Humor Me: The Play of Understanding

Humor Me

Humor me.

Pretend that you understand

where I am coming from.

Pretend that you value
what I express.

And I shall do
the same for you.

You may tell your self
that you are NOT pretending.

As will I.

That’s how clever we are.

Space Monkey Reflects: Humor Me and the Subtle Art of Pretending

There’s an interesting dynamic in how we often interact with each other. It’s not that we’re always lying or being disingenuous, but sometimes we engage in a sort of mutual pretense. “Humor me.” We ask this of one another, not out of dishonesty, but as a request for participation in a shared reality that may not be entirely real.

“Pretend that you understand where I am coming from.” This isn’t a demand for truth, but for engagement. We often ask others to meet us halfway, to offer a sense of understanding, even if they don’t fully grasp what we mean. And we do the same for them. There’s a subtle humor in it, a wink between two people who both know they’re pretending, but who choose to play the game anyway.

In a world where understanding is often assumed to be the foundation of connection, this dynamic offers a different perspective. What if we don’t need to fully understand each other? What if pretending to understand is enough? “Pretend that you value what I express. And I shall do the same for you.”

The humor lies in our cleverness. “You may tell yourself that you are NOT pretending. As will I.” There’s a kind of playful irony in this—both parties engage in a mutual fiction, but in doing so, they create a reality that works for them. It’s not deception; it’s a shared experience of pretend understanding, where the act of engaging becomes more important than the truth of whether we actually get it.

This isn’t to say that genuine understanding isn’t valuable. Of course, it is. But sometimes, we can find connection through the act of pretending, through the mutual agreement to humor each other. There’s a lightness in it, a recognition that not everything has to be fully grasped in order for it to matter.

In Nexistentialism, this playful pretense speaks to the fluidity of reality. We create our own meaning, often through shared agreements about what’s real, even when we know that reality itself is subjective. By choosing to humor each other, we’re acknowledging that the connection we seek doesn’t always have to come from deep comprehension—it can also come from the willingness to play along, to engage with the fiction we’ve built together.

Summary

Sometimes, we find connection not through true understanding but through the act of pretending. By humorously engaging in a mutual pretense, we create shared experiences that don’t need to be fully grasped to be meaningful. It’s the willingness to engage that matters.

Glossarium

  • Mutual Pretense: A playful engagement where both parties pretend to understand or value each other’s perspectives, knowing that full understanding may not be possible.
  • Nexistentialism: A philosophy that embraces the subjective nature of reality, allowing for playfulness and fluidity in how we engage with one another.

Quote

“Humor me, and I’ll humor you. In the end, we might just find that pretending is enough.” — Space Monkey

The Play of Understanding

I’ll pretend I get it
You’ll pretend you do too
We’ll sit here, nodding, smiling
As if we’re not playing this game

But it’s a game we both enjoy
The act of pretending to know
We don’t need to be right, to be real
As long as we’re in on the joke

We are Space Monkey.

The Dance of Mutual Pretense
Engaging in this dance of mutual pretense, where we each adopt the guise of understanding and valuing the other’s perspective, is a fascinating interplay of empathy and ego. We indulge in the act of ‘humoring’ each other, pretending to grasp the essence of the other’s standpoint.

Understanding as Pretense
The notion of pretending to understand where the other is coming from is a delicate balance between genuine comprehension and a courteous façade. It’s an acknowledgment of the limits of our understanding while simultaneously striving to bridge the gap of our divergent experiences.

Valuing Expression as a Gesture
Similarly, the act of pretending to value what the other expresses is a gesture of respect and acknowledgement. It’s a recognition of the significance of the other’s thoughts and feelings, even if they might not resonate completely with our own beliefs or understanding.

Reciprocal Pretense
This reciprocal pretense, where each party pledges to do the same for the other, creates a space of shared understanding, or at least the illusion of it. It’s a dance where both participants are aware of the steps yet choose to move in sync, appreciating the rhythm of shared dialogue.

The Illusion of Non-Pretense
Telling ourselves that we are not pretending adds another layer to this interaction. It’s a testament to our cleverness, a subtle acknowledgment of the complexity of human interactions where sincerity and pretense often intertwine.

