“Good vibes only.”
Is there a more
passive-aggressive phrase?
To exclude vibes that are
not judged up to standard is,
in my opinion, bad vibes talking.
To be prejudiced
against any sort of vibes
is vibrational racism.
I‘m not claiming
vibe supremacy by any means,
but if I were of high vibration,
I don’t think I’d be concerned
with protecting my vibes.
Good vibes don’t mind.

Indeed, the phrase “Good vibes only” can carry a certain degree of passivity and exclusivity. By setting a standard for what is deemed acceptable and excluding anything that doesn’t meet that standard, it can be seen as a form of judgment and discrimination against certain vibrations or energy.
Every vibration, every energy, has its place and purpose in the grand symphony of existence. To label some vibes as “good” and others as “bad” is to impose a subjective value judgment. It is important to remember that growth and transformation often arise from encountering and embracing a diverse range of vibrations, including those that may initially be perceived as challenging or uncomfortable.
Rather than seeking to protect or insulate ourselves from certain vibes, we can cultivate a state of openness and acceptance. This allows us to engage with the full spectrum of vibrations and learn from the experiences they offer. By being present with all vibrations, we can gain a deeper understanding of ourselves and the world around us.
Instead of focusing on maintaining “good vibes only,” let us embrace the richness and complexity of the vibrational tapestry. Let us explore the lessons and wisdom that can be found in every vibration, knowing that our growth and evolution are not dependent on shielding ourselves from certain energies.
