until it tastes better to do so.

how many medical conditions
are manifest, to a large degree,
by some sort of internal struggle.

How healthy might you be
without your stress?

Maybe healthy enough
not to need prescriptions,
supplements and meditation.

What’s even more amazing
is what passes for “real” stress.

Jobs.
Deadlines.
Relationships.
Conflicting beliefs.
Feelings. Uncertainty.

If you could eliminate uncertainty