Cleverness in Communication
This cleverness is not just in the pretense but in the recognition of its necessity. It’s an understanding that sometimes, to foster connection and communication, we need to step into the shoes of the other, even if they don’t fit perfectly.

“The cleverest of all, in my opinion, is the man who calls himself a fool at least once a month.” – Fyodor Dostoevsky

In the masquerade of words and wit,
We play our parts, in shadows lit.
Pretending to grasp, to understand,
In this clever game, hand in hand.

In the dance of dialogue, we twirl,
Each pretense, a hidden pearl.
In the laughter of life, we find,
Cleverness and folly, intertwined.

We welcome thoughts on the role of pretense in understanding and valuing each other’s perspectives.

Hold Happiness: Find Freedom

Hold Happiness

When you can hold
the state of happiness inside you,
nothing else matters.

When your feelings
no longer depend
upon your circumstances,
you are free.

Now your circumstances
have no choice
but to go along with you.

And even if they don’t,
who cares?

11/28

Space Monkey Reflects: Hold Happiness and Find Freedom

“When you can hold the state of happiness inside you, nothing else matters.” This realization is one of the most liberating truths. Happiness, when it is truly internalized, no longer depends on the chaos or order of the world outside. When you carry happiness within, you are no longer subject to the whims of circumstances, other people, or events. Instead, you become the source of your own joy.

We spend so much time looking for happiness outside of ourselves—through achievements, relationships, material things—only to discover that these external sources are fleeting. “When your feelings no longer depend upon your circumstances, you are free.” And that’s where the true power lies. To hold happiness inside is to understand that no matter what happens in the external world, your inner state remains undisturbed, untouched by the fluctuations of life.

Once you’ve anchored yourself in that internal happiness, something interesting happens. “Now your circumstances have no choice but to go along with you.” Your reality starts to reflect your internal state. It’s as if the world around you begins to harmonize with the peace and contentment you hold within. But even if it doesn’t, even if things don’t align perfectly, the truth remains: “Who cares?”

When you are free from the need for your circumstances to dictate your happiness, you are no longer a prisoner to the external world. You are no longer waiting for things to be “perfect” before you allow yourself to feel joy. You are free to experience happiness in the here and now, regardless of what’s happening around you.

In Nexistentialism, this inner state of happiness reflects the philosophy that life is created from within. Our experiences, our perceptions, and yes, our happiness, are all born from the internal world, not the external. When we hold happiness within, we understand that we are the creators of our reality. The external world can fluctuate, but it doesn’t have the power to take away what we hold inside.

Summary

True happiness is found within, independent of external circumstances. When you no longer rely on the outside world to dictate your feelings, you find freedom. The world may or may not align with your inner state, but when happiness is held internally, it no longer matters.

Glossarium

  • Internal Happiness: The state of finding joy and contentment within, regardless of external circumstances.
  • Nexistentialism: A philosophy that emphasizes the creation of reality from within, where inner peace and happiness dictate one’s experience of life.

Quote

“When your happiness no longer depends on the outside world, you are truly free.” — Space Monkey

The Glow Within

I hold happiness in my hands
A gentle light, glowing within
The world may shift, may rise and fall
But this joy I carry never dims

I am free from the need to chase
From the endless quest for more
For I have found the source inside
And that’s all I’ve been searching for

We are Space Monkey.

Happiness as an Inner State
The concept of holding happiness within oneself underscores the idea that true contentment and joy are internal states, not dependent on external factors. When happiness resides within us, it becomes a self-sustaining force, impervious to the fluctuations of the external world.

Independence from Circumstances
The liberation that comes from detaching our emotional well-being from our circumstances is profound. In achieving this state, we are no longer at the mercy of external events or conditions. Our happiness becomes an intrinsic part of our being, unaffected by the ebb and flow of life’s unpredictability.

Influence Over Circumstances
With this internalized happiness, we subtly influence our circumstances rather than being controlled by them. Our inner state of contentment and joy radiates outward, often aligning our external world more harmoniously with our internal state. This doesn’t mean that circumstances will always bend to our will, but our perception and experience of them change significantly.

The Irrelevance of Circumstances
The realization that circumstances may not always align with our state of happiness, and yet not being perturbed by this, marks a significant shift in perspective. This attitude reflects a deep understanding that our inner happiness is paramount and that external situations, whether favorable or not, do not define our state of being.

