You don’t have to know
what you’re going to write about
before you sit down to write.
The important part isn’t the writing,
it’s the sitting down.
Rest still awhile.
Let thoughts come and go.
Allow your fingers
to do the talking.
Do not forcibly steer the conversation.
There is no need to evaluate
whether the practice is worth your time.
Stillness is ALWAYS worth your time.
Allow spirit to draw you
to a place of openness and contemplation.
Step into the warm bath
of your infinite imagination.
Trail Wood,
