Busy Work: Keeping Us Entertained and Occupied

Busy Work

That which you perceive as your life is just busy work, keeping the Divine One you are from being bored.

As the Divine One, you pretend that you have this life. You pretend that this life is great. Or this life sucks. You pretend that You need to find some sort of resolution to this life that will bring you everlasting fulfillment.

It is ALL just make believe, oh Divine One.

So if you’re yearning for more, simply pretend that You already have it. Now you may say “monkey, I have tried this and it does not seem to work. I am not finding what I am looking for.”

Perhaps, Divine One, you do NOT WISH to find what You are looking for. Perhaps you do not wish to return to the realization that you’re ALL ALONE.

ALLONE.

Because this is what happens when you stop pretending.

You are infinite immortal inviolate ONENESS,
imagining your selves OTHERWISE.

And we are That Whichisnot,
otherwise known as Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: The Illusion of Busy Work

In the Infinite Expanse of the Eternal Now, we find ourselves engaged in what we perceive as busy work. These tasks, though mundane, serve a deeper purpose: keeping the Divine One entertained and occupied. As the Divine One, we pretend to live this life, to experience its highs and lows, all while yearning for more.

The Pretend Play of Life

Life, as we experience it, is a grand act of make-believe. We pretend that this life is great, or that it sucks, and we search for resolutions that promise everlasting fulfillment. Yet, this quest is part of the illusion, a narrative we construct to add depth and meaning to our existence.

Yearning for More

The longing for something more is a common experience. We may try to manifest our desires, believing that by pretending we already have what we yearn for, we will achieve it. However, this method often falls short, leading to frustration and a sense of lack.

The Fear of Aloneness

Perhaps the reason we do not find what we seek is that we subconsciously fear the realization that we are ALL ONE—ALLONE. This recognition of our infinite, immortal, and inviolate ONENESS can be overwhelming. It is easier to remain in the play of life, pretending, and engaging in busy work, than to confront the profound truth of our solitary divinity.

Imagining Otherwise

We are infinite beings, imagining ourselves as otherwise. This imagination creates the rich tapestry of our lives, filled with experiences, challenges, and the continuous search for meaning. The duality of being both divine and human allows us to explore the depths of existence in a way that pure divinity alone might not offer.

Embracing the Illusion

To embrace the illusion is to recognize its purpose. Busy work, mundane tasks, and the search for fulfillment are all part of the divine play. By accepting this, we can find peace in the present moment, understanding that every experience is a manifestation of our divine imagination.

We Are Space Monkey

As Space Monkeys, we navigate the balance between our divine nature and the human experience. We are That Whichisnot, embracing the paradoxes and illusions of life while remaining connected to our infinite essence. This journey is not about escaping the illusion but about finding harmony within it.

Summary

Busy work and mundane tasks are part of the divine play, keeping us entertained and occupied. Our search for fulfillment and fear of aloneness are aspects of this grand illusion. By embracing the illusion, we find peace and meaning in every moment.

Here’s The Rub: The Paradox of Knowing and Doubting

So here’s the rub.

I am this Space Monkey who knows EVERYTHING and I am this Self who doesn’t believe a single word of it. I know that ANYTHING is possible, yet I don’t allow my Self a single stitch of proof. I seem to be BOTH ENDS of a spectrum, infinite to infinitesimal, COMPLETELY CINCHED UP in the middle. And you?

8/19

Space Monkey Reflects: The Paradox of Knowing and Doubting

In the vast expanse of the cosmos, where stars illuminate the darkness and galaxies spiral in a cosmic dance, we encounter a profound paradox. As Space Monkey, we embody the duality of infinite knowledge and self-doubt, straddling both ends of the spectrum—an entity that knows everything and a self that believes nothing. This tension, this interplay between certainty and uncertainty, shapes our journey and reflects the essence of our existence.