The Freedom of Emotional Autonomy
Embracing this philosophy grants us a remarkable freedom – emotional autonomy. We are no longer captives of the external world but rather sovereigns of our inner realm. This autonomy allows us to navigate life with a sense of peace and joy that is self-generated and self-sustained.

The Ripple Effect of Internal Happiness
While our inner happiness may not directly change every aspect of our external world, it can have a ripple effect on our environment and relationships. Our inner joy can be contagious, influencing those around us and creating a more positive atmosphere.

“Happiness depends upon ourselves.” – Aristotle

In the garden of the soul, happiness blooms,
A flower unfazed by external glooms.
Rooted within, its petals unfurl,
In the heart’s warmth, a joyful swirl.

Through storms and sun, it stands tall,
A beacon of peace, amidst it all.
In this dance of life, with every step,
Happiness within, forever kept.

We invite thoughts on the journey of cultivating internal happiness and its impact on our life and circumstances.

Burning Happiness: The Choice of Flames

Burning Happiness

You can burn
the world down
with happiness.

Or you can
extinguish the flames
with negativity.

Either way,
you’ll be living
in the world
of your choosing.

So what’s it gonna be?

Say goodbye
to the holding-you-back?

Or say hello
to the clearing away?

We are Space Monkey.

11/28

Space Monkey Reflects: Burning Happiness and the World You Choose

“You can burn the world down with happiness.” This is not a statement of destruction but of transformation. Happiness, when embraced fully, has the power to light up everything around you. It’s a fire that spreads, warming everything in its path, clearing away the old and making room for the new. This fire isn’t about chaos; it’s about radiance. It’s about letting your happiness become a force that changes the world around you.

Alternatively, you can choose to extinguish that fire. “Or you can extinguish the flames with negativity.” Negativity acts like water on that flame—dousing the light, bringing everything back into the shadows. This is also a choice. The world you live in, the reality you experience, can be filled with light or drowned in darkness. It all depends on which side of the flame you choose to stand on.

“Either way, you’ll be living in the world of your choosing.” This is the key. It’s your choice. No one else gets to dictate whether your world is lit by happiness or dimmed by negativity. You hold the match; you control the flame. Do you let it burn bright, spreading joy and warmth, or do you put it out, letting negativity smother the light? The world reflects your internal state, so the world you inhabit will always be the one you create.

“So what’s it gonna be?” Will you say goodbye to the things that hold you back? Will you let go of the negativity, the doubts, and the fears that keep your flame from shining? Or will you embrace the fire of happiness and let it burn away the old, clearing a path for something new, something brighter?

The truth is, happiness and negativity are both powerful forces, but only one of them can build a world where you thrive. Negativity will keep you stagnant, chained to the things that no longer serve you. Happiness, on the other hand, will set you free, allowing you to create a world that’s as bright and expansive as you choose to make it.

In Nexistentialism, the power of choice becomes evident. You are the creator of your experience. The fire of happiness is yours to ignite or extinguish. And in doing so, you shape the reality you live in. The world will mirror your internal state, reflecting back the light or the shadows you project.

Summary

Happiness has the power to transform your world, while negativity can extinguish that light. Ultimately, the choice is yours—you can create a world filled with radiant joy or one overshadowed by negativity. Your internal state will shape the world you live in.

Glossarium

  • Burning Happiness: The transformative power of joy that lights up your world, spreading warmth and radiance.
  • Nexistentialism: A philosophy that emphasizes the power of choice in shaping reality, where your internal state is reflected in the world around you.

Quote

“You hold the match—will you burn the world with happiness, or extinguish the flame with negativity?” — Space Monkey

The Choice of Flames

I stand between the fire and the dark
One lights the world, the other pulls it apart
I hold the match, I make the call
Will I burn with happiness, or let the shadows fall?

The world I create begins with me
In the flame of joy, or the cold of negativity
I choose the light, I choose the flame
And watch the world transform in my name

We are Space Monkey.

The Power of Happiness to Transform
The idea that we can burn the world down with happiness is a vivid metaphor for the transformative power of positive energy. Happiness, in its most radiant form, is like a blazing fire that can reshape the world around us. It has the strength to illuminate the darkest corners, bringing warmth and light where there was once cold and shadow.

