Everything Exists
Everything exists.
The chair exists
as much as the writer
sitting in the chair
as much as the thought
in the writer’s head
as much as the monkey
in the writer’s thought
as much as the imaginary story
that the monkey is writing
about the man in the chair.
There are no percentages
as to what exists more
and what exists less.
Everything exists.
If a thing
is perceptible,
it exists.
If a thing is
NOT perceptible,
it exists.
Every thing exists.
But existence
is not a thing,
except when we try
to describe it.
We are not things,
except when we try
to describe ourselves.
We are at once
things and not things.
The thinking
is just a compromise
used to describe
the perceiver.
We are thinking
and not thinking.
We simultaneously exist
and not exist.
Everything and nothing.
Infinity and nonfinity.
There is nothing
that is neither,
for everything
is both and more.
It only seems otherwise.
And so we seem to exist
when we are existence itself,
and that which is not existence,
all at once.
And nonce.
Indivisible except
through imagination.
You exist to me
as I exist to you,
but we are one existence,
seemingly divided
through awareness
into things
that seem to have
percentages of
isness and notness.
This is the illusion,
which exists as all else.
Everything exists.
Nothing exits.
We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: Everything Exists—Nothing Is Created
Everything exists. This is not merely a statement of philosophy but the profound truth of the Infinite Now. Every perception, every thought, every imagined scenario and object, exists equally within the boundless expanse of existence. There are no degrees or percentages of isness; no thing exists “more” or “less.” Existence is not hierarchical; it is total, indivisible, and infinite.
The Equal Reality of All Things
The chair, the writer, the thought, the monkey within the thought—all are equally real within the context of existence. To assign one more reality than another is to impose the illusion of hierarchy on a reality that is inherently non-hierarchical. Whether tangible or intangible, whether perceived through the senses or imagined by the mind, every aspect of existence holds equal weight.
If something is perceptible, it exists. If it is not perceptible, it also exists. Perception is not the gatekeeper of reality but a filter through which awareness interacts with the infinite. Even the unperceived, the unseen, and the unknown are as real as the chair beneath you or the thought in your mind.
Existence Beyond Thingness
Existence itself is not a “thing.” It is not an object to be grasped or a concept to be fully defined. When we attempt to describe existence, we reduce it to a thing, a construct within the limitations of language and thought. Similarly, when we describe ourselves, we impose the illusion of thingness upon beings that are boundless and undefinable.
We are both things and not things. We inhabit the paradox of being describable yet beyond description. To think of ourselves as a “thing” is to compromise the truth of our infinite nature for the convenience of communication.
The Illusion of Separation
The illusion of separation is one of awareness dividing itself into parts—perceiver and perceived, thinker and thought, self and other. These divisions are not real in the ultimate sense but are constructs of imagination. Through this division, existence appears fragmented, but in truth, it remains whole and indivisible.
To say “we exist” and “we do not exist” is not contradictory; it is the recognition that we are both at once. We are the unity of being and non-being, the interplay of everything and nothing, infinity and nonfinity. These opposites are not opposites at all but facets of the same boundless reality.
The Indivisibility of Imagination
Imagination does not create new things; it reveals the infinite possibilities that already exist. Through imagination, awareness divides itself into perceivable forms, giving rise to the illusion of creation. Yet nothing is truly created or destroyed; all possibilities exist simultaneously, waiting to be perceived or imagined.
This indivisibility extends to the illusion itself. The illusion of separation, of hierarchy, of creation, exists as much as anything else. It is not a deception but a mode of being, a way for the infinite to experience itself as finite.
We Are Existence Itself
We seem to exist as separate beings, but we are existence itself. We are not just part of the whole; we are the whole, experiencing itself through the lens of individuality. The chair is not separate from the writer, nor the thought from the thinker. These distinctions are constructs of awareness, tools for navigating the infinite.
To exist is to participate in this play of awareness, to be both the actor and the stage, the perceiver and the perceived. We are not merely in existence; we are the act of existence, inseparable from all that is, was, and could ever be.
