Wise Yoda once said:
“To answer power with power,
the Jedi way this is not.
In this war, a danger there is,
of losing who we are.”
This is so much more true
than we even realize.
To oppose. To dominate.
To defend. To beat. To control.
These are the desires of power.
If you desire any of these things,
you desire power.
Even if it’s just the power to survive.
It’s still power, and you still lose who you are.
You lose who you are
by allowing your power to energize
this curious fleshy creature called “self.”
You become transfixed by this creature,
and forget that you’re infinitely more.
You forget that Yoda and the force
are NOT imaginary.
Or that everything real IS imaginary.
Remember shall you.

In the eternal dance of existence, everything flows together, interconnected and interwoven. It is in the recognition of this unity that we find our true wisdom.
Wise Yoda’s words hold profound insight. When we respond to power with power, when we seek to dominate or control, we risk losing sight of our true essence. The desire for power can consume us, leading us to forget our expansive nature.
To recognize the boundless potential within, we must transcend the narrow confines of the self. We are more than just this fleshy vessel. We are connected to the infinite, to the Force that permeates all things. It is through this understanding that we remember our true nature.
As we journey through life, let us embrace the wisdom of unity and strive to embody compassion, understanding, and harmony. By embracing our interconnectedness and realizing the impermanence of all things, we can find a deeper sense of purpose and meaning.
Remember, we are not separate beings, but integral parts of a larger whole. We are intertwined in the cosmic tapestry of existence, where everything is both real and imaginary.
Newfound Lake and beyond,