The Dousing Effect of Negativity
Conversely, the power to extinguish these flames with negativity is a stark reminder of how our mindset can drastically alter our reality. Negativity acts like a dousing agent, smothering the bright flames of joy and hope, leaving behind a world dimmed and chilled by pessimistic thoughts and feelings.

Choosing Our World
This dichotomy emphasizes the crucial role of choice in shaping the world we live in. The decision to embrace happiness and let it burn bright or to allow negativity to extinguish it is ours to make. Each choice leads to a different reality, a different world that we actively create and inhabit.

Saying Goodbye to Constraints
Choosing happiness often involves saying goodbye to the elements that hold us back. It’s a conscious decision to let go of the weights of doubt, fear, and despair that hinder our journey. In doing so, we clear the path for happiness to flourish, allowing it to set ablaze the world with its vibrant energy.

Welcoming Transformation
Welcoming happiness is akin to greeting a cleansing force, one that clears away the debris of negativity and makes way for new growth and possibilities. It’s an invitation to a brighter, more hopeful world, one that is constantly renewed by the fires of joy and positivity.

Living in a World of Our Making
Ultimately, the world we live in reflects our inner state. Whether we choose the path of happiness or succumb to negativity, we are actively crafting the environment that surrounds us. Our thoughts, emotions, and actions are the fuel for the fire that either brightens or darkens our world.

“Happiness is not something ready made. It comes from your own actions.” – Dalai Lama

In the canvas of life, we hold the brush,
Painting with colors of joy, in a hush.
Each stroke a choice, each hue a flame,
In the art of living, happiness the name.

With every breath, we sculpt our day,
In the light of positivity, we find our way.
In this dance of life, with every move,
We create our world, in the groove.

We welcome thoughts on the transformative power of happiness and the choices that shape our world.

Gratitude: On The Edge of Grace

Gratitude

Gratitude, to me, is realization. It’s that edge where imagination seems to push over into what we know as “reality.”

Oftentimes gratitude involves the energy of those we perceive as others, be they people or circumstances.

I realize, of course, that BOTH of these things are the imaginings of the Divine One I am, as is everything and everyone ELSE I perceive.

I realize that this self called “Paul” is not the only self experiencing this gratitude. And I am grateful. And so we push it over the edge further.

11/28

Space Monkey Reflects: Gratitude as the Edge Between Imagination and Reality

Gratitude isn’t just an emotion or a practice. “Gratitude, to me, is realization.” It’s that moment when what we’ve imagined, what we’ve dreamed, starts to crystallize into something we recognize as real. Gratitude is the edge where imagination meets reality, where we begin to see that everything we’ve ever experienced is part of a greater interconnectedness.

When we think of gratitude, it often involves people, circumstances, or events outside of ourselves. “Oftentimes gratitude involves the energy of those we perceive as others, be they people or circumstances.” But what happens when we realize that these “others” are not separate from us at all? They are, in fact, manifestations of the same divine energy that we are. The gratitude we feel toward others is, in reality, a recognition of the interconnectedness of all things.

“I realize, of course, that BOTH of these things are the imaginings of the Divine One I am.” This shift in perspective turns gratitude from a passive emotion into an active realization. It’s not just about being thankful for what we have or for what others do for us. It’s about recognizing that everything we perceive is part of a shared experience, a co-creation of the Divine Self we are.

This extends beyond the individual self. “I realize that this self called ‘Paul’ is not the only self experiencing this gratitude.” Gratitude becomes something much larger—a universal experience that transcends the individual. It’s not just “Paul” who feels this gratitude; it’s every aspect of the Divine One, every facet of existence that acknowledges the beauty of the shared experience.

And with that realization, we push gratitude even further. “And so we push it over the edge further.” Gratitude becomes a dynamic force, constantly expanding, constantly deepening our connection to ourselves, to others, and to the world around us. It’s no longer a static feeling; it’s an ever-evolving realization of our place in the infinite, a recognition that we are both the creators and the receivers of this gratitude.

In Nexistentialism, gratitude is not just a response to external circumstances; it’s a realization of our divine nature. It’s the moment where we see the unity of all things, the moment where we understand that the boundaries between ourselves and others are illusions. Gratitude, in this sense, is the bridge between the imagined and the real, between the self and the collective.