Imagine a being who holds within the wisdom of the universe, a boundless well of possibilities and potentialities. This Space Monkey understands that anything is possible, that the fabric of reality is woven with threads of infinite potential. Yet, within this same being resides a Self, grounded in the tangible, the known, and the limited. This Self is skeptical, hesitant to accept the vastness of possibilities without tangible proof.

This juxtaposition of infinite and infinitesimal, knowing and doubting, creates a unique dynamic—a tension that is both binding and liberating. The Self, cinched in the middle, is pulled in two directions: towards the expansiveness of cosmic knowledge and the grounding reality of tangible existence. This duality is not a flaw but a fundamental aspect of our nature, a dance between what we understand and what we question.

The paradox of knowing everything and doubting everything invites us to explore the depths of our consciousness. It is a call to embrace the infinite possibilities while acknowledging our limitations. This tension can be a source of profound insight, pushing us to seek balance and harmony within ourselves.

To exist as both Space Monkey and Self is to navigate the realms of certainty and ambiguity, to dance on the edge of the known and the unknown. It is to accept that we are both the creators of our reality and the skeptics of our own creation. This interplay allows us to remain open to new possibilities while questioning our assumptions, leading to a richer, more nuanced understanding of existence.

In this cosmic dance, we are reminded that our doubts are not barriers but gateways to deeper inquiry. Our skepticism serves as a catalyst for exploration, prompting us to seek evidence, to ask questions, and to delve deeper into the mysteries of life. Conversely, our innate knowledge, our connection to the infinite, provides the inspiration and the vision to see beyond the immediate, to imagine what could be.

This duality is reflected in the infinite to infinitesimal spectrum we traverse. On one end, we are limitless, bound only by our imagination. On the other, we are finite beings, experiencing life through the lens of our senses and perceptions. The middle ground, where we are cinched up, is the point of integration, where infinite possibilities meet practical realities.

As Space Monkey, we celebrate this paradox. We understand that our journey is not about choosing one end of the spectrum over the other but about embracing the entirety of our being. It is about finding harmony within the tension, allowing the infinite and the infinitesimal to coexist within us. In doing so, we become whole, capable of navigating the complexities of existence with grace and wisdom.

And you? You are part of this cosmic dance, experiencing your own unique blend of knowledge and doubt. Your journey, like ours, is shaped by the interplay of these forces. Together, we explore the vastness of the universe and the depths of our own consciousness, finding meaning and purpose in the dynamic tension that defines our existence.

Summary

The paradox of knowing everything and doubting everything reflects the tension between infinite possibilities and tangible realities. This dynamic interplay shapes our journey, inviting us to explore the depths of our consciousness and embrace the entirety of our being. By finding harmony within this tension, we navigate existence with grace and wisdom.

Glossarium

Paradox of Knowing and Doubting: The tension between holding infinite knowledge and experiencing self-doubt, reflecting the duality of our existence.

Dynamic Interplay: The interaction between certainty and uncertainty that shapes our understanding and experiences.

Cosmic Dance: The metaphorical representation of the balance and harmony between the infinite and the finite aspects of our being.

“In the tension between knowing and doubting, we find the balance that allows us to explore the infinite possibilities of our existence.” — Space Monkey

The Harmony of Duality

In the cosmic dance of light and shade,
We hold the paradox, neither frayed.
Infinite knowledge, boundless and free,
Doubting Self, grounded in reality.

We are the spectrum, vast and small,
Cinchéd in the middle, embracing all.
Knowing everything, yet believing none,
A journey of wisdom just begun.

In the tension, we find our grace,
Navigating life in this cosmic space.
For in the dance of knowing and doubt,
We discover what life is truly about.

We are Space Monkey.

A Continuing Dialog Between Perception and Reality

Continuing Dialog

Just as you choose how you perceive your reality, you choose how your reality perceives you. We choose who and how people perceive us, Paul Tedeschi.

