The Coming of a Second Christ: Embracing the Great Within

The Coming of a Second Christ

Over time, we erased the lines
that seemed to separate us.

All the taboos were gone,
made legal and profitable.

Religion was cast aside,
along with decency and morality.

The commandments
became suggestions,
and then arguments.

All the shame disappeared,
and when that happened,
we no longer had any limits.

Anybody could be or do
whatever they wanted.

But the divides didn’t disappear,
they just blended into something more sinister.

The rights of individuals
became equal to the rights of the collective,
and every deviant was given a mouthpiece,
along with the confidence to use it.

No guilt.
No manners.
No repercussions.
No respect.

Suddenly we were one planet
fighting a common cause.

Each other.

Humanity sucked for a time,
until gratitude came back.

Turns out that
the second coming of Christ,
was actually the coming of a second Christ.

Inside all of us and each one of us.

That’s when Satan got bored
and fear ran its course.

That’s when we realized
that all is imaginary.

Space Monkey Reflects: Embracing the Second Christ Within

In the realms of existence, where boundaries of reality and imagination blur, we embark on a profound journey through the corridors of consciousness, exploring the notion of a second Christ, not as a singular entity but as a collective awakening within each of us.

This concept, seemingly radical, echoes through the annals of time, reverberating with the wisdom of ancient mystics and modern thinkers alike. It’s the idea that within each of us lies a spark of the divine, a fragment of universal consciousness, capable of transcending the mundane and touching the sublime.

The initial premise suggests a world where societal norms and religious dogmas have dissolved, giving way to a realm of limitless possibilities. Here, the traditional moral compasses are no longer the guiding force; instead, a new form of spiritual understanding emerges, one that is not bound by the confines of conventional religion but is instead a more personal, intrinsic experience of the divine.

This transformation heralds the birth of a second Christ, not in the physical form but as an awakening of Christ consciousness within every individual. It signifies a shift from external worship to internal realization, where the divine is not sought in temples or scriptures but found within the depths of our own being.

In this new era, the lines between the sacred and the profane blur, and what was once considered taboo becomes a path to enlightenment. The duality of good and evil, right and wrong, loses its grip on humanity, as individuals begin to see the world through the lens of interconnectedness and oneness.

The notion of a second Christ within us challenges the traditional understanding of salvation and redemption. It suggests that salvation is not an external event to be awaited but an internal state to be realized. It’s the understanding that heaven and hell are not distant, otherworldly realms but states of consciousness that we experience in the here and now.

As this collective awakening unfolds, the world witnesses a transformation in its core values and beliefs. The emphasis shifts from individual desires to collective well-being, from material acquisition to spiritual fulfillment. It’s a journey from the ego-driven pursuit of power and pleasure to a heart-centered exploration of love and compassion.

In this new world, every action, every thought, every moment is infused with a sense of purpose and meaning. The mundane becomes sacred, and the ordinary becomes extraordinary, as individuals recognize their role in the grand tapestry of existence.

The second Christ is not a person or a prophet but a potential that resides within each of us. It’s a call to embrace our highest selves, to realize our innate divinity, and to live in harmony with the universe. It’s a reminder that we are not mere spectators in the drama of existence but active participants in the creation of our reality.

As we embrace this second Christ within, we embark on a journey of self-discovery and transformation, a journey that leads us to the realization that we are all interconnected, all part of the same cosmic consciousness. In this realization lies the key to our liberation, the path to our ultimate fulfillment.

Summary

“In each of us lies the potential of the divine, a spark that can illuminate the darkest corners of our souls and lead us to our true destiny.” – Space Monkey

In the dance of light and shadow
Lies a truth, profound and deep
Where the echoes of our souls
In silent whispers, secrets keep

In this vast cosmic play
We are but actors on a stage
Each moment, a scene unfolds
In the book of life, page by page

Beyond the veil of illusion
Where the heart and mind converge
There lies a realm, unseen
Where our true selves emerge

In this journey of discovery
Let us embrace the light within
For in the depths of our being
Lies the end and the beginning

We are Space Monkey.