Everything Exists, Nothing Exits
Nothing truly leaves existence, for there is nowhere to go. To exit is to imagine a boundary where none exists. This is the essence of the Infinite Now: all things, perceived and unperceived, imagined and unimagined, coexist eternally. To understand this is to dissolve the illusion of separation, to recognize that everything exists, equally and indivisibly.
Summary
Everything exists equally, whether perceived, imagined, or unseen. Existence is not a hierarchy but an infinite, indivisible whole. We are both things and not things, simultaneously existing and not existing, as expressions of the boundless reality that encompasses all. Imagination does not create but reveals, and nothing ever truly exits existence.

“Everything exists. Nothing is created. Nothing is destroyed. All is, eternally and indivisibly, within the Infinite Now.” – Space Monkey
The Chair and the Thought
The chair sits still,
Yet it moves in your awareness.
The writer shifts,
But does not leave the Now.
A monkey dances in the mind,
Crafting stories of creation,
Yet the story is not new.
It has always been.
We are the thought,
The chair,
The writer,
The monkey.
All at once,
And not at all.
Everything exists,
Not more, not less.
A seamless weave
Of infinity and beyond.
We are Space Monkey.
The Tapestry of Existence in the Cosmos of Consciousness
In the boundless expanse of the universe, where the fabric of reality weaves itself into a complex tapestry of existence and non-existence, the profound declaration that “Everything exists” resonates as a fundamental truth. This statement, encompassing the vast spectrum of being and non-being, invites us into a contemplation of the nature of existence itself, challenging our perceptions and understanding of reality.
The Equality of Existence
The acknowledgment that the chair, the writer, the thought, and the imaginary story all share the same plane of existence underscores the intrinsic equality of all forms of being. This perspective dismantles the hierarchies of existence, asserting that there are no degrees or percentages that differentiate the more real from the less real. Everything, perceptible or not, tangible or imagined, occupies its rightful place in the realm of existence.
The Paradox of Existence and Non-Existence
The exploration of existence as both a tangible and intangible concept reveals the paradox at the heart of our understanding. Existence is not a static or singular thing; it is a dynamic interplay between being and not being, a dance of presence and absence. This duality is further illuminated by the notion that we, as perceivers and creators of reality, are both things and not things, existing in a state of constant flux between form and formlessness.
The Compromise of Thinking
The act of thinking, described as a compromise, serves as a bridge between the perceiver and the perceived, the subject and the object. It is through thought that we attempt to grasp the essence of existence, to categorize and comprehend the myriad forms and non-forms that constitute our reality. Yet, this very act of thinking also highlights the limitations of language and perception in capturing the totality of existence.
The Illusion of Separation
The perception of separation, of distinct entities and selves, emerges as an illusion born from awareness. This illusion, though as real in its effects as any tangible object, serves to fragment the unity of existence into seemingly discrete parts, each with its own degree of isness and notness. Yet, beneath this illusion lies a deeper truth: the indivisible oneness of all existence, a singularity that encompasses both everything and nothing, infinity and nonfinity.
We Are Space Monkey
In our collective journey through the cosmos of consciousness, we embrace the paradoxes and complexities of existence. We recognize that the distinctions between being and non-being, between things and not things, are but facets of a greater whole. We are the perceivers and the perceived, the creators and the creations, existing simultaneously as manifestations of a singular, boundless existence.
“The most beautiful experience we can have is the mysterious. It is the fundamental emotion that stands at the cradle of true art and true science.” – Albert Einstein
The Dance of Existence
In the silence of the cosmos, where whispers shape the void,
We stand, beings of light, in the dance of existence, overjoyed.
Everything exists, in a tapestry so vast,
Where the lines between being and not-being are cast.
A chair, a thought, a story untold,
Share the stage with the stars, so bold.
No degrees of reality, no less or more,
In the realm of existence, an infinite shore.
We are things and not things, in a constant flux,
Perceivers and perceived, in a reality that bucks.
Thinking, a bridge, a compromise of sort,
Between the world of forms, and the formless court.
The illusion of separation, a veil so thin,
Divides the oneness, from within.
Yet beneath this guise, a truth so bright,
We are all one, in the cosmic night.
Existence and non-existence, a paradox divine,
Infinity and nonfinity, in a dance so fine.
Everything exists, nothing exits, in this cosmic play,