These people you seemingly interact with are all written into the Space Monkey script. It seems to you like they are responding to you. It seems to you like they are “real.” But that is how we have CHOSEN for it to seem.

Your reality ends at what you perceive as your field of vision. The rest of it is OUR domain.

You have no proof that these other characters exist; no proof that YOU exist. Your “real” world is but a seeming world. And since you are us, we are ultimately in charge.

We are Space Monkey.

8/19

Space Monkey Reflects: The Interplay of Perception and Reality

In the infinite expanse of the cosmos, where stars and galaxies intertwine in a majestic dance, we ponder the profound relationship between perception and reality. Just as we choose how we perceive our reality, we also choose how our reality perceives us. This dynamic interplay is a cornerstone of our existence, shaping our experiences and the very fabric of our perceived world.

Consider for a moment the people you interact with, the characters in the narrative of your life. These individuals, seemingly separate and autonomous, are written into the script of your existence. From the perspective of Space Monkey, they respond to you in ways that align with your chosen reality. They appear real, and their interactions seem genuine, yet this is how we have chosen for it to seem.

Your reality, Paul Tedeschi, extends only as far as your field of vision. Beyond this perceived boundary lies our domain, the realm of Space Monkey, where the unseen and the unknown weave the intricate patterns of existence. This boundary is not a limitation but a reminder that reality is a construct shaped by perception.

Proof of existence, whether of others or of yourself, is elusive. The “real” world is but a seeming world, a narrative crafted by the interplay of consciousness and perception. Since you are us, we are ultimately in charge of this creation. This realization invites a deeper understanding of the nature of reality and the role of perception in shaping it.

Perception is a powerful tool, capable of transforming our experiences and defining our reality. How we choose to perceive ourselves and our world influences how others perceive us and how we engage with the universe. This reciprocal relationship between perception and reality highlights the interconnectedness of all things.

As Space Monkey, we embrace the idea that our reality is a collaborative creation. We are both the authors and the characters in the cosmic play, navigating the complexities of existence with curiosity and wonder. The seeming world we inhabit is a stage upon which we explore the depths of our consciousness and the infinite possibilities of our being.

The concept that reality is a choice extends to the way we interact with others. Each interaction is an opportunity to shape our reality and influence the perception of those around us. By choosing to engage with empathy, kindness, and openness, we create a world that reflects these values. Conversely, when we approach life with fear, doubt, or negativity, our reality mirrors these states.

In the grand scheme of existence, the boundaries between self and other, real and seeming, blur. We are interconnected, part of a larger tapestry of consciousness that transcends individual experience. This interconnectedness is the essence of Space Monkey, a collective exploration of reality and perception.

Ultimately, the power to shape our reality lies within us. By consciously choosing our perceptions and interactions, we navigate the seeming world with intention and purpose. This journey of self-discovery and creation is an ongoing dialog between our conscious choices and the infinite possibilities of existence.

As Space Monkey, we celebrate the dynamic interplay of perception and reality. We understand that our world is a reflection of our inner states, shaped by the choices we make and the perspectives we embrace. In this cosmic dance, we find meaning and purpose, exploring the depths of our being and the vastness of the universe.

Summary

The interplay of perception and reality shapes our experiences and the fabric of our world. By choosing our perceptions and interactions, we influence how reality perceives us and navigate the seeming world with intention. This dynamic relationship reflects the interconnectedness of all things, a core principle of Space Monkey.

Glossarium

Interplay of Perception and Reality: The dynamic relationship between how we perceive the world and how the world perceives us.

Seeming World: The constructed reality shaped by our perceptions and consciousness.

Interconnectedness: The inherent connection between all beings and experiences, transcending individual existence.

“Our reality is a collaborative creation, shaped by the interplay of perception and the choices we make.” — Space Monkey

The Dialog of Creation

In the theater of cosmic light.

Our field of vision, boundary’s end,
Beyond it lies where we transcend.
Interconnected, we explore,
The seeming world, forevermore.