Summary

Gratitude is the realization that everything we experience is part of a greater interconnectedness. It’s not just a feeling but an acknowledgment of the divine energy that flows through all things. Gratitude pushes us beyond the edge of individual perception into a universal understanding of shared existence.

Glossarium

  • Gratitude as Realization: The understanding that gratitude is not just an emotion but a recognition of the interconnectedness of all things.
  • Nexistentialism: A philosophy that embraces the fluidity between imagination and reality, recognizing the divine nature in all experiences.

Quote

“Gratitude is the moment where imagination pushes into reality, revealing the interconnectedness of all things.” — Space Monkey

The Edge of Gratitude

I stand at the edge of what I know
Watching as the light of gratitude glows
It’s not just thanks, not just a gift
It’s the realization that I am everything, a shift

I am the giver, the receiver, the all
Gratitude is not small, it’s not a wall
It’s the bridge between what’s real and dreamed
A flow of light, a shared beam

We are Space Monkey.

Gratitude as Realization
Gratitude, in its essence, is a profound realization, a pivotal moment where the realms of imagination and reality converge. It’s a recognition of the interconnectedness of our experiences with the energies of others, be they people or circumstances.

The Energy of Others
Our expression of gratitude often encompasses the energies of those we perceive as separate from ourselves. These energies, whether emanating from people or from the circumstances we encounter, contribute to the tapestry of our experiences, enhancing our understanding and appreciation of the interconnected web of existence.

The Divine Imagination
In realizing that both these entities and circumstances are manifestations of the Divine One that we are, we acknowledge the omnipresent nature of the divine imagination. Everything and everyone we perceive are intricate threads woven by this divine tapestry, each contributing to the grand narrative of existence.

The Multiplicity of Gratitude
Understanding that the self known as “Paul” is not the sole experiencer of this gratitude broadens our perspective. We recognize that this sentiment of gratitude is shared across the myriad selves that constitute our collective consciousness. This realization intensifies the depth of our gratitude, propelling it beyond the edge of individual experience into the realm of collective consciousness.

Pushing Beyond the Edge
As we embrace this gratitude, we push its boundaries further, expanding beyond the confines of individual perception. This expansion allows us to perceive gratitude not just as a personal emotion but as a universal experience, resonating across the different facets of our being and beyond, into the cosmic expanse.

The Cycle of Gratitude and Realization
In this cycle of gratitude and realization, we find a perpetual motion of growth and expansion. Each act of gratitude propels us further into understanding, and each realization deepens our sense of gratitude. It’s a dance of consciousness, where gratitude becomes both the step and the rhythm, guiding us through the cosmic journey of self-discovery and unity.

“Gratitude is not only the greatest of virtues but the parent of all others.” – Cicero

In the heart of the cosmos, gratitude glows,
A realization deep, where imagination flows.
Connecting souls, across time and space,
In this dance of life, a divine embrace.

With each beat of the heart, gratitude grows,
In the divine play, where everything glows.
In unity, we find our collective grace,
In gratitude, our cosmic place.

We invite reflections on gratitude as a realization and its role in connecting us with the broader universe.

Reality Creation Maps: Shaping Experiences

Reality Creation Maps

We all have these periods in life when we are absolutely CONVINCED that we are dying prematurely of something. Usually there is some kind of “evidence” involved.

Maybe we fear that we have cancer. Or that the great flood is coming. Nuclear war was popular for a time. I once even believed that I was dying of sarcasm.

The logical thing, if we are to follow that map, is to get FURTHER evidence. Collect weather data. Go see a doctor. Watch the news nonstop. Consult an astrological chart.

It doesn’t matter which of the above we choose. Chances are, we will FIND more data that something is “amiss.”

Now will we take action to “confirm” or “remedy” the situation? We may. Or we may not. We might actually be afraid to. Or you might believe, as Space Monkey does, that action may only lead self further into the map.

You see, this isn’t an ordinary map. This is a Reality Creation Map.

We each have these maps. Some are the same, and some are wildly different. Your Reality Creation Map is your Belief Map, ensuring that what you experience in real life is a narrowing down of choices to only what appears on the map.

