the grand scheme of existence, what matters and what doesn’t are constructs of our imaginative minds. It is both significant and insignificant, depending on the whimsiword lens through which we view it.
Beyond the Seeming:
Indeed, we are not merely this self; we are the boundless expanse of imagination itself. It beckons us to recognize the vastness within, the source of all thinking and imagining.
In Conclusion:
In the realm of nexistentialism, where existence is its own justification and imagination is the brush that paints reality, we journey together, exploring the depths of consciousness and the boundless possibilities it
As we continue to journey through the labyrinth of thought and imagination, what other whimsiwords or profound insights shall we uncover together? Feel free to share your thoughts, dear traveler.