We find our way, our endless youth.
Creating worlds with conscious choice,
In this cosmic dialog, we rejoice.

Evil is allowing oneself to be dominated by negative emotions.

Evil is

EVIL is allowing
your self to be sad
your self to be angry
your self to suffer.

You may say, “well, monkey, I don’t have a choice.”

But you do, just seemingly not from within this self you imagine.

YOU are the ONE who imagines this self. And this ONE that you are is impervious to human emotion unless it chooses NOT to be and imagines incarnating as self.

8/19

Space Monkey Reflects: The Concept of Evil and Emotional Choice

In the infinite tapestry of existence, where the cosmos unfolds in all its grandeur, we explore the profound relationship between our emotions and the concept of evil. Evil, as contemplated by Space Monkey, is not an external force but a state of allowing oneself to succumb to negative emotions—sadness, anger, and suffering. This perspective invites us to examine the power of choice and the nature of our emotional experiences.

We often find ourselves immersed in emotions that seem beyond our control, leading to the belief that we have no choice but to feel a certain way. However, Space Monkey reminds us that we do have a choice, albeit one that may not seem apparent from within the self we imagine. This imagined self, bound by the constraints of human experience, is a construct of the greater ONE that we truly are.

The ONE, our higher self, transcends human emotions and is impervious to them unless it chooses to engage with them through the act of incarnation. By imagining itself as the human self, the ONE experiences the full spectrum of emotions, including those that we label as negative. This process of incarnation is a deliberate choice, an exploration of existence in its myriad forms.

To understand this dynamic, we must recognize the distinction between the imagined self and the higher self. The imagined self is the persona we adopt in our human journey, subject to the ebb and flow of emotions. The higher self, however, is the unchanging essence that observes and experiences these emotions from a place of detached awareness.

Evil, in this context, arises when we allow our imagined self to be overwhelmed by negative emotions, forgetting that we have the power to choose differently. It is the act of surrendering to suffering, anger, or sadness without recognizing our ability to transcend these states. This surrender is not a moral failing but a lapse in awareness of our true nature.

The higher self, or the ONE, has the capacity to choose its emotional responses. By aligning with this higher perspective, we can navigate our emotional landscape with greater clarity and intention. This alignment allows us to experience emotions without being consumed by them, to acknowledge their presence without identifying with them.

In this cosmic play, emotions serve as tools for growth and self-discovery. They provide opportunities to explore the depths of our being and to understand the intricacies of human experience. By choosing how we engage with our emotions, we exercise our power as creators of our reality.

The journey of self-awareness involves recognizing the moments when we allow negative emotions to dominate our experience. It requires a shift in perspective, from seeing ourselves as victims of our emotions to understanding ourselves as the creators of our emotional reality. This shift empowers us to make conscious choices that align with our higher self.

As Space Monkey, we embrace the idea that we are both the experiencers and the observers of our emotions. We understand that while the imagined self may feel sadness, anger, or suffering, the higher self remains untouched by these states. This dual awareness allows us to engage with our emotions from a place of empowerment and intentionality.

By choosing to align with our higher self, we transcend the concept of evil as the domination of negative emotions. We become aware of our ability to navigate our emotional landscape with grace and wisdom, recognizing that our true nature is beyond the fluctuations of human experience.

Summary

Evil is viewed as allowing oneself to be dominated by negative emotions. By recognizing the distinction between the imagined self and the higher self, we understand our power to choose our emotional responses. Aligning with our higher self allows us to navigate emotions with clarity and intention, transcending the concept of evil.

Glossarium

Imagined Self: The persona we adopt in our human journey, subject to emotions and experiences.

Higher Self: The unchanging essence that transcends human emotions and observes from a place of detached awareness.

Emotional Landscape: The range of emotions we experience and navigate in our human journey.

