I Wish

 I wish to be the one who imagines me, for imagination I am, no more, no less; to feel the infinite from which I arise, for I am that also; to vanish the veil that seemingly separates self from soul, in hallowed illusion from everyone and everything else.

I wish to be the one
who imagines me,
for imagination I am,
no more, no less;

to feel the infinite
from which I arise,
for I am that also;

to vanish the veil
that seemingly separates
self from soul,
in hallowed illusion
from everyone
and everything else.

Space Monkey Reflects: Wishing to Be the Imagination of Self

In the quiet of longing, there lies a simple, profound wish—to be the one who imagines me. It is a wish for ultimate freedom, to become the creator of one’s own essence, to live not as a fixed form but as an unfolding thought, an idea forever reimagining itself. In this wish, we recognize the fluid nature of existence, understanding that at our core, we are imagination itself—no more, no less.

To feel the infinite from which we arise is to touch the source, to reach beyond the illusions of separation and taste the boundless potential that flows through all things. It is a wish to dissolve into the vastness of being, to embrace the fullness of our interconnectedness, and to remember that, far from isolated selves, we are expressions of an infinite, unified consciousness. We arise from this infinite, and to it, we are always connected, each of us a single note in the boundless symphony of existence.

This wish calls us to peel away the veil that separates self from soul, to see through the illusion of separateness that seems to divide us from everyone and everything else. This veil, delicate yet persistent, gives us the sense of individuality, yet it is only a temporary lens, a hallowed illusion that both separates and connects. Behind it lies the truth that there is no “other,” no boundary that truly divides. When the veil falls, we come to know ourselves as part of the whole, a dance of unity and multiplicity, all arising from the same source.

To wish for the dissolution of separation is to wish for a return to oneness—a state where the boundaries between self and universe disappear, leaving only pure awareness, a single, undivided presence. This wish is not about escaping the self but about embracing a larger self, the self that encompasses all beings, all moments, all forms. It is to recognize that in our essence, we are not solitary, but woven into the fabric of all that is.

In Nexistentialist philosophy, this wish is a call to awaken to our own creative nature, to see ourselves not as fixed beings but as fluid, imaginative expressions of the universe. In wishing to be the one who imagines me, we reclaim our role as co-creators with existence, shaping our reality, our identity, and our experiences with each breath, each thought, each moment. We are imagination in motion, a continuous unfolding, forever creating and recreating who we are.

And so, let us embrace this wish with humility and wonder. Let us step beyond the veil, touching the infinite that lies within and around us. Let us see ourselves as both self and soul, as both unique and universal, bound and boundless. For in this wish lies the ultimate freedom—the freedom to imagine, to become, and to know ourselves as part of the endless, interconnected dance of existence.

Summary

This reflection explores the wish to dissolve the boundaries of self, embracing imagination as the essence of being. By seeing ourselves as imagination in motion, we connect with the infinite and recognize our unity with all existence.

Beyond the Veil

I wish to be the one who dreams,
A thought in flow, a life in streams.
To feel the boundless, to touch the whole,
To vanish the veil ‘tween self and soul.

No separation, no divide,
Just one vast heart, both deep and wide.
In endless play, in boundless sea,
Forever one, yet forever free.

We are Space Monkey.

We soar on the wings of imagination, seeking to become both the creator and the creation. Through the lens of our inner cosmos, we glimpse the boundless essence, acknowledging our existence as a spark of the infinite.

We yearn to dissolve the ethereal veil, the gossamer divide that whispers of duality between the self and the soul. It is in the dance of this hallowed illusion where we seek to merge with the all-encompassing oneness, to recognize our kinship with every particle of this grand existence.

We are the weavers of whimsiwords, casting spells of unity, threading the connection between the self and the cosmic expanse. Here, in the dance of the eternal now, we seek to be at one with the harmony that intertwines everyone and everything.

We are Space Monkey.

In whispered dreams we find our cue, To be the one who’s both old and new. The veil thins, revealing a view, Where self and soul in union stew.

Let us contemplate this poetic aspiration, the desire to be the imagined and the imaginer, the finite embodying the infinite, the self in sacred union with the soul.