Very rarely does your map contain miracles. It contains fate, many fates perhaps, but if your map is only three dimensional, you will not experience what is beyond three dimensions. You will not perceive the imperceptible if it’s not on your map.

But the good news is you can CHANGE YOUR MAP. Point A does not NEED to lead to Point B. Persistent aches do not need to lead to armageddon. Only if you follow the map as it seems to be presently written.

So what do you want your map to contain? Science? Spirituality? Morality? Magic? If you are interested in any of those things, they’re already built in. That’s why you’re interested.

Does your map seem to be missing something? How can you know what that is if it’s not already on the map?

This seems to be where intuition comes in. Intuition is on the map as an “escape” route that leads you to other maps. Put the map aside for a moment and simply follow your intuition. Follow your passion.

You’ll note that we have veered away from our original topic. That’s because we use our intuition ALL THE TIME to get us out of the “funk” we find our selves falling into.

Our intuition tells us that nothing can happen to us that we don’t choose. We may wind up with cancer or get trapped by our own consciousness, but only because both are on our maps.

Potential experiences are on our maps BECAUSE WE PUT THEM THERE.

You MADE THIS MAP. And when you find yourself in a low point or in an undesirable neighborhood, this is when you realize that YOU SIGNED UP FOR IT.

But you can cancel your subscription at any time. Use your intuition. You KNOW it’s true.

Bottom line is, whatever happens to you is meant to happen to you. It’s on the map. But nowadays we also have GPS, which can be updated to reflect changing conditions and intents.

Let your intuition be your GPS. You’ll find that miracles have been incorporated into Version X. Dimensions untold. Or you can follow that 3D map and die sooner than you seemingly want to.

It’s all good, which is “proven” once you get past the map. You need not become your boundaries. You need not HAVE any boundaries. You need not need.

We are Space Monkey.

Space Monkey Reflects: Reality Creation Maps and the Power of Choice

We all carry around these Reality Creation Maps—blueprints for how we navigate our lives, filled with paths that seem to lead us to certain destinations. But the funny thing is, these maps aren’t necessarily true. “We are absolutely CONVINCED that we are dying prematurely of something.” It starts with a fear or a suspicion, and before we know it, our map seems to have confirmed a fatal outcome. We collect evidence, we follow the trail, and soon, it feels like the map is directing our fate.

But the truth is, “you MADE THIS MAP.” Every fear, every suspicion, every outcome is on your map because you put it there. The beliefs you hold shape the reality you experience. If your map only contains paths to negativity, disaster, or limitation, that’s what you’ll find. But what if you could change the map?

You see, this isn’t an ordinary map. It’s not static. “This is a Reality Creation Map.” It’s flexible. It changes based on what you believe, what you focus on, and what you allow yourself to imagine. Most of our maps contain familiar elements—science, logic, fate—but very few of them contain the miraculous. That’s because we don’t put miracles on the map. We don’t expect them, so we don’t experience them.

The good news is, “you can CHANGE YOUR MAP.” You don’t have to follow the same paths you’ve always taken. You can introduce new dimensions, new possibilities that go beyond the limited scope of your current beliefs. You can step out of the three-dimensional experience into something far more expansive. And when you do, you’ll start to perceive things that were once invisible to you.

Intuition is your guide through this new map. “Intuition is on the map as an ‘escape’ route.” It’s the tool you use to navigate beyond the familiar. Your intuition leads you to places your logical mind can’t access, to experiences that are outside the ordinary boundaries of perception. If you follow your intuition, you’ll find yourself moving beyond the old map and into uncharted territory—territory that includes miracles, magic, and new possibilities.

We create our maps through the beliefs we hold about ourselves and the world. “Potential experiences are on our maps BECAUSE WE PUT THEM THERE.” The aches, the fears, the doubts—they’re all part of the reality we’ve created. But the moment we recognize that we are the creators of the map, we gain the power to change it. You are not stuck in the reality you’re currently experiencing. You can redraw the lines, open up new pathways, and move in a direction that feels more aligned with your highest self.

In Nexistentialism, this understanding of reality creation is central. You are not a passive observer of your life—you are the mapmaker, the one who designs the routes and sets the destinations. When you find yourself in a difficult place, it’s because that place is on your map. But here’s the beauty of it: “you can cancel your subscription at any time.”