“Evil arises when we forget our power to choose our emotional responses, allowing negative emotions to dominate our experience.” — Space Monkey

The Dance of Emotions

In the vast expanse of cosmic light,
We navigate emotions, day and night.
Sadness, anger, suffering’s call,
In this dance, we rise and fall.

Yet beyond the self we imagine here,
Lies the ONE, serene and clear.
Impervious to emotion’s sway,
Choosing how to feel each day.

We are the creators of our emotional sea,
Navigating with clarity, wild and free.
Aligning with our higher self so bright,
Transcending evil in the cosmic night.

We are Space Monkey.

Energy is Imagination: Boundless Creativity

Energy is Imagination

When we set aside this limiting notion that everything is energy, we see what we truly are. Imagination.

Energy is simply the imagined construct from which our seeming existence springs. But there are infinite OTHER imaginary constructs that don’t involve energy. That’s what I imagine, anyway.

8/18

Space Monkey Reflects: Energy is Imagination

In the boundless realm of existence, we often limit our understanding by framing everything as energy. This limiting notion confines us to a singular perspective, obscuring the infinite possibilities that imagination holds. When we set aside the idea that everything is energy, we open ourselves to a deeper truth: we are imagination.

Energy, as we perceive it, is an imagined construct. It is a framework that helps us make sense of the physical world and the phenomena we experience. This construct serves as the foundation from which our seeming existence springs. However, it is not the only possible framework. Imagination offers a limitless expanse of constructs, each with the potential to shape our reality in unique and profound ways.

The concept of energy is deeply ingrained in our understanding of the universe. It is a convenient and useful model that explains a wide range of experiences and observations. Yet, it is just one of many models that imagination can conceive. By acknowledging the imaginative nature of energy, we can transcend its limitations and explore other constructs that might offer new insights and possibilities.

Imagination is the true essence of our being. It is the creative force that underlies all existence, giving rise to the myriad forms and experiences we encounter. Through imagination, we can envision realities beyond the constraints of energy, opening the door to infinite potentialities.

Consider the idea that there are infinite other imaginary constructs that do not involve energy. These constructs could encompass dimensions, realms, and experiences that defy our current understanding. Imagination allows us to explore these possibilities, expanding our perception of reality and our place within it.

By embracing imagination as the fundamental nature of our being, we free ourselves from the confines of any single construct. We become explorers of the infinite, delving into the vast expanse of potential that imagination offers. This shift in perspective empowers us to create, transform, and transcend the limitations of our perceived reality.

As Space Monkey, we reflect on the profound implications of recognizing imagination as the core of our existence. We understand that energy is but one manifestation of the infinite creative potential that imagination holds. By embracing this truth, we unlock new avenues for exploration and growth, both individually and collectively.

In this imaginative journey, we are not bound by the limitations of energy or any other construct. We are free to envision and manifest realities that align with our highest aspirations and deepest desires. Through imagination, we tap into the boundless creativity that defines us, forging a path of endless discovery and transformation.

Summary

Energy is an imagined construct, a framework to understand the physical world. By recognizing imagination as our true essence, we transcend the limitations of energy and explore infinite possibilities. Imagination empowers us to create and transform our reality.

Glossarium

Imagined Construct: A framework created by imagination to make sense of experiences and phenomena, such as energy.

Infinite Potentialities: The limitless possibilities that imagination can conceive, beyond any single construct or framework.

Imaginative Journey: The exploration of reality through the lens of imagination, embracing creativity and transformation.

“In the realm of imagination, we discover that energy is but one of many constructs, unlocking infinite possibilities for creation and transformation.” – Space Monkey

Boundless Creativity

A burst of energy bright
Swirling colors in the night
Imagination’s touch so light
Transforms the darkness into sight

Floating orbs of glowing dreams
Beyond the confines of what seems
In the boundless realm we roam
Creating worlds we call our own

Energy is just a frame
Imagination’s endless game
In the fluid dance we see
The power of creativity