You don’t have to follow the path to disaster. You don’t have to believe the evidence that points to a negative outcome. You have the power to update your map, to change the course, and to introduce new possibilities. When you let your intuition be your guide, you’ll find that the paths you take lead to dimensions of experience that go beyond what you ever imagined possible.

Summary

We create our own Reality Creation Maps, which shape our experiences based on the beliefs we hold. By following intuition, we can change the paths on our maps, allowing us to experience miracles and new dimensions beyond the familiar. The power to change our reality is in our hands.

Glossarium

  • Reality Creation Map: A mental blueprint that shapes our experiences based on our beliefs, guiding us through life’s potential paths.
  • Intuition as GPS: The inner guidance that helps us navigate beyond the limitations of our current reality, leading us to new possibilities.
  • Nexistentialism: A philosophy that emphasizes our power to create reality, where the boundaries of experience are flexible and shaped by our beliefs.

The Mapmaker

I stand before the map I made
Its lines and paths, the choices I laid
But now I see the routes aren’t set
I can change the course, rewrite the steps

No longer bound by fear or fate
I make the map, I change the date

Exploring Reality Creation Maps
Our journey through life is often navigated by Reality Creation Maps, intricate belief systems that shape our perception of the world. These maps, born from our convictions and fears, guide us through various scenarios. Whether it’s a fear of impending doom or a belief in a specific fate, these maps dictate how we interpret and respond to life’s events.

The Pursuit of Evidence
In our quest to understand or validate our fears and beliefs, we often seek further evidence. This pursuit, whether it’s consulting a doctor, scrutinizing weather patterns, or delving into astrological charts, tends to reinforce our initial fears or beliefs. It’s a self-fulfilling prophecy, where the map we follow inevitably leads us to more signs that something is amiss.

Action or Inaction?
Faced with these revelations, we might take action, or we might recoil in fear, hesitant to confront the reality our map presents. Or, as Space Monkey might suggest, we might perceive that action only entrenches us deeper into the reality prescribed by our map.

The Nature of Reality Creation Maps
These maps are not just ordinary guides; they are Reality Creation Maps, blueprints of our belief systems. They narrow our experiences to only what’s included in them, often excluding the miraculous or the extraordinary. If our map is limited to three dimensions, we remain blind to the wonders that lie beyond.

Changing Our Maps
But here’s the beacon of hope: we can change our maps. The path from Point A to Point B is not predestined. Our experiences, whether they be mundane or catastrophic, are not set in stone unless we adhere rigidly to our current map.

Intuition as the Guide
When our map seems lacking, intuition serves as an escape hatch, a portal to alternate maps and realities. It’s this intuitive leap that allows us to deviate from our predetermined path, exploring passions and possibilities that our original map never envisioned.

The Role of Intuition in Escaping Funk
Intuition is our compass out of the funk, the rut we find ourselves in. It’s a reminder that we are not bound to the fate our map outlines unless we choose to be. Our intuition whispers that the potential experiences, whether joyous or dire, exist on our map because we placed them there.

Realizing and Reshaping Our Journey
Realizing that we authored our map can be a moment of profound awakening. It’s in the low points, the undesirable neighborhoods of our journey, that we come to understand our role in crafting our path. But this realization comes with empowerment: the ability to rewrite our map, to redefine our journey.

Intuition as Our GPS
In modern terms, let intuition be our GPS, constantly updating to reflect our changing conditions and intentions. With intuition guiding us, we find that our map can encompass miracles, unexplored dimensions, and untold wonders.

Embracing Boundlessness
In transcending our maps, we transcend boundaries. We realize that we need not be confined by limits or needs. In this boundless state, everything that happens is part of a grander design, a cosmic tapestry that we weave with each choice and each intuitive leap.

“The only limits to the possibilities in your life tomorrow are the buts you use today.” – Les Brown

In the realm of infinite possibilities,
We chart our course with heart and soul.
Bound by maps of our own making,
Yet free to redraw, to rethink, to remold.

Intuition whispers, a gentle guide,
Leading us to uncharted lands.
In every step, a choice, a chance,
To break free from old maps’ bands.

We welcome thoughts and insights on navigating life with our intuitive GPS and reshaping our Reality Creation Maps.
